Nice apartment and close to everything.

This is an apartment right in town but has a quiet courtyard. Convenient walk to center of everything. I felt very secure to stay in the apartment. There were several locked gates to go through to get to front door. The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. Charlotte and her husband were very nice and helpful.

The cathedral was close by. You can hear the church bell. But with the windows closed, it did not bother us at all.

Идеальная локация, уютное жилье, прекрасные владельцы!

Это потрясающе красивая и очень удобная и уютная квартира. Владельцы с любовью создали красивый и очень эргономичный интерьер и приготовили всё, что бы гости могли чувствовать себя как дома. Квартира в самом центре Кольмара, отличный вид из окон и при этом очень тихо ночью, тишину нарушают только колокола Собора.В квартире тепло и безупречно чисто, много красивой посуды . Две спальни, два унитаза, два душа, стиральная машина, приготовленно всё для гостей с детьми. Владельцы заранее прислали письмо с очень подробной инструкцией по заселению.

Мы выбрали большую спальню и матрас показался слишком мягким.

Excellent séjour

Merci Charlotte, tout était parfait. La météo de fin octobre ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la jolie terrasse comme lors de notre précédent séjour, mais l’emplacement de l’appartement était idéal pour les balades au cœur de la vieille ville avec notre bout de chou de 2 ans.

Perfect apartment, perfect location, perfect host, thank you so much Charlotte.

The apartment was really well set out, we loved sitting out on the terrace drinking our wine, it is a beautiful setting. Charlotte, our host had thought of everything you could possibly need in this apartment, including the security measures in place. The location of the apartment was perfect for us, in a quiet little square with shops and restaurants close by.

We couldn't fault this apartment.

Apartement with nice atmosphere on top location in Colmar

Nice apartment with nice atmosphere. Top location in city center but still quiet (church bells to be heard but not disturbing). Well equipped. All in all, I can only recommend this place for a visit to Alsace.

Missing a small trash bin in the big sleeping room. A few additional glasses and mugs in the kitchen would have been nice. Nb: The apartment is on the top floor and not suitable if you have walking problems.

Great location, very nice, spacious apartment in old town.

Charlotte, the owner, was at the apartment to greet us. She’s a gracious host and remained available to us throughout our stay. We obtained the keys and information about the residence. The unit was on the second floor. A private, gated stairway ascends from the courtyard to the terrace and front door. The unit appeared to have been remodelled with many upgrades, improvements, and conveniences. Everything was in very good condition. The unit was a spacious one bedroom, full kitchen/dinette, front room, shower, sink, water closet, and small room next to bedroom with a single bed (accessible only by going through the bedroom). The apartment is equipped with a clothes washer (a wonderful amenity). The unit is well equipped for longer stays. Location in old town is ideal. Walking distance to train station, bus routes, restaurants, and all points of interest in old town. Walk to the Courts of Appeal and the old water storage tower. Some of the finest examples of 19th/20th century mansions and public buildings can be seen.

Beyond owner’s control: The apartment is within 25 meters or so of the cathedral. The bells in the tower ring every fifteen minutes between the hours and every hour on the hour to announce the time.

Perfect location and wonderful place to stay

The location was perfect, right in the center of the old town in a courtyard off one of the smaller streets, so very quiet at night. The apartment is attractive and spacious and had everything we needed. the kitchen is well equipped, and the shower was great. Whenever I texted Charlotte before and during the trip, she responded right away. she was extremely helpful and friendly. This was a wonderful place to stay in Colmar, which we just loved.

Our favorite place we stayed on our trip to France.

The apartment was roomy and well equipped. It was in a perfect location very close to everything in Colmar, especially the Christmas markets and all the shops. Parking was only a 3 minute walk away and plenty of availability, even during peak times (the garage name is "Rapp"). Beautifully decorated, great shower, plenty of hot water. Highly recommend.

I can't think of anything that warrants a complaint. We had a small issue with the heat which Charlotte quickly responded to when we texted. I know if there were any issues, she would be quick to resolve it.

Best Accommodation Experience Ever

We booked this place as a family with a 2.5 y/o kid. It is located in the very-right-exactly at the hearth of Colmar. It has its own stairs to the garden from its own private terrace. So covid-wise you cannot be any safer than this. Place has two bed-rooms, both are at ideal size. It has very good heating, delivered super-clean and is furnished very modern. I like being able to adjust the heating, having a nespresso machine at the kitchen, and having all utilities you can think of for cooking. Place also has internet at good speed and a Smart TV. On the day we arrived, our daughter got sick and the host Ms. Charlotte did an amazing support for arranging doctors, taxis and even providing toys for her. We would not be a able to sort fraction of such things out without being able to speak French. I am gold/elite/platinum on various airlines and hotel groups as being a frequent traveller for business and I can confidently say that I haven't felt such care on any of my previous accommodation. Ms. Charlotte's hospitality was just remarkable! As a result of our daughter got sick, we spent good amount of time at this place rather than exploring Colmar. I can say it would be very depressing if would be spending same time in a hotel room or elsewhere. This place offers the exact same comfort with your home...

Excellent location and great place

Super clean and confortable. Very well appointed. Kitchen extremely well equipped with lots of basics to get by (condiments, coffee, tea, seasoning, oils), the directions and instructions were impeccable, thank you!!!

Stunning apartment! We loved the decor and the well equipped kitchen. Everything was really clean and the beds and towels were super comfy. Also: the location was absolutely perfect.

Perfect and omfortable place to visit Colmar and around.

Locatiion in the middle of old town. Apartment is big, nicely decorated and very comfortable. You feel at home from the very beginning.

Everything perfect. If I have to point to something, it is a bit hard to go upstairs with big luggage.
