HOME AWAY FROM HOME

The first time time I slept at room number 2 and the second time on Room number 3, and on both occasions I loved the area, the environment, the support that you get from the staff and owners especially the guy by the name of JANCO, that guy knows how to handles guests I'm telling.

I didn't use the facilities as I arrived late in Rustenburg due to my hectic schedule I was unable to call and confirm my arrival prior 7. I slept in my car because I didn't confirm prior 7. I m soo disappointed as I want to believe that I am not the first guest to have the same problem.

Area and communication was convenient enough space for short travel. Clean unit. Host was accomodative to all requests. Considering I was traveling from a different province.

No extra blankets which was rather unpleasant. Only one mug. No glass provided. There was a child crying there on the other side. And people talking loud.

I mistakenly booked a room with 3 beds instead of queen. When I made the owner aware she moved me to the room I initially wanted to book at no extra cost. Her son was also very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this bnb. It is also safe, I slept like a baby

The lady that checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The aircon in the room worked well.

The door to the bathroom was not good and the inside handle was broken off. The guests next to us was loud and noisy. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

The owner was so helpful. Rooms are beautiful and up to the standard I wanted. I will recommend this guest house for everyone who is in Rustenburg for holidays, business and others. Best place ever.

Everything, from the hospitality from the "gate lady" as she calls herself, to her taking us to our room and accommodating us with extra blankets and soap. And showing us around. Loved the green garden and braai area, big separate kitchen. Linen was white and crisp, smelted amazing, and everything was very clean.. loved it and would definitely go back. Great value for money. Also, there was a lot of noise, music early in the morning while we were still sleeping.. I sent a message to the owner, and not even 5 minutes had passed, and the music was off. I appreciate that. THANK YOU!!!!

There two guys who sat at the smoking area and were a bit noisy. If I’m future the owner could communicate to them to keep it down, as there are other guests there.

The beds were comfortable and water was hot

The host was rude to us saying we making noise while we were just conversing amongst us calmly. Asked for extra blankets and we were offered Dirty extremely small polar fleece blanket. The old lady that welcomed us was clueless about everything

The bed was noisy when turning. I would have love to meet the staff when in the morning when leaving but we had to leave the key with the landscaper.
