there were dirty spots all over the walls, hair in the shower, you could hear the elevator every time it went up and down

It was awful, so filthy, disgusting,dilapidated. If I had a choice I would have cancelled and went to another hotel. I think it should be torn down and condemend.

They cancelled my reservation. They were full. No room for me. I had to share a room with another family member. They had no towels even after asking twice 2 hours apart. Breakfast was stale. The bathroom sink was leaking. Very disappointing for a Days Inn.

Room 246 filthy! mattresses cover had dried blood down the side. dirty sheet left on mattress of pull-out couch. I asked for clean bedding and changed it on both mattress myself. I also asked to use vacuum. The carpet hadn’t been touched from previous occupants. Toilet seat was loose so it wiggled out of place and at night I sat on the cold porcelain. Remote to TV had no batteries, or a cover to hold them in place. The room reeked of stale smoke. This place was like an old rundown motel/homeless shelter. I will never stay again. I will tell everyone I know about the disgust and disregard for “housekeeping”

The pool was nice. Staff was overall friendly.

The toilet was clogged when we arrived by previous guest, had to get maintenence to fix it in order to use the toilet in our room. TV worked after getting a master remote from the front desk that had to be returned immediately.

Everything......completely gross ......horrible smell....really gross carpet....I never took my shoes off...the bathtub had paint peeling not jast a little bit either big spots of paint missing....the shower curtain was falling off the wall as it had been ripped off i dont just mean the curtain but the whole rod was just barely hanging......old abandoned cars in the lot ......will never stay there again or at any days inn again.......there really needs to be a health inspector to visit there.....this place should be shut down.....IF WYNDHAM HAS THEIR NAME ON IT IT SHOULD BE LIVABLE AT WORST .....THIS PLACE IS NOT.......after I get ahold of Wyndham and talk I may never stay at a Wyndham if it's not rectified......ALSO THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OFF BOOKING.COM IF THEY HAVE ANY STANDRDS ALSO.......if it's not rectified by BOOKING.COM I'll be done with them also.......very very disgusted and upset

The only thing that was decent about this property is they have spent money on the lobby. Entirety of the facility was neglected horribly. Toilet did not flush TV did not work phone did not work lamps did not work horribly stain carpet horribly stained walls chipped furniture was a nightmare stay.

Entire property horribly neglected for years. When the toilet wouldn’t flush they simply sent another plunger to our room. Obviously this is already been a problem is there was a plunger in a plastic bag under the bathroom sink. When that did not work we had to move rooms at 10 o’clock at night. Got to the new room TV didn’t work no phone lamps didn’t work. New room just as filthy as the last room.

Rented 2 rooms (supposed to be beside each other - 1 was on ground floor, 1 was on 2nd floor). You could enter the room with a stiff card - didn't even need a keycard! Floor has some kind of goo on it - like large areas of glue or tar or paint or something (black stuff), big spot of old gum embedded on the carpet. Refrigerator leaked water out the bottom. Cigarette burns on the bathtub. Peeling paint on bathtub & lavatory front. Cracked toilet base. Pee stains all over both beds linens (sheet, mattress pad). Chunks of peeling pain on room walls. Either human waste (poop) or dried blood on the wall & door. Not enough bath towels (when asked to have another bath towel, I was given a hand towel to shower with!).Bathtub faucet would not shut off & faucet dripped profusely & bathtub would not drain. Dust on appliances, dresser, headboard of beds. Stains on floor by door when some kind of liquid or water had sat for a period of time. Toilet paper holder was old, rusted, had clogged lint in it. Patio door on 1st floor room had an old metal shower curtain rod holding it shut. Very apparent that many people lived at this facility because there were 2 vegetable gardens growing (large plants), flower plants, outdoor bbq grill, flower pots & outdoor chairs in front of some rooms. Emergency door was permanently propped open & just wouldn't close securely on 1st floor. NO FREE BREAKFAST - as room advertised with pictures and description. Hot tub was not only not working, but a large hole with metal sides was there, instead! Definitely a hazard for injury!!! I WOULD NEVER PAY TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL OR ANY OTHER HOTEL BY THIS CHAIN OF HOTELS - Wyndham Days Inn/Baymont. Lady at front desk was inattentive & lied to us on several occasions. Upon check-in, I even verified with her that there was a free hot breakfast & verified the breakfast time. I was told yes, there's a free hot breakfast that is from 6-9 a.m.

Literally everything could have been better! One good thing was that the beds were comfortable & 2 out of 4 beds had clean sheets but not clean or laundered mattress covers. I did inspect 2 beds for bedbugs, but didn't find any. The Baymont desk clerk was nice & said he, too, is quite disgusted with the quality of this hotel - and stated, "It's a job." Rolled his eyes and apologized for the condition of the hotel. There were 6 of us, 4 adults, 2 kids. We booked this hotel because it was supposed to have a free hot breakfast, pool & hot tub. So aggravated!!! Booked 2 rooms 5 months in advance & reviews looked ok! We read the recent reviews after we arrived & saw the bad conditions of the hotel. Reviews are terrible now, too! We feel we should have a total refund of our room costs! Something needs to be done with this place & the people running it should lose their jobs! Horrible representation to the public!

The staff was clueless but very friendly and as helpful as they possibly could be! They do the best they can with what they’re given.

First, the hot tub is empty and full of algae, it seems to be a big metal tub in the floor near the indoor pool area. The pool area also has mold growing on the floor. When I booked the room I booked it for 5 people a 2 queen bed suite and when we got there we only had 2 beds resulting in 1 of us sleeping on the floor, which happened to be dirty. All of that aside we decided to make the best of our stay for the weekend, we woke up excited to start fresh and enjoy the breakfast that is advertised on not only the rates but the pictures. We got downstairs only to be met by no food and a broken coffee and juice machines. When I approached the man at the front desk he informed me they did have a breakfast just not the kind most people are use to, I’m not sure what constitutes as breakfast but there was no food or drinks anywhere to be seen. Also, we asked for an extra blanket for the person that had to sleep on the floor and we were told to ask again in the morning because they had no one to clean the blankets so they had none. There were piles of dirty blankets all over the hallways, the room doors didn’t shut, oh and to access the pool area you need a special key that you rent out by the hour and when you get the key from the front desk and go to the roof pool the key doesn’t even ever work! We ended up getting a refund for our second night and booked a new hotel for the rest of the weekend.

The beds were comfortable. It was pretty quite around us! Easy to get to from the highway!

We get there and it seems very shady from the outside. Get inside and it is 2 hotels in one. You check in on whatever side desk you booked with. Go to find the pools and the outside one is filled in and grass is now growing there. Then we find the inside pool on the 5th floor and we can't even get into it. Have to go back down to the desk and get a key which I was told to return in an hour. The hottub was not working and the pool is small and freezing. Starts at 2 feet goes to 4 ft. There was also no towels for the pool. The ceiling looked to be falling in the corner of our room. Then come time for breakfast they have small muffins and coffee. The website says breakfast included, I don't consider muffins a breakfast. I feel like this hotel has seen better days.

filthy, found someone’s under garments in the room, nasty bedding, holes in the wall, had to ask for towels, trash never emptied, everything needed had to be asked for. didn’t use pool bc it was disgusting. this place deserves below a 1 star!!!!
