About this apartment rental

Mariner West is a family friendly low rise Condo that is Gulf front on Thomas Drive. This condo is a corner unit on the 3rd floor with an oversized balcony. The spacious Master Suite is furnished with a king size bed, private bath and a 43" Flat screen TV. Living Room is furnished with a Queen size Sleeper sofa, a 58" Flat screen TV , cable, complimentary wi-fi, and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, dishwasher, a regular coffee maker and Keurig, blender, and microwave. There is a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer and room to store all your beach gear.

Plenty of onsite amenities which include a large gulf front pool, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, pool table, and beach sand volleyball. There is also gas grills adjacent to the pool for grilling your own fish, steaks and burgers. Enjoy eating your own meal at the picnic tables.

All towels and linens are provided. All you need to bring are beach towels and don't forget your sunscreen!

Wonderful complex for winter guests. Winter guests return year after year. Winter guests typically have get togethers for corn hole matches, shuffleboard matches, bingo night, drinks by the pool, pot luck dinners and other fun activities. Sorry, no mailbox key provided. Contact me for monthly rates.

*Check-in is 4:00 PM (Central Time)
*Check-out is 10:00 AM (Central Time)
*Effective January 2023-the complex (not us) is charging a $25 fee for parking and armbands. We apologize for this additional fee but wanted our guests aware of it prior to booking.
*Renter will receive a text and/or email on arrival day with check-in information for the stay. The complex (Mariner West) will be undergoing some maintenance updates which are planned to begin in 2025. Currently, there are three posts located on the west side of the balcony (side that views the neighboring condo complex) and two posts on the ocean view right side. The posts will be in place until the project starts. The posts do not significantly impact the beautiful view but we strive to keep our guests aware. Once the company begins the repairwork, the company workers will need access to the balcony to make the updates and remove the posts.

Very nice and clean. Extremely close to the beach with an amazing view! I would highly recommend. Only problem was the front door mechanism…. Needs to be replaced

I love this unit. This unit is very clean and updated. Great views and easy to get in and out of. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact. We have been going to Mariner West for over 10 years and this is the nicest unit we have stayed in so far!

The condo has a great view. The unit was very clean. The wraparound balcony was huge and came in very handy. The condo was very well stocked with basic items as well. We would definitely stay there again. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

We had a wonderful 5 day vacation. This 3rd floor unit offered beautiful views of the Gulf and pool. Unit was very clean, king size bed very comfortable. We spent lots of time on beach, at the pool and on the balcony. Host was very great with communications. Definitely recommend and will stay again. Barracudas is an easy walk as is Busters. No food at Busters though. Schooners is a mile down the beach.

We came to celebrate our Mom’s birthday. It was a perfect stay! The unit is amazing and the location is very convenient to many of our favorite restaurants and shopping. Easy and convenient access to the beach too. I can’t say enough good things about the unit.

This property is perfect for a couples get-away. The corner unit has a large balcony, perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen is well-equipped and this unit has nice furniture, linens and a good supply of start-up neccesities such as dish detergent, toilet paper, etc which made this feel like home quickly. The nice sized pool is cleaned daily and everything seemed to be well cared for on this property. The communication with was great, with clear instructions and easy processes. We certainly will try to stay here again soon!

This property checked all the boxes. Great location, super clean and comfortable. Great bed, and great pool. Beach area is great and the area couldn’t be cleaner. Love then location as it’s not in the middle of the tourist area but still lots to do and many good restaurants in the area. Owner’s communication was perfect and all the instructions were super clear. Already hoping we can get this same unit again in a return trip! A+++

My family of four had a wonderful stay! The condo was the cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. The view was spectacular and location was great. Beach not too crowded as we stayed during peak season. Traffic was not bad either. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay! We can’t wait to return!

Our 2nd trip in this unit and it was perfect. Excellent communication from the property manager, attention to detail, had an issue with the washer, it was repaired within 3 hours. This is our favorite place in pcb. Highly recommend 👌

We had a great month’s stay at Mariners West condo. We enjoyed the fact that it was not a high rise condo with all the crazy spring break crowds that can be visiting in late March. The condo unit was further East and very quiet with mostly family groups or retirement friendly people. The condo itself was homey and comfortable and the convenience of a private laundry room across the hall from the unit was wonderful. The king size bed was firm and comfortable! The management and staff at Mariners West was great. A special shout out to Dave who was always working very hard to keep the grounds and pool area impeccably clean and tidy. The property is perfect for sunset views from the balcony or just steps out on the beach. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Sue was very responsive and took care of a small issue with the coffee maker immediately. You have all you need to make meals in the kitchen. The office and grounds staff were friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again and have already recommended it to friends!

The title says it all. Quality furnishings, comfortable bed with nice linens & one of the cleanest condos we’ve rented in PCB. Corner balcony with comfy seating. Full size washer/dryer laundry room across the hall for your personal use. Easy check-in at the lobby. Easy parking. Convenient to restaurants -Schooners, seafood market, Paparazzi Gourmet Deli, & Patches Pub were some favorites. Great communication with owner.

We loved the property. Very clean and tidy. We didn’t spend to much time inside as the balcony was perfect. It rained on our stay so we used it a good bit. The bed slept wonderfully! And access to the beach was just perfect. Also very safe in regards to who can come and go from the beach which was very nice! We will be back!

The condo was beautiful. Fantastic view of the ocean as well as the pool. Kids loved the assortment of pillows to choose from. Quiet private beach area with access from pool area. There were some chairs and umbrellas stored in laundry room for use on beach. Owner was very easy to talk with and prompt with responses though everything was explained prior to arrival. Definitely will keep this one in my favorites for future vacations!

Everything was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for better! They condo was beautiful, clean and very spacious. The views were amazing! Sue responded very quickly with any questions I had and was very helpful. The condo is located in the less busy party of town! Quiet and very family oriented. We loved and it and will certainly be booking with Sue again in the future!

This was our first time staying at Mariner west and we will definitely be staying there again. We love that end of the beach because it's less crowded. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We couldn't have ask for a better experience thanks to Ms. Sue. She was so nice and helpful our entire stay. We can't wait to go back!

My daughter and I frequent PCB each year. We have stayed many places but this exceeds all other stays. We absolutely loved it in 301. The wrap around balcony is amazing and extra breezy!
