Just a bed for the night

I like how the front desk attendant was never far away. She kept the breakfast area taken care of and she was friendly.

I wish I would've had clean sheets. There was dried blood on our sheets in three places. Would've been nice if they could've had AC in the hallway or turned on in the room already, but did not. So our room took about an hour to cool off.

2nd chance

Hot tub, pool, friendly service.

Kids running in the hall after 10pm, 1st room TV didn't work, had to switch room was put in a handicap room with no bath tub, witch One reason I went to hotel was for a bath.

The staff was friendly and it was quiet.

99% of the time staff are not around the desk area and after you ring the buzzer, you could wait 1 minute to 10 minutes for someone.

Not what I expected.... 😲

The man who checked us in was very kind. The room was very spacious and we even had a balcony. I love how there's a McDonald's right outside the hotel.

The lady who checked us out was extremely rude. The sink was a little stained.

The room was quite comfortable.

The breakfast was somewhat lacking. Both the sausage gravy and buscuits and sausage/egg muffin sandwiches were not very good.

The full length bathroom mirror became undone(it was previously only glued to the door) and fell on me before hitting the floor and shattering into hundreds of pieces. Fortunately, I was not injured.

great! but could of been better

we liked everything except what is listed below

came for the pool and hot tub, which were closed. we could of stayed closer to my temp job but we wanted the pool and spa. i got to use the pool only on saturday, but with the 2 upper windows open. that artic wind-chill came in and made it quite cold on my neck and face. we were shocked that no one reached out to US before we arrived to inform us of the pool closeure. also some form of discount would of been nice with the pool and spa closure. also it looks like they had a sauna that is now a storage room, they should bring the sauna back.

Needed a safe comfortable place to sleep and shower while visiting my mom in the icu

staff was very friendly, it was easy to get to,beds were very comfortable, I felt safe in the hotel and outside on the property

I wish there would have been bagels or Toast to choose from for breakfast, hot tub was out of order, every thing was clean but out dated

A no frills hotel in a great location.

Great value for the price. 30 minutes from Lake Michigan, 15 minutes from tons of shopping and dining!
