Great location nice view of the cathedral . Facilities were excellent , especially for a family. walking distance of Arundel and nice quiet location . Host very responsive when contacted.

Did have a problem issue with the hot water and heating on arrival but promptly resolved the next day after contacting the host. Parking could be a bit tight but not really an issue.

Absolutely wonderful! The property is huge, very spacious, very clean, nicely decorated, lots of toys and things to keep kids busy, had everything we needed, nice outside area which we unfortunately didn’t get to use because the weather wasn’t great, lovely views, staff we lovely and were available if we needed anything. Would happily move in today! Location is great too, parking available outside

Very spacious and well equipped. Warm and welcoming, and well located. Slightly out of the centre, but an easy walk along the river. Exceptionally clean, and very accommodating host, who replied promptly to our messages, and was very helpful.

Lovely house. Fresh bread on the table when we arrived 😊 Whole property was spotlessly clean. Comfy beds and lots of bathrooms. Ideal location about 20 minute walk to Arundel town and the castle. In the current climate with prices going up, this was a reasonable price for the size of the property. Would recommend this property and would happily return.

The shower on the second floor was a bit slippery. Might be worth mentioning this. Lots of other showers available though.

The view from the lounge is beautiful . The location is a 20 min walk or a very short drive into Arundel . Breakfast that was left was eggs milk butter and crumpets . The bathroom on the first floor looked new , the fan needs a good clean .

This is not a property that is purely a rental property - a family live there most if the time. The place needs a good clean , not just wash the floors and clean the bathroom toilet. We were not provided any soap or hand wash to use in the bathroom on the second floor . We had to buy shower gel as this is not provided so we bought soap to use . This is unusual not to provide as a basic provision . We have been travelling for 5 weeks and this is the first time we encountered this. The shower head in the bathroom on the third floor is filthy . Photos attached It is only a three bedroom if you have small children , otherwise you use a day bed on the second floor. You can shut the doors which have blinds but there is no where to hang anything . Mushrooms are growing inside the doors There is a double bed in the other room on this floor and you can hang items on the back of the door , the owners left a suitor hanging from the curtain rail. Beds are personal but we all found them uncomfortable. Again we were asked to strip them before we left . No pillow or mattress protectors used , not a requirement but might be good for hygiene purposes. The fridge contains a water filter , again dirty , we washed it and re filled. This might sound a harsh review but we have stayed in apartments for five weeks , there is a huge difference between one rented out as an investment and one that is rented out by a family ad hoc. If we had known this one was the latter we would not have booked it , that is why we do not use AirBnB.

The property is well located for visiting Arundel but the road itself is not that inspiring. The property is very spacious and has two sitting areas both with a large TV. The kitchen is well equipped and there was milk, butter and eggs left for us. The bathrooms are modern and very clean.

We all found the beds rather uncomfortable and some new mattresses would be an improvement.
