Come "Seas the Day" at this 3300 sq ft, upscale, new construction 2017 house only a couple of blocks from the beach! This house sleeps 22 so there is plenty of room to vacation with your friends and family. Each of the 7 bedrooms are en-suite with a private bath. Six of the bedrooms have king beds. Relax in your private pool or enjoy the convenient public beach access two blocks from the house.
If you need more space for your group, you can also rent A Wave From It All which is right across from Seas The Day!
You can golf cart or walk to several nearby retail shops and restaurants. You will also have easy access to shopping, restaurants and activities like Destin Commons, a beautiful upscale shopping and entertainment center. It features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Bass Pro Shop, World of Beer, Panera Bread, Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl & Grill, AMC Theater with IMAX and much more. Beach activities vendors are nearby – Jet Ski, paddle-boarding, para-sailing, etc. The Silver Sands Outlet mall is not far for those who enjoy “retail therapy”!.

Great place for family of 22, you don’t feel as if you are on top of each other. A plus was each bedroom having an ensuite bath. Bedrooms had plenty of space to store items, closet, dresser, large bath. The pool was fantastic. Plenty of plates, need more silverware.

We loved this house for our family vacation. The house was spotless. We loved that each bedroom was spacious and had its own bathroom. The outdoor area was a great size as well as the pool. We had a few minor issues and maintenance was quick to show up to take care of it. Everyone we worked with was friendly and accommodation. I highly recommend this house for your next vacation.

We absolutely loved the house, the pool, and the location. Everything was perfect. I was surprised to find the kitchen stocked with dishes, etc. for a house full. I walked to the beach several times. Anything we needed was minutes away. We had an AMAZING vacation.

Seas The Day was the perfect place for my family getaway. It was very spacious, clean, updated, and in a great location. The water could have been hotter in the bathrooms. Would recommend putting one or two chairs in the bedrooms so you wouldn't have to sit on the bed and a few more chairs on the balconies. Overall, I don't have any complaints and would definitely stay again and recommend it to other family and friends. Thank you again for your constant communication from the beginning to the end. Also, for your prompt response whenever we had a problem or concern.

The house was excellent! We were a large group of 19, yet the house felt spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the private pool and the easy walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable as well. Overall, great stay and would recommend. Will be booking again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. This house is set up very well for large families as there are plenty of beds and we really liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The house is clean and well maintained. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. The pool is small but it was great to have for our kids. We would definitely stay here again if we visited this area.

Everything was just amazing from the beginning to the end. The host has great communication and the home was beautiful and clean. Made you feel just like you were at home. And beach was just around the corner. My family had a wonderful time here making new memories that will last a lifetime as we scattered my Sister's ashes to Sea. The house is exactly as pictured. The host was very accommodating when we asked for an early check in. Each room has a tv, the beds were comfy and we were able to fit everyone. The stay was perfect and I would definitely re book.

This was a great house spacious for all our family. We got to Florida early and they let us check in early which was great for us because the kids were tired of being in the car.. I would book again it was amazing the pool was great and they also had a storage full of floaters for the kids.

This home is perfectly located with a bathroom in each bedroom. It was so convenient for a large group! I loved that there was even enough seating for everyone to eat together at once. We were only a few steps away from the beach which was a huge plus! Communication is GREAT

The house is as appears in all pictures. Plenty room for 14 adults. Nice convenient location. We had 2 minor issues. First 3 of the pool walls had big yellow stains on them. No biggie. However, when in the pool if you happened to grab a section of the pool rim to get out or steady yourself there was a goop or algae the same color as the spots on the walls. We called the management company and they were very responsive. The pool contractor was out, in the rain, and scrubbed the whole pool. He asked if we would like it “shocked”, but as we would have had to abandon the pool for 4 hours we declined. The other issue was there was no ice in the ice maker in the refrigerator. Actually looked like pieces were missing. Eventually it made about 8- 10 cubes every 1/2 hour or so. Again no biggie. Grocery was right down Hwy. 98. So yeah, just little inconveniences. Overall nice home and nice stay.

Loved the house! It was perfect for our family. It had a well stocked kitchen (but needing a new toaster, both toasters available burned the bread and cooked unevenly). The pool was a great place to relax in after a long fun day at the beach. Thank you!

We had 16 people in our party and this house was perfect! We had an issue with the ice maker and they were there within an hour to fix it. From the day we booked our trip to when we checked out, they were always friendly and super helpful. We would definitely come back again! We highly recommend!

House, location and golf cart were great. Only two small pans available to cook for a large group. Pans were old, need to be replaced. I understand the 9am checkout requirement but it's pretty early.
