Relaxing

The place was quieter and relaxing,rooms bigger. Wifi was working perfectly.

Pool water wasn't warm. Complimentary breakfast was definitely complimentary and not worth the time spent preparing it(the chef was great though,if he's to be judged by toasting bread and making eggs). I didn't get to see much animals around,only saw warthogs.

Tranquility.home away from home…

Everything ,host very helpful and the cleaner very friendly.The guides who were working at night looked after us making sure that we were safe.The pool area was very lovely,beds comfortable ….and free Wi-Fi

We had the best time here.

It is really a nice place if you have a big group of people. The view is absolutely stunning and the swimming pool is nearby which is a bonus.

Good

The views are beautiful, especially the big deck. Great for a family outing, it has all kitchen utensils. The braai area accommodated all of us.

The sliding door downstairs was a mission to close. There was a pile of dirty sheets and an unmade bed upstairs at a corner. There room looked very untidy. The main bed outdoor shower door did not open at all. No wifi and network was a challenge.

I like house 74 was a great girls trip, I wished the facilities were close by

The House Is beautiful, we loved the setting, the walk to the swimming pool I wish other facilities were a walking distance, the reception is so far we couldn't book any activities

The stove only 2 plates worked, the oven fan doesn't work, the fridge freezer draws are broken, the upstairs fourth bed is broken and there's a ladder in there, , the sliding door on the outside bedroom is broken, the deck needs to be looked at, you really need to update house 74 it's a great place to visit, just needs anupdate

The view from the deck is worth a million dollars.Lynette was very pleasant to work with,she was always available for any questions or assistance.All kitchen utensils were there and catered for all of us.The central pool was great and we enjoyed the faciloties there.

The room with four single beds was untidy and one bed was not made.There were things just piled at the corner and the room was dusty.The other room downstairs needs an upgrade,the door is a mission to close,the main lights were not working.Bedding was not so clean.a few upgrades in the unit are needed.the door to the outdoor shower did not open in the main bedroom. There is no pool in the unit.09h00 is also a bit early for check out,the standard across all accommodation is 10h00.

The luxurious bush mountain home

I love the bush so the place was exactly what we needed, the pool was very relaxing and clean and in the middle of the bush. The house is beautiful, spacious, it had all the things we needed from utensils, braai place, etc

The attic room 's beds are not comfortable, one bed has two mattress plus base.

Nice property, good for switching off from the bustle of the city

The owner’s lack of urgency, had a burst pipe, the water ended up filling the whole house. Finally someone came to switch it off and left us without water for 5 hours. 9 days after my visit, I still have not received my damage deposit back. There is also no iron. Bring your own

The Place To Relax and Feel At Home

What I liked most about this property is that the house was very clean when we arrived. Also, there is everything in the kitchen you can ever need. The furniture makes you feel like you were in your own house.

If you are arriving for the first time, it can be a challenge to locate the property.

The unit is completely neglected and of poor standard.

Location and view are great.

Kitchen cupboards are collapsed onto each other. Condition of beds are shocking - beds are three mattresses ontop of each other. Linen is torn. One room and bathroom had no lights, other rooms have one working light bulb. Unable to use braai due to neglect. Only three wine glasses. The place is a mess.

It was a beautiful place indeed we had fun

Manager was rude and inconsiderate. He lied about so many things in that happened in the house after we left. They were supposed to remove the trash everyday and they later blamed us for the fact that the baboons messed with the garbage after we had departed. I believe that some of the pictures they sent were old and from visits way before ours. They then refused to pay back the amount due to us. The manager was never friendly or welcoming before, during and after our Booking. Failed to answer questions directed to them

For what we paid for the weekend here, it was not an enjoyable stay for us, not value for money

The view was amazing.

Living Room Inside 1. Not all the lights in the house worked, some didn't even have globes in. 2. It definitely can't seat 8 people in this house, should you not be able to sit outside. 3. There were not enough plugs to power the TV and DSTV decoder, we had to use our own (luckily our friends had brought a multi-plug with) The Kitchen; 1. The kettle is very old, its lid kept coming off and you had to keep unplugging the whole thing to fill it up with water. 2. The microwave is also very old, it worked, but you had to keep an eye on it as the timer would stop working between 8 and 4 minutes. 3. There were no cleaning cloths supplied, the host brought us some the next morning after requesting some. 4. No plastic bowls to serve chips and snacks in 5. Not enough dessert bowls in general either Main Bedroom #1 1. Live wires were just painted over, not idea considering it is a thatch roof house Main bedroom #2 1. The inside shower didn't work, at all. 2. The basin cold tap didn't work either and the hot tap kept moving around 3. The toilet was the only thing working here, making it most unpleasant Upstairs Loft 1. The light didn't work 2. The toilet didn't have a handle to flush 3. There was debris in most of the corners of this area, making it unsafe for little ones to be up there The house is in dire-need of maintenance.
