This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg. The resort has two outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129.00 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $10.00 amenities fee per condo.

Everything was great except the fleas. We were picking them off of our legs the whole time. My daughter had bites all over her legs. Other than that, everything was as described.

Absolutely great place to stay, tons of activities for the kids. The gym and sauna were both great, and everything was open early and stayed open late. Condo was clean, and check in was super easy.

It's a vacation resort. Suited our needs. Be aware, upon check-in you'll be pitched about the time share presentation. I just gave them the 3 No's and i was on my way.

Rooms very nice, confusion of finding “C” for our room as it was not labeled. Upstairs occupants were VERY loud and disruptive; children running and yelling/screeching at night-after 10pm. Thursday night it was thumping and running til after 2am-jumping that shook the building. There was obviously no noise cancelling construction to the building.

My family spent a week at this property. Overall, it was a very good experience. This property is at a timeshare so they push the timeshare presentation hard. Luckily, the owner gave us a heads up, which was nice. The property contains multiple amenities which were generally in operable condition. The property was also updated to actually look a bit nicer than the pictures. It is also located relatively close to a lot of restaurants and other activities. Overall, it was a very good experience!

We've stayed here for 3 years and love it. It has pools, putt-putt, arcade, room to walk, etc. We really enjoy it and the fact that it is near Colonial Williamsburg. This place makes for a great stay.

Overall the property was very accommodating. The lodging had plenty of room for my family. My only complaints are that the furniture was not comfortable and there was a smell like air freshener. Other than that, a nice view out the back patio, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and laundry in our unit. It felt safe and family friendly. The pool area and arcades were a huge hit with the kids and it gave us something to do when we had downtime from all of the historical activities in the Williamsburg area. It was also close to grocery stores, restaurants and of course the historical sites. A great time was had by all.

This was a great location and met all our needs for our family vacation. They have a large list of board games for the kids too. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The remotes were challenging to work at times. We went through multiple packages of dishwasher and washing machine detergents which the staff would replace when we asked. The location was close to grocery stores and colonial Williamsburg.

We absolutely loved our stay at the resort and took full advantage of all the amenities including the free arcades, pool, hot tub and even keroke! It was close to everything and we visited Jamestown, Colonial Williamsburg and the outlets. We had some problems with check in but the resort staff were very pleasant and fixed everything promptly. We will definitely stay again.

Loved having adjoining condos! Husband & I in smaller unit with daughter and her family of 5 in the larger one. Perfect location for exploring Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, & surrounding areas. Quiet, comfortable and pretty much everything we needed for 7 people. Really appreciated having basic supplies like laundry and dishsoap as well as dishwasher detergent—dishwasher and W/D in room were great bonuses. Everything was as represented in listing. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Our family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, hot tub and gym area, as well as the poolside grill. The condo is clean and the communications with the owner was great! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The pools and all the great games and arcade plus a movie theater all included with stay!!! My grandson said best place ever! We had a 3bedroom lockout unit which worked perfectly for our family Close to many things to from Jamestown to Busch Gardens, to Virginia Beach to Washington DC. Made for an unforgettable vacation for the whole family and educational for the kids too!!

We were attending graduation at the college of William and Mary. The facility was very close to downtown Williamsburg. It was easy for us to drive to campus and surrounding restaurants. There was six of us we were all very comfortable the property was very nice. We enjoyed our stay

This property is in a great and beautiful location. The check-in process was very easy until the time share “concierge” portion, she was VERY pushy and relentless. We may have view the presentation, but her pestering put us off. The unit was a perfect size and configuration for. My biggest disappointment was the lack of thorough cleaning. Beds and linens and kitchen were clean. The rest of the condo was very dusty, some surfaces were sticky, floor did not appear to have been vacuumed. The walk-in shower is tiled and the corners and some of the grout was black with mildew. I realize this is the South, but the shower does need some serious attention. Maybe I am a picky house keeper, we really did enjoy the stay and all of the activities offered!

Nice place to stay when visiting Williamsburg area - (close to all attractions, nice restaurants and shopping. Condo was roomier than expected and just as pictured.. It was somewhat outdated but the amenities made up for that, so we still give it a 5 Star. We enjoyed our stay and would return if we ever decide to visit the area again!

We had a lovely, relaxing and fun stay at this property while taking in all of the mazing local sites, from Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown, to the College of William and Mary. Highly recommend this, and for families, so many activities to keep young ones occupied.

The checkin process was very easy and the property owner was very responsive. Our kids spent every day in the heated outdoor pool in 60-80 degree weather. The exercise room is a lot bigger than expected and made for a fun time when the kids were playing in the arcade.

My boys had so much fun here. There were so many fun things they could do in their downtime at the resort. They claimed it was better than a Disney resort. The place was clean and spacious. It is perfect for any family. I would totally stay here again.

This spot was perfect for our family trip with three generations. Three bedrooms, 3 bath and two kitchen areas allowed us to enjoy one another while giving us space. The location is convenient. Our kids loved the arcade room and mini golf.
