muy caro, en un lugar estupendo, una lástima.

la ubicación el apartamento es pequeño. Sin embargo para una persona está bien.

cuando llegué al departamento me encontré que no tenía servicio de internet, el servicio de televisión solo con 5 canales. A pesar de mis reclamos, durante mi estadía no tuvieron solución. también faltaban bombitas de luz en las lámparas, o había artefactos que estaban desconectados. los artefactos eran viejos, estaban oxidados (la tostadora). Usé poco y nada. Adicionalmente resultó CARÍSIMO; no es lógico el precio con el depto y su calidad. También pidieron la mitad de la reserva como garantía, (un disparate), y enviaron mis claves de acceso a otro usuario y hasta minutos antes de llegar no tenía datos para acceder.

Excellent choice for short stays in Boston!!

Perfect location. Very close to metro (T) blue line. Checking in and out was as easy as possible. Clean.

Good location, close to The Commons in a kind of old fashioned street.

The location at Beacon Field was excellent.

Since this is an old property the access to this apartment on the 3rd floor was by stairs, which was complicated with luggage.

nice space and liked the kitchen. Very convenient.

the door didn’t have a separate lock. it was just code controlled. I feel a separate lock is needed. I put a fan in the front of the door for extra protection at nights. also the walls are thin. I could hear the people around the apartment. my room shared a door with the other apartment and I could hear everything.

Great location, bad room, terrible management

Great location; right in the heart of Downtown Boston. Neighborhood was very charming.

BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! - The room includes a door to the neighboring room with zero insulation or sound-proofing. We could hear everything the neighbors were saying. We literally heard the neighbors drop a pen on the floor. Essentially zero privacy. - There were reddish brown stains on all of the bedding, including the mattress and mattress protector. We even found hair inside the pillow case. - The bathroom is falling apart and in need of some repairs. Dingy, dirty looking towels. We raised these issues with property mgmt, but they failed to do anything about these issues, claimed the noise/privacy issue is mentioned in the property description (it's not), said the bedding and mattress were "clean enough" (they weren't) and refused to refund any portion of our money so we could stay at a real hotel that takes pride in their property and ensures it's clean and private for their guests. They even tried to claim that they've not received any other complaints about this property but just check the other reviews. Seriously, avoid this place. I wish we had.

Disappointing

Good location

I had called and spoke to a customer service rep about checking in early at 1, which he said wouldn’t be a problem and would just be a $25 fee. however, when we arrived just before 2, my code to the unit didn’t work. luckily, a cleaning woman was kind enough to let us in. it was extremely warm in the unit and a sign above the thermostat said to not turn on the A/C. the water pressure in the shower was also pretty low. the unit was also very warm overnight. not a very pleasant stay, and certainly not worth the price. the only upside is that it is a nice neighborhood.

The location can’t be beat - a charming street on Beacon Hill. Sweet staff & the laundry facilities was a bonus! Cute & comfortable room.

I loved the location and the self-check in. There’s also a little kitchenette in the room which we didn’t put to use but it’s still nice to have. It was clean and very comfortable.

The drain in the shower is a little clogged and the water pressure isn’t great. Other than that, it was perfect for a short stay.

1)No headboard on the bed, poor bedside lighting both major problems for people who like to read in bed and not have to get up to turn out the light 2) heard every word spoken in unit next door - no 10( by loud Indian couple) need better sound insulation between units.

Very comfortable, conveniences with kitchen , great location

I am a foodie, I always have an ice pack with my own food. As There was a full kitchen. Take advantage of that. I loved the area, I was happy to see a renovated home turned into a great place to stay. They kept the great flooring, original window case, fireplace (ornamental now) but beautiful.

A strong musty oder in bathroom, which could also cause damage, if not addressed. Otherwise, bathroom was great.

Avoid if you expect to sleep

Location, comfy bed, excellent washing / drying/ ironing facilities. Great restaurant nearby, 2 minutes walk

Communal washing machines on the basement floor 3 floors down Shower head hadn’t been decalcified this decade, very little flow No insulation between rooms very noisy neighbors at 5.30 am A note apologizing for outside renovation work & giving us ear plugs ! Difficulty in sleeping with the bright lights of the opposite building & no blackout blind.
