Schöne zentrale Wohnung für den Städtetrip

Tolle Lage, man kann direkt in die Altstadt hineinlaufen. Die Vermieterin organisiert einen Parkplatz im nahegelegenen Parkhaus (5 Minuten zu Fuß) , der ist im Preis beinhaltet. Das Apartment ist in einem alten Haus und wurde renoviert. Schöner Aufenthaltsbereich (Küche und Wohnzimmer).

Die Dielen knarren bei jedem Schritt. Es gibt keinen Aufzug.

Séjour très agréable au cœur de Colmar

Nous avons apprécié la propreté impeccable du logement ainsi que le confort de la literie et le calme. L'appartement est particulièrement bien situé au cœur de Colmar, heureusement qu'une place de parking était prévue, elle est indispensable. Merci à Mélanie pour la petite surprise en arrivant dans les lieux.

Highly recommend

We stayed in 1516 on second floor. Fabulous central location, great apartment with well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Owner easy to communicate with. Parking included but off site about a five minute walk so so dropped off cases just inside entrance door, grabbed key to apartment and parking key and then walked back to apartment.

Helle und freundliche Wohnung in der Altstadt

Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Altstadt. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Läden sind problemlos zu Fuss zu erreichen. Bäckerei, Cafes und Restaurants gibt es viele in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Für uns nicht ganz so einfach war die Lage der Tiefgarage. Die Anfahrt hat uns die Gastgeberin aber bereits vorab mit Bildern und Video zugeschickt. Zusätzlich lag in der Wohnung noch ein Anfahrtsplan auf.

Great apartment for a short or long stay in Colmar

Very large apartment, great location, well equipped, appreciated the easy self check-in, 10 min walk to train station.

It wasn’t a problem for us, but guests need to be sure they can carry their luggage up 3 flights of stairs in order to stay here.

Ideal location in the town center. Fully equipped apartment with everything one needs for a short (and even longer) stay. Clean and tidy apartment. Excellent communication with the host.

Immaculate apartment in the heart of Colmar

Immaculate property with thoughtful touches! The kitchen was perfect for enjoying breakfast, fresh market items, and wine in private. It is located within steps of all main attractions, but positioned outside of any noise. Melanie was readily available to answer questions and provided all details in timely manner. The apartment is bright with plenty of sunlight. Temps were a little warm at the peak of August but portable air conditioning unit moderated. The price is a fair value and we would definitely return for another getaway! Thanks for an exceptional stay in the lovely city of Colmar.

Colmar is a delightful town with lots to explore but arriving by car is not recommended.

it was very central to the town and amenities. The top floor apartment was private and quiet.

Finding the apartment was a challenge and impossible by car. More accurate instructions for finding the address are necessary. Equally car parking was difficult to work out but useful once discovered.

Comfortable and charming

Location was accessible and extremely well situated. The gite was equipped with a compact functioning kitchen which was very practical. Bedroom had an incredible view. Lots of natural light in the entire space. Windows open for refreshing breeze.

The shower was a bit crammed although in good functioning order and very clean. The fridge was in need of maintenance for the ice box, although it was functioning for everything else.

Relaxing weekend in a perfect flat!!

Everything was perfect during our stay. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities needed. The area was very quiet and yet into the city center. We will come back for sure!!! Thank you

Our stay was cheerful amidst the colourful historic buildings & supported by the kind owner.

Location was central & quiet. Everything to visit was within walking distance. Great restaurants abounded and convenience stores as well. The luxury bath products provided were much appreciated.

Perfect apartment in a cute town

Everything was perfect at this appartment -- location was excellent with a park right across the street. Checkin was a breeze and easy to understand - no need to meet someone as it is self checkin and the host messaged beforehand the information . Apartment was clean and very well stocked with coffee, soap, etc. If we go back to Colmar we will def stay here

Great apartment in great location

The apartment was very clean, in a great location and was very comfortable for our stay in Colmar. The Christmas markets were so close as were all the sights. The instructions from the host were clear and parking, although a small distance from the property, was fine.

The only issue we had concerned the washing machine. It was old, small did not work properly.

clean, comfy, fabulous location

The heating didn’t get very hot, so it was a bit chilly at times and it would have been lovely if there was a welcome pack with some essentials.

- the charm of the place: both modern and cosy decor, we really loved the layout of the flat - facilities: it has it all, the modern, very well equipped kitchen with a comfy space to sit, the hair dryer in the bathroom, the livung room and the tv etc. - cleanliness - location: super central, right in the very centre of town (also very close to a public parking site where you can leave the car at first in order to arrange the private parking for later) - easy communication with the host melanie and easy self-check-in

- nothing, we absolutely loved our stay 😊 a few comments regarding the few negative negative points I have read in other reviews: Some people complained about the cracking floors and therefore the noise that neighbours made. This is what old houses in city centres do. If you want a stay in a charming historical building in the heart of town, this is what you have to deal with. Some people complained about the complicated private parking in a dark garage. Well, garages are dark. And it is not right next to the building, but it is FREE and where in the middle of town would you ever find free private and PROTECTED parking (key necessary) right next to the accommodation? It's just a minute's walk away. Yes, it takes some time to figure out, where to enter by car exactly, but the host has done a very good job in providing prints with instructions, photos, maps and arrows.

ideal location & design & lovely landlords. And the availability of a parking space nearby in a garage!

The lighting in the bed room - too big for our taste. Others may love it. The parking space was in a very dark parking garage

Lovely!

The location was wonderful, the apartment was beautiful and well-furnished.

We had some problems with the parking - big mix-up; wasn't anyone's fault really, just a mix-up. So, if you do book this property, which I would urge you to do (it's really lovely), be sure that you are very, very clear about where to park your car. Having done it once, and understanding the parking logistics as we do now, we would have no hesitation in booking this lovely apartment again
