Leuk hotel op goede locatie, lekkere bedden en erg vriendelijk personeel.

Fijn bed, donker en stil op de kamer. Vriendelijk personeel.

De hygiëne kon wat beter, het was oké maar de badkamer had wat schoner gekund.

Wonderful

All the staff we encountered were fabulous and I can't thank them enough for their kindness and consideration. Our flight home was cancelled and we arrived late at night feeling exhausted and stressed after a last minute booking but the gentleman on reception (Peter?) treated us with kindness and courtesy. All the other staff were the same, which was wonderful. Massive thanks to the lady who booked me a cab to the airport even hours after I'd checked out.

We liked the Niu Dairy and would stay there again.

The hotel was in a good location. It was a short walk from the railway station and even closer to the main square of Haarlem and tourist attractions and shops. We liked the "dairy" theme throughout the hotel - lights like milk bottles, ice cream cones and churns etc. The bedroom was comfortable and there was air conditioning and a safety deposit box as well. The breakfast was good and varied but the cooked food was a bit limited.

The lighting could be improved in the bedroom. Also we didn't like the dispensers for the washing gel in the bathroom. A kettle in the room for tea and coffee would have been welcome.

Not very friendly - no atmosphere. Staff forgot to clean our room one day - not a major issue, but not good either.

Super Lage und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Da wir mit dem Fahrrad im Rahmen unserer Hollandtour dort genächtigt haben, sind wir morgens schon früh ohne Frühstück aufgebrochen, somit können wir da leider keine Auskunft geben.

Das Hotel hat keine eigene Möglichkeit Fahrräder irgendwo im Hotel sicher abzustellen nur an der Straße direkt vor dem Haus, allerdings ist schräg rechts 300 Meter gegenüber ein 24/7 bewachter Fahrradkeller. Das fanden wir Wiederrum als ganz großes Kino, absolut top! Sowas können glauben wir nur Niederländer.

Genoten van een heerlijk weekend Haarlem in een super Hotel op een prachtige lokatie!

Het is een erg mooi&vriendelijk hotel. kamers keurig netjes, jammer dat het raam niet open kan. De lobby erg gezellig, wordt veel gebruik van gemaakt. Ontbijtzaal met een open sfeer en uitstekend ontbijt. Er is zelf mogelijkheid, als je geen ontbijt geboekt hebt, om toch een een koffie of thee te kunnen pakken. Lokatie SUPER!!!

De kamers waren keurig, maar qua prijs/kwaliteit verhouding vind ik persoonlijk de prijs te hoog/

De ligging van de locatie. Wifi was ook goed.

Personeel was onder bemand, als je ze nodig had of belde namen ze of niet op of ze namen op en hingen weer op.

Cute place in a convenient and peaceful neighborhood

Good location. Good sized room. Nice bathroom.

Inside room doesn’t have much of a view. No breakfast included; offered for the outrageous price of €19.

Excellent. Great hotel on a lovely location. Would definitely recommend and will certainly go back.

Very helpful friendly staff. Lovely room with very comfy bed. Perfect location. Liked the idea that if you didn’t have the cleaners come in to tidy your room you got free soft drinks vouchers.

Just a shame there was no kettle in our room. When we asked about it we were told you had to be in a more superior room, but they let us make tea in the breakfast area and take it to our room. Just think a kettle in every room would be better.

Prima plek voor en of meer overnachtingen

We hebben er alleen overnacht, niet ontbeten en nauwelijks tijd in het hotel of op de kamer doorgebracht. Dus veel waarde heeft onze mening naar mijn idee niet, maar de kamer was schoon, het bed heerlijk en de badkamer prima. Ook de ontvangst en het uitchecken verliep zoals het hoort. Kortom, bij een volgend bezoek aan Haarlem komen we graag terug.

Het was wel een beetje warm op de kamer. Thermostaat kon niet lager dan 19 graden.

Prima hotel om te blijven als je er inderdaad alleen slaapt.

Het is op loopafstand van het centrum, maar tegelijkertijd is het op een rustige plek gelegen. Het personeel is vriendelijk. In de kamer staat een koffiezetapparaat en waterkokers met kopjes en koffie/thee.

Omschrijving van de kamers klopt niet. Een kamer met groot 2 persoonsbed geboekt, maar dit blijken 2 eenpersoonsbedden tegen elkaar gezet te zijn. Je hebt ook 2 losse dekbedden. Ook zijn er geen spelletjes aanwezig op de slaapkamer. Schoonmaak tussentijds is ondermaats.

Goeie bedden, zeer schoon. Uitstekende ligging.

Verder niets op de kamer, geen mogelijkheid tot het maken van koffie of thee. Zelfs geen glas om kraanwater in te doen.

nice stay but a few things could have been done a lot better.

location was very good. and hotel was clean.

Went for breakfast at 10,25 as it was supposed to be open till 10.30 and was told it was finished. Also replaced the towels but didnt take the dirty ones. Also no replacement of coffee or tea or milk and didnt clean cups. or make the beds.

Mooie wandeltocht door Haarlem met z’n vele hofjes.

Strak, schoon en modern

jammer, geen koelkast en koffie/ theezetter. Overigens is bij de receptie van alles verkrijgbaar.

Ótimo!

O quarto é excelente. Novo, banheiro bom, cama enorme e confortável. Está bem localizado em Haarlem, perto de bons bares, como o Jopen, por exemplo. De Amsterdã é fácil e rápido chegar. Em cerca de 30 minutos da estação central, você já está no hotel. A vista do quarto é bem bonita. A equipe é educada.

O travesseiro está com um cheiro forte, precisam ter um pouco mais de atenção ao lavar a fronha dos travesseiros. Café da manhã é caro.

Goed ontbijt, ruime keuze. Beetje vervelend dat je een tijdslot voor het ontbijt moet kiezen, maar als je de ontbijtzaal inkomt vraagt niemand naar je naam of kamernummer. Locatie is perfect, je loopt zo het centrum in.

Geen raam wat open kan op de kamer, het was erg warm.

Niet goed schoongemaakt ( kringen op tafel ) badkamer rook niet fris, er kon geen raam open. Veel te duur, was absoluut niet waard

Fine hotel for your stay in Haarlem

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. The location was next to the city centre. They have a nice shower.

The design of the rooms and hotel was a bit basic. We did not get a cosy or warm feeling from the hotel. There were no windows that you could open in your room. The price was a bit high for what you get in our opinion.
