Very well furnished, 1 king bed, 1 twin folding bed, table with 2 chairs, full kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dinnerware set), hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safety box and complementary amenities, including towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap, coffee are provided. The place has a large heated pool, tiki sports bar/restaurant, pool cabanas available, new five star italian restaurant "Casa Calabria", beauty salon, gift ship, jewelry, and much more. The unit has a fantastic ocean view balcony with a table and 2 chairs where can enjoy a beautiful sunrise or rest from a busy and sunny beach day. Walking distance to many shopping plazas, Mc Donalds, Dunkin Donuts, Winn Dixie, Bank of america and more restaurants and entertainment.Valet parking $18 per day unlimited in and out, umbrellas and lounges chairs available for rent from hotel ($10 each), no charge for pool lounges. Coffee shop in lobby 24/7. Also you can enjoy the local activities, such as local free trolley, jets skis, paddleboards, kayaks, bike rentals, dive shops, water taxi, sports bars, nightlife entertainment, fishing pier, deep-see fishing and parasailing, just to mention some.

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful studio apartment. The balcony had a wonderful view of the pool, beach, and ocean. I could see the water while lying in the king sized bed. I appreciated how quickly the host replied to any of my questions right away. 5 stars all around! I will deffenintly be back. -Josh

We really enjoy our short stay- wish we could have had more time. The unit was clean and quiet with a gorgeous view of the pool and beach. Amenities at the resort were very nice. It was close to where we were visiting friends.

While linens were clean and fresh, the overall cleanliness of the unit needed much attention. ie…dirty vents, door frames, light switches, floors. The building itself shows its age and wear and tear. Units are not soundproof at all. The area geographically is beautiful with lots of amenities near by. We were there during spring break, which totally ruined our stay. Would not return again at any time of year.

Ayelen was so easy to get in contact with. The resort is older but the room was clean and had everything we needed, including a cute balcony and good view. Enjoyed our stay!

Ayelene was very reponsive with any problems, with immediate response. The apartment was small but room enough for my husband and I. Very clean and had most kitchen items we needed except for a pizza cutter and a larger kitchen trash can would have been appreciated. We absolutely loved the location, right on the beach, beautiful balcony view where we would enjoy our morning coffee and evening drinks. Short walk to the winn dixie and several restaurants and shops. The tiki hut had excellent food! We loved our stay despite rain for approximately 5 of the 12 days.

Beach items were provided so we didnt have to bring/rent them, which was very nice. Not very comfortable for 3 adults. (The rollaway was bad for my back), but would be great for two adults with a kid. Very close to great restaurants.

Studio condo with small balcony. Perfect for 2 people. Complex has all the amenities you need. Building is older and could use a facelift but the unit itself has had some updates. Very clean condo. Ayelene is a fantastic hostess. We were able to leave our luggage at the front desk and hang out by the pool until our unit was ready. The food at the Tiki bar was very good. Staff was pleasant. Right on the beach too! You can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach but there were 2 small beach chairs in the unit for our use (plus beach towels). Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

Few things that we noticed was the air conditioner is very loud coming on, the tv needs upgrade, and you can hear everything in the hallway. Other than that, the view was great, hotel amenities great, easy access, and comfortable stay.

The only problem was the entire cinpkex smelled like weed. I told the man at the front desk but it didn't help. I loved the apartment and the owner. If your ok with the smell of pot everywhere you go then you'll have no issues and a perfect stay.

Great location. Condo was clean but the entire facility needs some upgrading/touch-up work. However, perfect for the two of us and really enjoyed the Tiki Hut food and service. Beach fantastic!

The owner was great, the private beach was awesome. Unfortunately, the building is so old, the noise and pot/cigarette smoke from the hall seeps into the unit, mailing it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. You are right by the elevator, and will hear every ding it makes, and every person that gets on and off as if they are in your room. This includes when the bar closes at 2:00 am. Because there is only one service elevator, and it is directly next to your door, housekeeping camps out by it, and leaves all their bedding and garbage from the floor in front of it and that is essentially in front of your door. It is a non-smoking building, but other people did not get the memo, because the hallway always smelled like pot and cigarette smoke, and it seeped into our room under the door as well. It’s a shame because the unit is cute and the private beach is amazing, but the building will have to make some changes before I would rent a there again.

This property was exactly as shown in pictures. It was clean, well stocked with amenities like cookware, extra blankets and beach towels. the corner location of the balcony made it more private and the ocean view was beautiful! I would definately stay there again.

Easy check, the property had some really nice amenities, restaurant, bar, pool, tiki bar, steps from the beach. The unit had a nice little balcony to enjoy the beach and ocean. Overall the unit was nice, I would have liked seats with a back as that would make it a little more comfortable and a new range is needed. Quiet property that seemed to be well maintained, staff were really nice and friendly. Glad we went.

We had an absolute blast at this property at the Ocean Manor. I had seen some no so great reviews of the building itself so i was a little skeptical going in. When we arrived, the lobby was really nice and all at the counter were always helpful and friendly. I guess what i would refer to as our studio apartment was exactly as pictured and described and was clean and had all needed amenities for the kitchen. We loved our room and had a great time at the tiki bar downstairs each day as well. The tiki bar stays open late and serves great drinks and food until late in the evening. all 10's in my book. we will stay again.

If you are looking to be in the middle of the strip this is not the place … we chose it specifically because it was a little further away from the full craziness of the Tortuga festival … there are shops and supermarket in walking distance but the bars need a short Uber … place was perfect for us - 3 adult women … perfect for 2 or couple

The room has a view! of the ocean! It's a great view of water and waves. The balcony was very nice for watching the ocean and the boats and ships on it. The room and its furnishings were good. The bed was ever so comfortable. The owner provides a nice condo. The hotel it belongs to could use a face lift. The two restaurants located in the hotel were convenient and served tasty food. Within walking distance are lots of other great restaurants.

Enjoyed our time in this cozy unit. View and location was excellent! A bit loud during the night with spring breakers running down the halls yelling , but we expected that. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great location, nice pool and adjacent bar/restraunt, right on the beach. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. However, unit was expensive for amenities. Unit is small (I would not consider more than 2 people), kitchen supplies were lacking, toiletries very low end; pool towls were awful, I suggest bringing your own. Be aware, pool is locked until 9 am; half the days we were there it opened late. If you want to use the beach, chairs are $10 a day. Would be nice if the owner had them for your use.
