It was good.

The bed was confortable, birds were singing near the open window in the morning and I loved it. The staff were very helpful as I had issue with the lack of actual wardrobe and proper iron. Extra hangers were supplied and a steam iron. Breakfast was ok, had what we needed, may be they can include black olives to it :) we loved the swimming pool too

I wish we had bigger window or balcony in the room. The stairs and the smell and were tiny.

Θέλει περιποίηση κυρίως τα δωμάτια εκτός ξενοδοχείου

Το πρωινό είναι πολύ καλό . Γευστικό και πλούσιο

Η εσωτερική πισίνα και το τζακουζι είναι πραγματικά ξεχασμένα και ενδεχομένως και χωρίς τους κανόνες υγιεινής . Τα δωμάτια είναι θορυβώδη και με μόνα τζάμια οπότε ξυπνάς πολύ πρωί καθημερινά. Η εξωτερική πισίνα είναι κοινή για όλους και δεν έχει σχέση με το ξενοδοχείο. Στην αρχή μας έδωσαν δωμάτιο σε ισόγειο που δεν αντιστοιχούσε σε αυτό που κλείσαμε. Το νερό (ζεστό ) είχε σκουριά γιατί είχε πρόβλημα η εγκατάσταση. Το νερό δεν μπορούσε να χρησιμοποιηθεί ούτε για μπάνιο ούτε για πρόσωπο- δόντια.

Bardzo udany

Łatwo dostępna komunikacja publiczna. Standardowe ale dobre śniadania. Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju i wymiana ręczników (ale nie trzeba codziennie korzystać) Wygodne łóżko. Dostęp do wifi, TV. Wstęp do Aqaluny w ramach pobytu ( otwarty, podgrzewany basen zewnętrzny nad zatoką, leżaki, ręczniki). Były tez 2 wtyczki typu C co mnie uratowało bo moja przełączka do gniazdek typu G, które tam dominują była jakaś "rozchwiana".

Winda często odmawia zamknięcia drzwi lub ruszenia na wskazane piętro. Zawsze udało się nam ją "przechytrzyć" żeby nas dowiozła gdzie chcieliśmy, bo musieliśmy oszczędzać kolana. Słychać ją też trochę było w pokoju. Brakowało też szafy na ubrania. Względnie mało mebli. W pokoju były tylko wieszaki (ok.10) we wnęce przy wejściu i pod tym dwie szafki; tez jedna szafka, wysoko nad miejscem do parzenia herbaty. Część rzeczy trzymałam w walizce. Był stół z 2 krzesłami i małe szafki nocne.

Great place for a visit to Malta

Excellent place! Great location to explore the island. We came to Malta for a carnival in February. The weather was amazing. The hotel is located close to a ferry terminal to Valletta- 5 min max a ferry ride and you are in Valletta. It was cheaper and more sensible option ( time wise) to travel by Bolt taxi. The hotel has really good facilities- great breakfast with a view to the sea! You also get access to a sauna etc. rooms are clean and modern with a coffee machine. We loved everything!

We didn’t get a refill of coffee and milk, went to the room service and they apologised.

Het ontbijt en het terras.

De badkamer had schimmel. En dat rook je ook in de kamer. De vloer was erg vies. We hadden zwarte voeten nadat we op blote voeten in de kamer liepen

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολυ καλη.αριστη τοποθεσία και θέα από τον ένατο στο πρωινό.πολυ καθαρό δωμάτιο,καθημερινή αλλαγή πετσετων!

Φτωχό πρωινό . Ασυνεννοησία μεταξύ της Ρεσεψιον όσον αναφορά το late check out. Η πισίνα η εσωτερική ηταν κρύα και ο χώρος της πισίνας δεν ήταν περιποιημένος .

Overall, a pleasant stay in a cozy hotel room.

The property is conveniently located, close to public transportation (both bus and ferry services), and within walking distance from Sliema, St. Julian’s, and maybe even Valletta. The room was nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable. A very spacious bathroom. The bathroom also has a window. *As a note here, the reception and breakfast are both located in the other facility, just around the corner, 115 The Strand Hotel by NEU Collective. The view of Valletta (and Manoel Island) from the breakfast room, located on the 9th floor, was amazing.

We booked a room with 3 single beds, but the third bed was a fording one. My dad found it comfortable enough, though. I am a very light sleeper, so the noise level was too much for me sometimes due to the windows that didn’t insulate too well. We had no hairdryer in our room. The smell on the staircase was bad pretty much all the time, probably coming from the garbage dumpster. The staircase was also very narrow, but I didn’t mind that too much.

I recommend Urban Rooms for everyone going to Malta!

Great location, good price and clean room.

It was challenging to use the hairdryer since the wall socket format is from the same as the UK. But I could found a hidden wall socket on the bed's side - although the receptionist didn't know what to do to help.

Bons serveis i atenció!

En general, els serveis que ofereix l'hotel i l'atenció han estat molt bons. Copa de benvinguda, piscina amb solàrium, jacuzzi, cafetera i planxa a l'habitació... Molt complet.

El plat de dutxa estava trencat i deixava un bassal d'aigua gran fins l'habitació cada vegada que et dutxaves. Resulta molt incòmode tenir mitja habitació molla, és important que l'allotjament arregli això.

The rooms are great, but the breakfast was our bad experience in this hotel.

The rooms are modern, very clean, comfortable bed.

The breakfast was good, but a vegetables were not fresh, for example tomatoes were fermented three days in a raw. The stuff in the canteen were not kind, everytime some of coffemashine didn’t work, or coffee was over, as scrambled eggs always was over. And if you come for breakfast later then 9 o’clock then you couldn’t find a clean mug for coffee or glass for juice((

polecam serdecznie! znajdziesz tu wszystko czego ci potrzeba!

Świetna lokalizacja :) blisko do Valetty, urokliwej Sliemy i rozrywkowego St. Julian's. Tuż przy przystanku autobusowym. Bar na dachu hotelu z przepięknym widokiem. Do dyspozycji gości basen z leżakami i ręcznikami z cudownym widokiem na zatokę. Pyszna hotelowa włoska restauracja !

Disappointing

Urban Rooms was almost perfect. The room was very comfortable, because it was big, such as the bathroom. Access to Aqualuna was great, it's a very good place to chill and enjoy the swimming pool and the view to the bay.

The breakfast was poor and everyday the same. Hot foods (such as eggs, bacon, etc.) were always cold. But an even bigger problem was that the air conditioner did not work for 3 days, the room was a constant 33 degrees, the elevator could not be used for several days, there was no wifi for 1.5 days, and there was also no hot water for 3 days. We got another room for 2 nights in the 115 Hotel, but it was terrible: it was dirty, there were no windows, it was in a much worse classification than what we paid for. We spoke to the hotel manager, but he was a jerk and rude and didn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience, even though he could have.

AC and wi-fi not working. We had to leave

The room was nice and spacious.

Unfortunately the AC wasn’t working and neither was the Wi-Fi. We checked in at 18h30 and were told that there was an electrical problem that would be solved in 30 min - 1h. We arrived at the room after climbing 5 floors without elevator while carrying the luggage and the room was like an oven. After almost 2 hours waiting, we had a talk with the manager that couldn’t tell us when the problem would be solved. We had to leave and find another hotel.

Very great stay!

Room was spacious and clean. great location with great facilities and perks with the hotel. breakfast was very nice and would recommend going to the restaurant at night as well (very good Italian food). Look no further, this place is great!

Haven’t had a more pleasant stay to date

The building is 20 seconds away from the main building where the main facilities are, just around the corner. Great location close to everything you need, shops, caffes, public transport and ferry services. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. There were a lot of options to choose from so even though they served the same things every day you could easily make so many combinations with the food given. The waiters in the restaurant are all efficient and kind. Special thanks to Sandra who made us feel at home! The room and bathroom were so big! We even had a little balcony. Towels are changed by your liking simply by leaving them on the floor if wished to be replaced. Cleaning staff come every day and tidy everything up just like the first time you walked into the room. We were a little skeptical about the neighborhood but all over it is one of the safest places we traveled to. Couldn’t be more pleased with our stay!

The building has a set temperature so If your feeling cold you cant do much. We called the reception and maintenance came right away to try and fix this but everything is automated so nothing could be done so they gave us another room to sleep in so props to them!

Perfect location and accommodation

Very attentive staff, answered all my questions even before I arrived. Location superb, accommodation fantastic. My room was larger than I expected, very clean with modern amenities. The breakfast terrace is stunning. Despite not being in the main hotel, did not feel alienated at all. Was easily able to communicate with the main reception and received the same level of care. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, near the seafront, bus stop, ferry trips, etc. Breakfast on the balcony with the view of Valletta (if there were free tables on the balcony :-)
