設施可，小孩很好放電

一到房門用磁卡開門打不開電話聯絡客服，打了三通都說已有聯絡，等了十分鐘，等待不成問題，重點是親子飯店通常都會有小孩，手上大包小包又抱小孩在門口乾等，以為是要等工程師還是修理門的人來，結果等到在旁邊房間清潔人員拿著另一個磁卡來開門，傻眼到一個極致，然後床旁放遙控器的小盒子上面佈滿灰塵，還有指甲，我真的是無言了，清潔度很不佳

房間真的很棒空間很好浴缸跟廁所分開很棒遊戲區設置還不錯也有定時消毒餐點也豐富

電梯難等又一台維修整天都在等電梯⋯ 頂樓因天氣沒開放有點可惜因為颱風天而入住結果卻很多設施都沒有感覺就失去了去住的期待值畢竟我們就是因為室內設施而想住的如果設施能做一些調整多一些娛樂設施在別的樓層會更好

房間安靜，無異味。浴室配置屬於跟日本飯店配置居然一樣，乾濕分離，浴室跟廁所是分開的，很棒。早餐超好吃，平日可以這樣享受真的很棒。

除了遊樂設施其他住宿經驗不是很理想

有很多小朋友可以玩的遊樂設施

1.早餐用餐爸爸些帶小的先上樓，才準備帶姊姊夾她想吃的東西員工就以為沒人用餐把桌上收拾的一乾二凈，明明桌上還有沒吃完的水果，覺得很誇張當下也沒有人排隊要用餐雖然事後有在重新鋪餐紙但心情都受影響了。 2.6歲以上又多收早餐費用300$有些許多，小孩根本沒吃到什麼東西，雖然説又另外包含遊樂設施部分（記得之前台南住宿其他家也沒有這項費用）

覺得可以在官網上面說哪個設施應該要帶什麼穿什麼，像遊戲室就是要穿襪子帶手環，撞球要壓證件健身房要穿布鞋等等才不會還要房間、車子跑來跑去

跟上面評論一樣的問題。， wifi,電梯難等。入住家庭4人房，桌角沒有貼保護裝置，建議改善。獨立廁所持續有煙味，應該是管線問題建議改善。 7樓茶水間，可以放置濾滴水籃，不然大家洗完小孩用品，整個人造石檯面都是濕的。

這次住宿四人房還有一個小客廳，晚上孩子睡著後可以在客廳吃東西看電視非常方便，樓上有簡單手作DIY活動可以帶孩子去玩，另外有室內遊戲室跟泳池可以玩水，整天待在飯店裡也不會無聊，隔壁就有全家也非常方便，下次渡假還會想再來

四人房，房間超大的，還有一個小客廳，而且有2間廁所，空間寬敞舒適，床好睡，房間跟客廳各有電視，超級貼心

I really enjoyed my stay at here at Hotel Chateau Anping. The room was spacious, facilities were all rounded and the bed was really comfortable. I slept really well, unlike the other hotels I have stayed.
