可以預約接駁車飯店有微波爐氣泡水機令人驚喜，離台南精華景點非常近，晚上可以到處走走。

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Tainan

Wir hatten schöne große Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Super, dass es auch ein echtes Dreibettzimmer gab. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr vielfältig, das Personal sehr freundlich. Empfehlenswert!

Nur, dass die Lüftung oder Klimaanlage (obwohl ausgeschaltet) gerauscht hat.

Facilities are good, breakfast is delicious

Pillows are a bit too soft. Doesn’t contain light switches near the bed. You have to walk all around to shut all the lights.

We enjoyed the breakfast and gas sparkling water and ice available on our floor

When paying the bill, I selected the option to pay in local currency yet it was charged in my card currency with extra 10% currency conversion fees. So check your card after making payment.

It was a pleasant stay:)

Triple bedroom was perfect for 3 girls weekend trip, staffs were very friendly, breakfast was also good, great location it was close to multiple places that we wanted to visit, it was a good stay:)

Water pressure of the shower head wasn’t strong enough, hair dryer was also kind of weak for who has long hair.

The staff is friendly and the location is close to the central station.

During our two days’ stay, the air smelled cigarette smoke all the time. The hotel provided air filter. But it did not help.

The parking lot is convenient for parking, the location of the hotel is good, A variety of choices for breakfast, delicious.

The coffee in the room is all three-in-one, which is not available for foreign tourists.

Very professional and welcoming staff

It was pouring rain during our stay. The front desk had spare umbrellas to loan which was a huge help and ordered us taxis so we didn't have to search in the rain. Very clean and still following strict covid protocols during July. Noticed staff speaking Japanese as well as Mandarin and English. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. The room was a good size compared to some Asian business-oriented hotel rooms that tend to be smaller efficiencies. We didn't take advantage of the food so I cannot review that.

Ex. Restaurant Manager around the world, in 4 to 5 stars hotels , I can really recommand this Hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, had everything to satisfy Asians and Western customers, and the personnel very friendly and efficients, just as much as the reception personnel who were also very efficients.. Thank you to all of them!! This Hotel did not get 5 stars just because there is no swimming pool but I give them a five stars for the efficient and flawless service.

I have just one liitle recommendation to the Housekeeping department.. Please put one more waste bin in the room for three peoples, (the one in the bathroom has its only purposes) as only one waste bin in the bedroom, is not enough at all!!! and can be messy, Thank you..

Well worth the money

Solid and reliable - just what you would expect from a four-star hotel. I drove to Tainan so I appreciated the underground parking lot. The rooms are large, comfortable, and soundproof. Also, even though the COVID-19 measures were in place, the hotel still offered a buffet breakfast which was a big plus. There is an option to mix your own tea from a variety of herbs which I made ample use of at breakfast.

The breakfast was very Chinese (Taiwanese) style. Most guests were local so it was probably OK for them but I would have appreciated more Western-style choices. Also, the TV channels included in the cable TV offer will bother you with neverending commercials which is, however, common in hotels around Taiwan.
