Super hotel pyszne jedzenie bardzo miła obsługa duży taras w pokoju wygodne łóżka kanapki dla gości na wynos to też miły akcent i dzieci gratis.

Fajny, ale nie wyśpisz się

To mój trzeci pobyt w tym hotelu. Niezmiennie największym atutem jest lokalizacja, rzut kamieniem od ścisłego centrum, a jednocześnie cisza i spokój. Hotel ma ładną bryłę, wygodny parking blisko wejścia. Dobre śniadanie, może bez fajerwerków, ale ciepłe, świeże, apetyczne. Całkiem spory wybór. Ładnie zaprojektowana łazienka z bardzo dużym prysznicem. Duży telewizor, widok z pokoju na park.

Pani na recepcji w dniu zameldowania... zero uśmiechu, praca jak za kare. Naprawdę pierwszy raz się z taką pracownicą spotkałem w tym hotelu. W pokoju bardzo dużą pajęczyna koło okna, dużo kamienia na armaturze łazienkowej. Natomiast największy minus tego hotelu to łóżka, są po prostu koszmarne, miękkie, niewygodne, to samo poduszki. Na tym po prostu nie da się wyspać. Z racji delegacji byłem w różnych hotelach mniej więcej z tej półki cenowej. Tylko w tym zawsze wstaje totalnie zmęczony.

Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra, w pobliżu stacji PKP i przystanku autobusowego, ale nie były w hotelu słyszane odgłosy miasta i zgiełk ulicy. Personel bardzo życzliwy i pomocny. śniadania obfite i różnorodne, chociaż w innych hotelach tej sieci są znacznie bogatsze. Na duży plus zasługuje obecność w pokoju sejfu i szlafroków, jednorazowych kapci i dużej ilość ręczników. Będąc w Sopocie kolejny raz na pewno wybiorę Focus Hotel Premium.

Sposób otwierania drzwi prysznicowych to istna ekwilibrystyka.

Hotel lokalizacyjnie bardzo pozytywnie mnie zaskoczył - jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Śniadania bardzo obfite, w zupełności wystarczające.Bardzo różnorodne i bardzo smaczne. Miejsca pod dostatkiem.

Wszystko było takie jakim powinno być.

Nice hotel close to the beach

Nice hotel with parking and close distance to “molo” and restaurants.

The breakfast choice is poor for the price you pay, no choice of plant base milk and vegan options. I think you should more variety of food. I found hair under the sink and in the shower.

The hotel was simply amazing, from the check-in, all the way to the cleanliness of the room and the hotel's facilities. I will certainly choose it again, when travelling to Sopot. Plus, it's also very close to the Monte Carlo street, which has all the main shops and restaurants.

The biggest issue with the hotel was that the hotel staff placed a family with a possessed little dog right at the start of the corridor, which meant that when the not-so-thoughtful family left for breakfast in the morning, the little possessed dog barked continuously from 8AM for a solid 1.5h, after which we went to complain to the reception. Whilst I understand the hotel's policy of allowing animals, families with poorly trained dogs should be given hotel rooms that are ideally a bit more excluded because otherwise, what's meant to be a relaxed hotel stay quickly turns into a hotel stay from hell. The hotel reception reacted promptly when we complained to them about it, but the reception staff did hear the barking but they only did something about it, when we complained (since I could well hear the barking when I walked to the reception). A more proactive approach on their side would have been appreciated – if I have to complain, then that usually means that the situation got out of hand.

It was in a good location if you wish to be just away from the main strip .The Hotel was modern and adequate for a three night weekend get away to Sopot but having been a few times before and I will say that I preferred other hotels in the area of a similar price bracket.

Arrived on the day of the first snow of winter and our room was not heated . The room had one large radiator in the corner that I needed to turn on/up and then the room took at least a day to get to a decent ambient temperature. Surely the staff should have had the foresight to switch up the heating before arrival and not leave it to the guests ? Breakfast was included in our stay but I will say that having stayed in many Hotels in Poland this one was at best average, in fact the Fresh Orange juice was definitely the most watered down I have ever had ! ,Could do better with a little bit more attention to detail .So definitely being generous it was (at best) a 7/10 .
