Hôtel proche centre ville avec du personnel agréable et à l écoute

L’emplacement, la qualité des petits déjeuner, la gentillesse du personnel avec une mention spéciale pour Halima

La première chambre n’avait pas de poignée à la fenêtre et donc impossible à ouvrir et pas de prises électriques à proximité du lit (pénalisant pour traitement médical d’un ventilateur) Merci de nous avoir installé dans une nouvelle chambre

I will definitely return to this place. Great location, clean, comfortable and friendly.

Everything was clean and fresh. Very nice breakfast! Worth the extra money! Friendly atmosphere! Handy location!

My room had a very small window overlooking the internal terrace. No light and the sculpture in the terrace was in a deteriorating condition. The price for the stay was ok but for this specific room a bit high.

Miły pobyt w fajnym i komfortowym hotelu

Bardzo fajny hotel. Super lokalizacja, czysty pokój i mega wygodne łózko. To co jeszcze bylo super to cicho działająca klimatyzacja. Pyszne śniadanie! Bylo też cicho i spokojnie co dla mnie ma duze znaczenie

- Cama extremamente confortável - Boa casa de banho - Café, chá e snacks gratuitos disponíveis 24h na recepção - Staff muito simpático

Apesar do quarto estar impecável o resto do hotel precisa de um pouco de cuidado/manutenção

Recomendable pero cuidado con la luz

Personal amable Recepción 24 horas Servicio de café, agua de sabores y tés, gratuito La Ubicación no está mal

La zona era bastante sucia aunq el hotel estaba muy limpio y reformado. Tuvimos un problema con la luz de la habitación y no pudimos dormir durante una noche ya que se encendía sola ( como si hubiese un corto o algo así) y había q levantarse a apagarla. Esto empezó pasando cada media hora para acabar pasando cada 10 minutos. Al final tuvimos q quitar la tarjeta de la luz y quedarnos sin calefacción xa poder dormir algo. Esto ennegreció bastante la estancia aunq realmente el hotel está bien.

Hotel agradable con personal excelente y buena ubicación.

El personal del hotel fue excelente, camas muy cómodas y sin ruido externo. Buena calidad-precio.

Por decir algo, el baño hacía un poco de olor y el desagüe de la ducha no colaba bien. Todo lo demás perfecto.

Vi är nöja i alla fall

Sköna sängar och bra frukost

Bara en glasskiva som dörr till toa, dvs inget privatliv. Hårfönen trasig och när jag påtalade det vid utcheckningen sa de att det fanns att låna i receptionen. Vanligt fel enligt dem, borde ha sagt något vid incheckningen. Rummet låg i källaren.

Chambre confortable et rénovée, Le calme : aucun bruit venant de l'extérieur, du couloir ou des chambres voisines. Le petit déjeuner (choix, quantité et qualité)

La porte coulissante en verre de la salle de bains qui ne ferme pas complètement.

Sehr gut für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel

Lage ist sehr gut, zu Fuß 5 Min. zur Metro, Geschäfte und Restaurants "um die Ecke". Zentrum zu Fuß ca. 10-15 min. Gare Midi mit dem Taxi 10 min. Straße, in der das Hotel liegt, ist nicht besonders einladend und relativ schwach nachts frequentiert (d. h. als Frau alleine würde ich hier nicht unbedingt übernachten - außer man fährt immer Taxi). Frühstück war total in Ordnung für 12 Euro (Kaffee etc., Eier, Rührei, Speck, Würstchen, Gemüse, Käse, Wurst, Croissants, Semmeln, Toast, süße Plunder, Joghurt, Obst, Müsli, Oliven, Marmelade/Honig, Saft). Richtig toll war, dass in der Lobby eine Gratis-Kaffeemaschine stand sowie ein Wasserspender, an dem man die Trinkflaschen auffüllen konnte. Zimmer sind sehr klein, Bett sehr bequem, Dusche gut, WC extrem niedrig. Kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden. Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend (das Wasser in unserer Dusche lief schlecht ab, wurde sofort behoben). Gang war ein bisschen heruntergekommen; aber das ist ja nicht so wichtig ... Würde vermutlich nochmal dort übernachten. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt auf jeden Fall.

Senza lode e senza infamia

Colazione perfetta molto abbondante ottima scelta con materiale di qualità in ampi spazi luminosi. Ottimo il materasso. Staff gentile e presente Zona silenziosa ma un po' fuori dal centro(15min a piedi) ma in prossimità della metro.

Pulizia della stanza non impeccabile. Stanze piccole(mancava lo spazio per semplici bagagli a mano). Bagno piccolo. L'area intorno all'edificio non particolarmente pulita.

Perfect accommodation for a short-term stay. The location is nice, easy to reach. The breakfast was diverse and tasty.

The room was clean and nice. Perfect for one night but may be too small for a long stay.

Fabulous stay with exceptional staff

The hotel staff were exceptional. Very friendly and so helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet, perfect for our trip. Lobby with the free coffee was a nice touch. Good location close to shopping and Palace.

The alleyway to the hotel, but the hotel can't be blamed for that.

Good accomodtion close to the commission's offices

The hotel is well located if you need to visit the Commission's office. The enviroment is informal and the crew is very kind and supportive. The room has everything you need.

Good value for money

For me this is a great location needing to be near several EU places. Is a very pleasant hotel and very reasonable rates.

I assume it is a staff problem but there is no-one to clear the tables at breakfast so nearly all the tables (at 08.30) had already been used.

Basic hotel with necessary amenities

Basic hotel with breakfast and amenities, about a 15 minute walk to the city center (Palace, Grand Place, etc.). The rooms are comfortable enough.

The street it’s located on is a bit sketchy and dirty. It’s not a major issue in the daytime, but be careful at night.

Far different from the pictures

Central location

1) room was not so clean 2) we rang the hotel one day before asking if we can bring our dog without additional price and the staff answered yes, but when we arrived with our dog they charged us 3) very old installations and small rooms, far different from the pictures 4) located in a strange street 5) gym small with a few equipments

Good, but could be better.

Very good breakfast.

The wc in the bathroom is too small for adults. The emergency stairs, which we used because elevator was temporarily broken, is very dangerous, there is a step just out the door and we risked to fall down. There was no rug in the toilet for the shower.

The Worst Hotel with mold on the walls

It was the worst experience I've ever had. I arrived at hotel at 13:20 (40min before the check-in) and was told that everything is ok with my booking, but the room is not ready yet. I left my bags in the storage room and left the hotel. Before leaving I checked the operation hours of the reception, and they confirmed, that it operates 24/7 and it is ok to receive the keys late in the evening. After a long day I arrived at hotel at 1 am at night and was happy to now, that there are no rooms available and I have to go to another hotel which is located in 10 min walk. At night.... Ok. I went to this hotel, called Argus Hotel. I was assured, that this hotel is of the same level and there is nothing to worry about. However, when I checked the prices, I discovered, that the night is this hotel costs 40 EUR cheaper than in Aqua Hotel. Argus Hotel turned - out to be a nightmare with torn dirty linens , MOLD on the wall and very - very old furniture and bathroom equipment. There was no heating and even soap was missing!!! They refused to compensate the price difference and provide me with any alternatives or at least to apologize for the inconvenience (at 2 am at night). NEVER book this hotel, if you don't want to be fooled.

Good side was the bathroom, which looked nice (although it's door couldn't be closed).

The room was tiny and positioned in a "hole". The "view" from the window was towards windows of other rooms which are only few meters apart. Also, there was no hanger for coats/jackets in the room corridor.
