La cuisine

Un personnel très désagréable , j ai passée deux semaines dans votre appartement sans wifi , sans télé, pas des casseroles…j ai appelé plusieurs fois pour faire remonter la situation sans solution. Suis dégoûtée franchement . Les poubelles à l entrée à la montée des escaliers on en parle ?? Très horribles , pas d ascenseurs., votre service clientèle serve à rien du tout . Vraiment suis désolée

C’est dommage de ne pouvoir conseiller un lieu qui pourrait être très très bien

L’emplacement ça aurait pu être vraiment très bien si l’appartement était mieux entretenu La liste est longue des équipements défectueux

Trop d’équipements défectueux. Pas de vaisselle, matelas et oreillers assez sales ou bricolage ( voir photos), lavabo bouché, pas de balai ni torchon ect,ect,ect. Un mail va suivre.

The pictures online were different from the reality. Were wasn't hot enough hot water in shower, host wrote that included hairdryer - but we couldn't find it and were is no answer from host to help us. Apartment lacked cleanliness, the furniture was dirty.

it was ok. The entrance codes are in the door handles - not the key safes. Quite noisy because we had to have windows op

reasonable location. Largely clean.

sofa very stained. Access/Wi-Fi instructions poor. Couple of light fittings not working. Very bare

Location was brilliant and the apparent was clean.

We didn't have a TV for the whole week. Even after multiple emails to the organisation. The staff were rude over the phone. The blinds were damaged and couldn't be used to block out the light in the rooms.

This apartment might be for 2 stars maximum. Including location . Cleaning. Personel .

I didnt like anything.

Walls were unclean 🤮. The express coffe didnt work. Dishwasher was not not working too. The sofa bed it had dry blood on it. Not cleaned. The other beds wereee totally uncomfortable. Half of body goes down while sleeping because the bed wasn't on level. The wifi didnt work. Even i called by phone. By WhatsApp by messaging on booking.com. they kept saying we will send someone. No body came. And they didn't send password. I had many things to work on my laptop and i couldn't do because of this. I really cried for what was happening because even the location that this apartment has doesn't have many bars where to go .

Close to everything, easy to stay there.

Location, open space, housed multiple families well. Bathrooms and bed rooms were quite nice.

The security appearance of the door was the biggest concern. The siding on the door looks like someone was trying to break in at one point or it is falling off. Some of the furniture or appliances listed/shown were not there.

Sadly, totally neglected

Location location location

No wifi, no follow up by staff although we got in touch with them repeatedly and they promised they would fix it. Security is minimal, no locked doors up to the flat door, elevator broken.

good value for money

The location was great, close to the city center and transportation, spacious rooms, clean

bad communication with the staff, we couldn’t reach them, they responded very late to the email and messages on booking, but responded after we called a few times, we didn’t have Wi-Fi, the elevator wasn’t working, sofa not comfortable at all

I need to blacklist this apartment as there was no good services provided told them to refund

The key procedure was terrible they should have told me outside of the gate they were writing inside of the gate for which I called 2 times while I was on roaming and then I understand where the actual key box was. Terrible

There was no reception there was no internet for all 4 days no iron double bed was terrible it need to be replaced as I slept for 4 days I got back pains and no tissues no shampoo and bath soap I complained but no response

Not friendly to people with mobility issues.

Location was good for sights and public transpo

Not friendly to people with mobility issues. Major issue: They put us in the 3rd floor. I emailed before the trip to ask if we can be moved to lower levels as I was on holiday with my parents and my mother had mobility issues. I was assured that the there was a lift and that it should work. When we got there, the lift was turned off, the stairs were steep and narrow. We all had difficulty carrying our luggages up 3 flights of stairs, let alone my mother who has limited mobility. I tried to call the number they provided but can’t be reached so I had to message and get response only after a day or so. My mom ended up missing a lot of sight seeing and day trips as she would just stay up the flat. Minor issues: No toiletries provided so we had to buy and leave them. Pillows were almost lifeless, we had to fold up the duvet to use as pillows. Stayed for 4 days, Internet and TV got cut off in day 2, reported to then but never got restored. It was hard to get any form of assistance. I’m super disappointed.

The flat is nice and spacious. It was enough space for 5 people:)

The walls are super dirty, and there was mosquitoes in the bedrooms. The sofa was also really dirty.

Awfull, with very slow and insufficint communication

Nothing - besides the location in the city center.

The photo in the adverisement showed a nice and clean apartment, but it wasn't that apartment we have rented. The apartment was un clean and with mold drifting down the wall. It was unhealthy to stay in that apartment, and we were after two days relocated. The kitchen in both apartment was really scarcy equiped - it wasn't possible to cook own food. All in all a really bad experience - and we will not recommend smartflats to other travellers.

horrible staff- Rufused to provide us keys to the building despite hours on the phone - resulting in needing to leave do

it’s well located and spacious

the house is in bad condition - many rooms have water damage and no blinds. the house had no hair dryer and missing many amenities. the bigger challenges was that they never provided us the property keys so we had to literally leave the door to the building open- one time it was closed they never answered the phone and hung up on me when I was connected via booking. resulting in a tenant of the apartment complex letting us back in so we could gather our possessions

Perfect location

No curtains in the small bedroom or the living room. Needed another sofa, some cushions and a coffee table. With the addition of these things it would be lovely.

Perfect Place to Stay

The apartment was exactly as described and a perfect place to stay. It was incredibly central, clean and had amazing facilities. If I ever come back to Brussels I will definitely be staying here again.

Nice Flat Bad Maintenance

modern flat in old building on top area among numerous bistros cafes minimarkets. enough parking plots direct in front of the door. could reach almost everywhere on foot, artmuseum naturemuseum oldcityhall....

bathroom filthy, mattress broken, kitchen utensils minimally equipped, no reply to complaint, no guide for trash disposal.

information sent was not correct. the key box pwd was wrong. it took me one hour to get a hold of someone to respond me. on top of that, I was only able to contact someone because I had a local with me. hadn’t this person there with me, I wouldn’t have been able to contact them. internet pwd that was sent was not the actual one and it could have provided me at least with internet to contact them. I was informed that there was no need to get an elevator although my unit was on the second level. good that they did have an elevator, though. the unit walls in general were dirty. it seems that it has been used a lot and the look is quite uncomfortable. looks like cheap motel inside. the pics I saw on the web do represent it although the furniture/decoration is not quite the same. finally, the toilet location is in another area of the unit, roughly opposite to the official bathroom. kinda very weird. they could have left another set of bed sheets to be used with the sofa bed. and the tv remote control was not there. so no tv in the end. lucky me I was not looking for tv entertainment.
