Nothing! I never stayed and I was charged TWICE! $117.36 + $117.37 for a total of $234.72 for a stay that NEVER HAPPENED.
I attempted to book the night before arriving and immediately after booking (not even 10 minutes) when I saw there was no parking I immediately started the cancelation process via email (I have all the emails!)…
Between Mavericks and booking.com BOTH started pointing at each other for the cancellation and NONE of you did anything!
In my dictionary that is called STEALING!
Dishonesty, keeping money from services that were not used and that were attempted to be cancelled immediately with no success.

Cozy apartment in a nice location. Quite area with some stores close by to have food.
There was no blanket at all. I needed to call a guy, since nobody is there, and they brought me one but that was very late at night so I needed to be awake until the guy came.
They don't replace coffee and water, so I basically had two capsules of coffee and I was staying 3 days. I think they should adapt that al least.
There are many stairs if you have a lot of luggage , but that cannot be solved.

Central location
We met no one for check-in (which I don't necessarily care about). However, the access codes didn't work: (1) we could not enter our room the first day and (2) had to open the door for a couple at 2AM on Saturday because their code for the front door wouldn't work.
Also, the mattress and pillow were extremely uncomfortable. We barely slept.

CLEAN, safe area and nearby to everything, comfy beds but flat pillows
Central heating and cooling meant the room was pretty cold at night. We had to bring an extra blanket. Shower temp was warm, but not hot. Can hear upstairs neighbors through ceiling

location
the room had a pretty bad smell too it & parking was really expensive

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice. I really liked the kitchenette part as well it was super helpful and made our stay much better.
we really didn’t like how we only got a few towels we really would’ve enjoyed it stay much more with more towels. Also the laundry situation was really an issue because we didn’t have coins and would’ve really loved to be able to have a coin machine to get coins to do or laundry and have fresh towels. I think if you’re going to require coins for laundry you should at least have a coin machine so people can do it.

lots of stairs up to apartment

Between the old part of the city and the beginning of the Beacon Hill area, perfect to discover the city. Nice apartment with everything needed.
Reactivity of the staff - We had a plumbing issue and nobody came to solve the issue, we had to spend our last night with the noise of the shower flowing and impossible to take a shower in the morning.
