Loved the condo it was clean. Had everything we needed. I had one issue and the property manager fix it right away. They responded quickly. We liked it sooo much we want to stay there again.

The unit is newly updated and well stocked. We appreciated the extra touches such as lots of hooks to hang up suits and towels. The spot on the beach and endless views from the end unit balcony made the vacation. We would stay here again.

The unit is just beautiful, and the view outstanding! Our weather was not the best, but the interior was so comfortable that we were still able to enjoy it. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. I’d recommend this unit wholeheartedly!

Your Comments We had the best time! It was a mom and daughter girls’ weekend. We loved the condo. Everything was perfect. Our views from our balcony were outstanding! We watched the sunrise, saw dolphins and found some shark’s teeth. We had quality time together in a beautiful setting! Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Before you walk through the door to this condo, you see the amazing views that await you. Because it's an end unit, you have the benefit of more windows/natural light inside plus a balcony that only has one wall versus the typical. It's a beautiful view and well-appointed updated unit. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beach chairs and such that were included. The master bath is tight and less than ideal, but that's really the only suggested improvement I'd have. An excellent spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very comfortable and has everything we needed. The only thing that we felt like it needs is a curtain or shade on patio window and door. It gets very bright in the morning in condo!! The view is awesome…

We enjoyed our stay at this fourth floor unit. It had an awesome ocean view and a large balcony perfect for viewing, reading, or just lounging! The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and functional. The climate control stopped working after a storm on our last night, saved somewhat by the fans. Overall it was a restful, very nice experience.

We loved the accommodations and the view is truly endless and amazing! Just a note for Mock vacations. The check out instructions were sent out while we were at Amelia South, but we never checked our emails while on vacation, so we did not know about the check-our procedures unless they were printed out on the room instruction sheet. SORRY, we did not strip the beds or take the trash to the dumpster or put the 123456 with then a check to let you know we were gone. We did leave the room towels, etc. by the dryer as the check-out sheet in the room instructed.

Beautiful place with great views. We made good family memories here. Only heads up for people is to bring your own laundry detergent. There wasn't any stocked but other necessities were provided.

Only one thing I would recommend. Get new high quality sheets for the master bedroom. These were old and had a scratchy feel. Over all it is a very nice unit. End unit that has so much more light. The owners really did a great job with their renovations and we would certainly rent it again. Mock, the on island agency that represents this unit is very responsive and friendly!!

This condo was clean, with great views and easy access to the pool and beach. There were carts to help with luggage and elevators to get up to the 4th floor. The unit is an end unit, which made it quiet. They have done a lot of work on the building in the past few years and the unit has been nicely remodeled. There are limited toiletries so bring what you need (tissues, toiletries, extra toilet paper- one in each bathroom provided, any cleaning supplies, paper towel- one provided). Beach chairs (4), beach towels (4), small styrofoam cooler, beach ball provided. Beds were comfortable, living room furniture very comfortable, and some games were provided. Great composite table with 4 chairs and 2 Adirondack chairs on the balcony. Management company was responsive when we had parking questions. Overall great stay, we would come back!

Lovely weekend!! The corner unit provides beautiful views of the sunrises. Kitchen is well stocked, and unit is nicely decorated (updated as advertised!). Lovely beach for walking and collecting seashells. Arrival and departure process is easy and hassle free thanks to Mocks Vacations!

Clean and well stocked condo. Great view of the Beach and Ocean due to size of balcony and corner location. Pictures need to be updated. Main reason we picked this condo was the view and furniture on the balcony to lounge and relax. Current balcony pictures are out of date as that furniture is no longer there with the ottomans to kick back and relax with the view. Now just currently a table with bar height chairs and one Adirondack Chair.

This unit was clean, well stocked, comfy beds, and the best view ever! Having a corner unit allowed us to have an open beautiful view of the ocean! Everything was great! Only complaint I have is that there were no curtains or blinds for the sliding glass door. But otherwise it was a great stay!
