Had a lovely stay here, location was fantastic and great value for money

Great location and kind staff. Comfortable bed, no aircon but I didn't feel like I needed it. Towels and shower nice.

Can be a bit noisy as right next to footpath but with window shut you don't notice

The WiFi didn't work The power cut so the aircob didn't work so electricity and couldn't have a shower because it was dark. I had to travel dirty and sweaty. I couldn't charge phones and couldn't check in. I had to spend money to find somewhere to power my phone ready to travel and check in. I would kit recommend this

Superb

The rooms were very comfortable and big and clean. The location was in the center of everything which was perfect. The hostel was super nice and the balcony was also another good feature to have, The clerk was very nice helpful and friendly.

We are a young family so climbing up the steep stairs aint a problem for us but it could be a problem for elderly people, there is no parking on site and we almost got stuck with our van in the narrow streets, so it is best to park next to the church and walk with the suitcases and etc to the hostel. I think the hostel needs to make this point more clear towards the clients so people wont take a chance of driving and damaging their car in the narrow streets.

I loved that the Casa was located right by the beach and the walk to the "Furnace" area and a short walk to Praia Do Sul - a lovely lovely beach. Suzanna was so friendly and accommodating and was just a joy to have as a hostess at the property. T

Street noise all night during the weekend. Rude guests who kept smoking on the shared balcony after being asked by the hosts to smoke outside on the street....just down a short flight of stairs. But that is something which cannot be controlled when you have inconsiderate people continue to break the rules of a no smoking property.

no water in the room, no assistance, dirty, just horrible

I did not like anything about the property, PLEASE AVOID!!! We arrived and the hotel was empty, when we arrived in the room, the room was smaller than in the pictures and seemed so dirty, the bed sheets were wet!! To end up we had NO WATER in the room, we could not take a shower or use the toilet, the assistance was terrible. We needed to find other hotel 8 pm. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY WHOLE LIFE, JUST UNBELIEVABLE!

No privacy but great location and staff

Perfect location. The staff (Susan and Sophia) was great.

Misleading pictures. Poor privacy as you share the balcony with another room, and your bathroom window goes right into the balcony of the room next door. The kitchentte is tiny and suitable to make coffee only.

Casa das Aguarelas is so central, not even 2 minutes walk from the main part of town with the restaurants and shops, and also right close to the beach. The rooms are airy and clean, very comfortable, and the staff are fantastic. 10/10

Respect to 2 years ago, I think they should start thinking renewing some parts: for example. bathroom. They still have mini wall hairdrier ... nowadays it would be expected to have a proper hair drier No breakfast included and no specia convention with any place to go for it
