Three sundrenched levels just steps from the luminous waters of the Gulf are sure to lift spirits and rejuvenate tired souls. Awake to the sound of the waves rolling in and sea oats rustling in the breeze. You can’t get any closer to Destin’s coveted warm waters.
This lovely vacation home enjoys a tasteful island décor with shades of coral and blue. An inviting living room with comfortable furnishings and a dining room with seating for 10 let you get family and friends together to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Plan a cookout on one of the three private decks or take a siesta in the shade.
All you need for a comfortable vacation is here including a garage for safe storage of all your toys, a washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. All you’ll have to do is decide whether you want to fish, surf or just bask in the warm Florida sun.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

The beach was incredible! The location of the rental property was great. The downside was that maintenance people came by everyday and made plenty of noise. We were not informed that men would be there on property. This meant no privacy….

The view/decks and location are absolutely incredible. That said, the cost for it is quite high considering that’s the only major appeal. The kitchen is updated and well stocked with dishes but everything else was a bit underwhelming.
Anything that is upholstered is in desperate need of deep cleaning or replacement - especially the carpeted stairs. Also, the unit was unable to maintain temperature control. One part of a room could easily have five or more degrees difference and the foyer was off by 10-15. We visited in winter and had to layer up even though it was in the 60s because sometimes it was freezing and other moments it was comfortable.
We had an extended stay (6 weeks) at the property and after two, we were ready to move on. It would be great for a week vacation if the price was right and furniture was cleaned or replaced.

My recommendations would be to cut the weeds on the path toward the beach (a family member tripped) and we found 2 cockroaches in the home. Everything else we enjoyed ;)

Fantastic location on deeded beach. Our section of the beach was not crowded like it is down by the Wales tale or Pompano Joe’s. Quiet and comfortable. The chair service was an added bonus.

We loved having three balconies with their amazing views of this beautiful stretch of the beach. This is within walking distance of Bad Ass Coffee, Pompano Joe’s and other restaurants. There is also a nearby convenience store. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our family and plenty of seating. Each family having our own bathroom was a plus!
The outside furniture is top quality and comfortable. It was great having chairs and toys provided and located in storage on the lower deck.

Good and the Bad
Excellent beach location and access! Did not like the bedroom (with the 2 beds) attached to the garage which was always hot, even with the air conditioner on. Small washer and dryer for such a large group to stay. The entry door for the garage bedroom and the master bedroom would not remain latched!
First morning, found a humongous roach in the kitchen! Left it in a baggy on the counter for proof! The decking to the beach needs a facelift and the weeds around the path/ steps to the beach needs weed killer or black paper under the sand or maybe manual labor! No blanket for the two sleeping on the couch sleeper either.

If you did not know any better you would think the beach area in front of the townhome was private which my family loved loved loved! The chairs the owners give were very much appreciated. All the beds slept perfect and the balconies were my favorite. Already looking to make my plans for next year and stay here.

Perfect location and directly on the beach. Checked all of the boxes we were looking for. The property needs a lot of work/updating. Toilet paper dispensers and towel hooks were constantly falling off the walls, televisions weren’t plugged in for some reason, etc. Absolutely perfect location and will definitely return to the area, but some TLC for the property would go a long way.

Family vacation beachside.
We enjoyed the property very much. The best part is rolling out the back door right onto the beach where our beach chairs and umbrellas were set up every morning. It is also within walking distance of several restaurants for those evenings you don't feel like cooking. The decks give you an excellent view of the sunset and one morning we even woke up and walked east on the beach to the see the sunrise. Well stocked kitchen and private space for everyone. Of note, the 3rd downstairs bedroom does have a completely separate entrance that is through the garage with an exit to the deck/beach, so not appropriate for young children to use on their own. Overall we had a great time.

Honeymoon Destination
My husband & I rented this home for our daughter and her husband as a honeymoon gift & they loved it!!! It was his first visit to the beach and she loved seeing his reaction when he stepped out onto the deck to see the moon shinning so bright and glistening on the water. Unfortunately, the temperatures took a dip on their short days there in early December and it was too cool and windy to get in the ocean, but the privacy and views made up for that. Being from Tennessee they also enjoyed seeing the Christmas lights on the Palm trees, the great food and the convenience of everything being so close by. When I asked how they'd rate it from 1-10, They gave it a 10, so THANK-YOU!!!! :)

Peaceful beach vacation
My husband and I were in need of a few days on the beach with nothing to worry about and that’s exactly what we got! Loved the beach setup and the privacy we had. Everything was as stated and clean.

I wish the Property manager would have gotten back with us we called several times!!!! no answer and no RETURN phone call....We had never been in a huricane, the TV went out did not have a radio and the phone reception was in and out, so we were blind....they need to have some communication, an automated message that tells people were to go incase of an weather emergency.... or something on the Front door, on how to or what to excpect in the Hurricane..... Like i said everything was Great Except for SALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!we were there 5 days got on the beach one day so that SUCKS big time...... So very, very,very disappointed in Newman-Daily Resort Properties

I was here to check on a house I am purchasing in a few weeks. This place was perfect because it is right on the beach. Perfect for morning walks, sitting outside watching the sun set with a glass of wine from the top floor balcony and easy to get to anything on 30A.

Pros:
Directly on the beach- great views!
Fully stocked kitchen with every cooking utensil you could need + tons of silverware
Two fridges was super nice!
Comfortable beds- slept great :)
Quick and easy communication with PM team when I had questions
Cons:
Outlets throughout the condo were dusty which made me feel uncomfortable with the level of cleaning that had taken place prior to our arrival
All TVs were on when we entered the condo which made me feel spooked that someone was there (no one was, I don't understand why all the TVs were left on)
The gas tank on the grill out back was super low on propane and the grill did not cook evenly (may need to look at replacing this one pretty soon, it was very rusted as well, which was understandable given the humid condition of the environment)
There was NO hand soap throughout the entire condo and we were given a teeny tiny bottle of Palmolive in our welcome bag, also not enough toilet paper.
We had a daily issue of folks from the neighboring townhomes using our little section of beach right out in front of our condo so we felt the need to wake up early each morning to "stake our claim". That was one of the allures of paying more money to have a condo to walk right out to your beach and something I clarified with the PM team before our stay that we wouldn't be fighting for a section of beach the way you have to at the big highrises. That was disappointing.
Things to Know:
The condo does sleep eight, but it's tight when you're all in the main part of the house. The kitchen fits one or two folks at a time. I wouldn't recommend for large groups.

Amazing Weekend Getaway!
Awesome trip. The property is in a fantastic location, beach access right out the back door, close to shopping, restaurants and the highway. The house was great! We could tell it had recently been sanitized which put everyone at ease. We will definitely be back!

Tropical Storm Cristobal
We stayed during Tropical Storm Cristobal. We were unable to get in the water the entire weeks stay due to double red flag and raining. However, the town home was nice and the kids still found things to do inside and things to go do in the surrounding area. I would have liked that when we were under the decks, we were not getting rained on still, so you could not enjoy just sitting on the deck while it rained but overall the town home was clean and it was directly on the beach for access. There was an issue with the trash not being picked up from the tenants prior to our arrival or during the entire length of our stay. That was not such a big deal though. Had the weather been in our favor, the trip would have been perfect for us.

Very nice place. Being an engineer i noticed a few things that could be addressed like the uneven floor upstairs. The bouncy landing in the first floor was as but troublesome for my father but we worked through it. Great place overall.

Miles of ocean view
We stayed a month and enjoyed our beach life. Location is ideal. Great, right on the water restaurants very close. pizza, wine tasting, souvenir stores, gas station, convenience store, ice cream and more across the street. Winn Dixie and Outlets just down the street. Decks on every floor with wonderful Gulf views. Check in and out couldn’t be easier. They do have hairdryers and the WiFi worked very well with 4 of us using devices. Lots of stairs for exercise so be aware. Would rent again!!

The perfect location!
This review is from 4 women over the age of 55 who get together twice a year to spend time at our favorite place ... THE BEACH. The Check-in at the office was excellent. Everyone was very professional and to our surprise we were given a goody bag filled with supplies (dishwasher soap, dish soap, laundry soap, local magazine etc.). Many of the road in this location are under construction and made it kind of hard to get around. But there are many wonderful shops and restaurants in walking distance from the property. The condo was okay. It really needs a deep cleaning and some updating. Most of the pictures are bleached out and all the lamps are in need of new shades. The bedding is outdated but the beds are very comfortable. The floors, carpeting and baseboard need a good scrubbing and walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We took all this into consideration because we did book at the end of the season and that is usually when that detailed work is scheduled to happen. It just wasn't done before we arrived. We didn't report those issues since we were on vacation and didn't want a cleaning crew or painters there working for days. We did have an issue with the deck hose leaking and called that in to the office and that was fixed within a couple hours. Again, the customer service is excellent. It was so nice to have beach service!! Our chairs were set up by 8:00 am and taken down at 5:00 pm. There are beach chairs that you can use at the condo for after hours. We brought our own chairs since we knew we would be on the beach till sunset. Even thought it was fall break for the kids and the beach was crowded in the public area's, it wasn't by us. We did walk to a couple of restaurants and they were EXCELLENT! There is a wine tasting place but avoid that! The employees were rude and unwelcoming. Overall our stay was very pleasant and the best part of it was you're only steps from the beach which leads you right to the most beautiful ocean. The sunrises and sunsets are truly breathtaking. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we all did.
