Cosy, friendly and inviting guesthouse stay!

Room size and view were really nice, despite the weather we felt cosy and enjoyed our stay here! the owner was really helpful for car hire, restaurant tips, clothes washing etc.

Slightly damp in the room (but mainly due to the heavy rain outside) made it hard to try things like towels as no heater

Lovely stay with a lovely host

The whole set-up is super nice. A lovely house, nicely decorated. And the house has everything you need.

The bed in the 'aquarium' room is a bit fragile. Could be better :)

Loved this place, you'll feel right at home!

I can't really explain it, but this place just has a vibe. It feels like chilling at a friend's house. Absolute surfey vibes, easygoing atmosphere, Martina the owner just makes you feel right at home. The house is cleaned daily, the pool is great, the kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are huge and quiet for sleeping. It's equipped as if you could actually live there, not in sterile holiday home kind of way. It's in a safe, suburban neighbourhood full of surf houses and villas. I can only highly recommend it, it exceeded my expectations!

It is quite a walk to the center of Ericeira. It's safe and by the ocean so it's not a huge hassle, but do be aware that it is in a residential neighbourhood with not many things around, except for one supermarket and a bakery.

Disappointing

The location & sunset views were great.

The house was very cold & shady. There was heat at an additional cost. The fridge smelled. The space did not match our expectations based on previous reviews. I do not think the value matched the price.

Slightly overpriced for what it is

There was no microwave in the kitchen and the oven and kettle were quite old and difficult to use

Very good

THis is a really great little guest house. You need to be comfortable with a shared bathrrom, but overall it was really great and the hosts are super friendly and helpful.

Longer walk than expected to town, but I should have done more research. Great if you are looking to be outside the yown center.

A relaxed stay with plenty of surf options and other activties nearby

Excellent service by the host which also reflects in the apartment. The location is close to basically anything, especially if you have a car. If you like walking, it is possible to go to Ericeira or other places. The neighbourhood is quite relaxed so it's possible to relax without cars passing by every minute. Surfing locations are around the corner as well as surf schools (although not at every beach).

Stayed to remote work and enjoy Ericeira. My stay was peaceful, comfortable and the house was clean!

Great location, only 5-10 minutes to Ribeira D'ilhas Beach. Martina is a great host and makes sure you have everything you need! Would stay there again!

Perhaps there could have been a better lounge area, and/or place to chill indoors as the weather wasn't great for the first week of my stay, and sitting outside was not always the best option.

Very bad

Party below my balcony which is not acceptable at all, especially during covid. Constant music all day. No chance at all to relax. I raised the issue, I was told that I was right but that’s all. No compensation, just threw my night and money away.
