Location was excellent with a lovely bar around the corner and a short walk to most places. Kitchen facilities were useful as lots of hotels do not seem to have fridges in the states. The outside street was pretty.
There was a regular smell of smoke in the apartment which was not pleasant especially as it was meant to be a non- smoking building. Thin walls.

The building was so beautiful from the outside. Historic, fantastic area and walkable to the main attractions of historic Boston, as well as the subway. The kitchenette was a nice feature. Bathroom, though small, was clean.
The first morning, I go to take a shower, and there's no hot water. I check the other faucets and there's no hot water either. I had to take a freezing cold shower. I went to log into the wi-fi. It didn't work. I went to turn on the bedside table lamp it; the bulb was burned out. My husband tried to iron his shirts, but the iron didn't work because the cord was frayed. I called this customer service line the property provides and got a bit of attitude from the girl who answered when I told her about the water situation, in addition to everything else, which was shocking because of all the things going wrong simultaneously! For something that comes to over $300 a night with everything included, it was shocking. The place was gorgeous but the treatment from the so-called "suites" company felt really cheap. For a 3-night stay you have for pay for mid-stay cleaning and they only give you 1 coffee filter pod and 1 decaf. The shampoos and soaps are super cheap. No towel refresh. VERY mediocre place that I wouldn't recommend.

The location was great. The outdoor balcony was refreshing. Decent lighting in main room. Heating and cooling unit worked well.
The layout of the apartment was cramped and uncomfortable. The kitchen was ill-placed as it is located immediately upon entry. There wasn't a comfortable place to sit with only one real chair. The desk/chair were unstable, not really functional. The bathroom was dark (especially the shower), little room for toiletries and felt industrial. Might work well for an individual but doesn't really work for a couple.

I like the efficiency kitchen and the outdoor balcony. Great location and easy access to meetings near the State House and Charlestown. Lots of places to eat and shop on nearby Cambridge and Charles Streets.
A few notes. I appreciated that there was an iron, but it didn't seem to work. Also, there was no shelf or place to put the soap and shampoo in the shower except on the floor which was hard to reach in the small space.

It's a bit tight for two people, but you'd sacrifice space for this awesome location

The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, very handy for working in the Boston central area. I didn't see personnel, cause all is done remotely, but for the digital interactions had all was good.
Nothing really.

perfect size and location for our break
No kettle provided for those tea drinkers among us and the iron didn’t work.

My stay here was great it had absolutely everything I could possibly need, the location was also perfect so close to everything. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to stay in Boston for such an affordable price.
I loved everything.
7.0
The location was great, check-in and check-out were easy, the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, the building was quiet, and there were adequate kitchen utensils for a studio.
It was a little unclear how to open and close the studio door (it required more than just entering the code). The door frame was broken. Somebody claiming to be "checking the property" (not a cleaning person) came into our room during the day, apologized when he noticed we were inside and left. Since we had booked the room for 3 days, it was strange that he chose that time to "check the property." Anyone in management should have known that the studio was occupied. Given that the door frame was broken and there is nothing inside the door to prevent someone for typing in the code and coming right into the studio, we felt somewhat vulnerable. There was no place to put your soap in the shower other than the floor and there was no drying rack for the dishes. We figured out how to adjust the heat but it would be nice to have it explained somewhere in the room so guests won't have to waste time figuring it out.
