Very nicely furnished and decorated. Food and drink was excellent and the host was very friendly, chatty and extremely helpful in suggesting good ways to spend our time in the local area.

Charming boutique B&B in a Victorian town house on the High street.

Boutique B&B with beautiful vintage Victoriana touches. Judith and Meinte were charming hosts, so organised, helpful and kind. Breakfast was in a lovely room with quirky decor. Delicious eggs and fruit with homemade butter too! Location was perfect, right in the middle of town.

Very comfortable, clean and beautifully furnished accommodation in a central location. Owner very friendly and welcoming. Excellent service and superb choices for breakfast. Pleased to see coffee bags provided in our room, as well as tea. So much better than instant. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Exceptional

Judith and Meinte were the most friendly and accommodating hosts - I loved my 2 night stay at House Arundel and would recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the South Downs.

Super B&B, great location and an extremely warm welcome from Judith & Meinte. Nothing was too much bother, they went to every length to make sure our night away with our newborn baby was an enjoyable one. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!

good for one night only but not peaceful !

lovely friendly owner. hotel exceptionally clean. In heart of Arundel

no sound proofing at all. you could hear every word from guests in other rooms and people walking on floor above. road noise right outside. couldn’t open window because of road noise so room hot - needs a fan

Excellent location in a picturesque village. Very clean bed and breakfast hotel with attention to smallest details. Very polite, friendly and accommodating host. A pleasure to stay there 🤗

Wonderful experience

As soon as arrived we received a very warm welcome.the ground floor was very hospitable and welcoming, as well as the access to the drinks and fruits. The room was clean, tidy and satisfied my expectations.

Loved it, would come back again.

Loved the location and our room (The Earl) was lovely and the whole place was so clean and welcoming.

I wasn't keen on the lack of a full English breakfast, but my wife loved everything they offered for a full continental breakfast.

Great location, stylishly decorated

The bed wasn’t that comfortable, didn’t sleep well, ceiling was low in our room which was top floor, which was a problem in the shower as the shower head was level with the top of my head.

Arundel 1st choice without question.

FANTASTIC coffee. Really tasty, simple breakfast. Beautifully decorated. EXTRAORDINARILY clean. Delightful hosts. I've stayed in 5 star hotels that aren't this nice!

Best place in Arundel!

The amount of love and care Judith and Meinte give to the place and the guests is amazing. It felt like we were staying at our friend's house, only professional! The breakfast was spectacular, with lots of homemade items like creamy butter (best butter we ever tasted) and jams. The recommendations Judith gave us on restaurants to try / experiences available around Arundel were great. Both Judith and Meinte are very friendly and super professional. The place is clean and they have little touches that make the experience complete like little chocolates/biscuits with the tea set and aromatic soaps. The best place in Arundel without any doubt!

Perfect base to explore Arundel

Superb location, lots of great restaurants shops and pubs nearby and just 2 minutes from the castle. Rooms are clean and well appointed, including a great shower. Judith and Meinte are lovely hosts, continental breakfast, good coffee and a warm welcome. Recommend this B&B highly.
