Nice location but low value for money!

1) Quite close to the beach (20 min walk). Also close to the nearest railway station Sopot Wyscigi (10 min walk). 2) Clean rooms and friendly staff. 3) The room had access to a small garden which was very nice.

1) Extremely small rooms. I am sorry but the pictures of the property posted on the booking.com are very misleading. They make you feel like rooms are spacious and large. When we entered the property, we were shocked by the small size of the rooms (and the price charged for them). The rooms are so small that you cannot fully open the doors to the garden. I am attaching a picture to confirm this. I traveled with my family (4 people in total), so we had absolutely no space to move around the rooms. So make sure to check the rooms' size before you book. 2) Be aware that the price does not include any room service (cleaning, changing bed linens, etc.). 3) Since rooms are so small, there are very few options to put your stuff. Fore example, we had to put clothes and laptops on the floor because there was no space for a table. See attached picture. 4) During our stay, there was construction work in the house across the street for two days between 10-11am. A short period, but still annoying.

Modern apartment with good location

The location is perfect just a short waking distance to the beach. Comfortable bed and sofa. Attentive and helpful host.

They were some facility things that could be improved. Like hangers in the bathroom for towels ( nowhere to put 4 towels), more glasses, a big fry pan ( we only had a small one), some hangers and shelf in the living room to put away your things. Also some cleaning stuff like vacuum cleaner or broom. After a day at the beach there were a lot of sand in the apartment but we couldn’t clean the floor.

Perfect location very close to the sea side. Space for free parking close to the building.

They did not clean the kitchen stuff and dishes at all. Even wash-cleaning machine was dirty (with pieces of meals). The apartment need to be renovated- dirty walls and floor. The manager was not ready to solve the issue and just send me his apologies via sms.

Clean and modern, really quiet neighbourhood. Walk to beach is quick and nice past the park.

Could have had a towel for drying dishes, and hooks to hang coats by the door :)

The owner is very responsive. The location is great and photos match the real apartment. OK for a couple, three people max. We had everything for cooking and call stay.

Unfortunately, our apartment was not that clean. We also experienced a lack of towels at the kitchen and more towers for a replacement, especially for a floor at the bathroom.

Quite, clean and nicely equipped. Requests to owner were answered quite quickly.

On the first two days the shower head was spraying around, but this was eventually fixed by the owner. Note that the road is under construction, so you cannot enter the garage.

Great host provided extra ordinary support to us by offering even larger appartment at reasonable price. Very good communication skills, gentle politeness and courtly manners made this special kind of venue which turns an event into a memorable experience.

A lovely place to relax close to the beach

We booked for 5 days but we ended up extending another 2 days. The owner offered us a slightly larger apartment to allow us a bit more space as a family. It had all we needed to spend a week there. It was very clean and had a lovely patio to the garden where we spent some time in the warm sun. There is also an underground garage, laundry, and bicycle storage. For those who want to cycle around Sopot, this location has access to bicycle paths to the beach and the town.
