Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Amsterdam

Well located hotel

Great hotel, obviously towards high end customers but I found the price way too high for the standing still.

Took ages to get tooth paste late at night and no brush in the toilet (?)

Good location back falls short of providing value room rate suggests.

Good location near shopping district and some good restaurants.

A number of little things. Room overlooked dumpster area of another building (at the room rate…?), was quite difficult to get an afternoon drink and a challenge to get that taken to outside smoking area, received turn down on day one and had to call for the room to be made up on day two. None of these are big things but at the daily room rate it is very reasonable to expect better.

Nice hotel with a good location and comfortable room

The location, the comfortable room and the delicious breakfast

Access to the room was very difficult and complicated. My room was on the fifth floor but there was no direct lift to the room. I had to take one lift first to go to the first floor, exit there and cross a bridge, then take another lift to the fifth floor. And of course the same when I wanted to go down.. It was really complicated and time-consuming..

Worth the Splurge

Wow is the only word to describe this hotel. The breakfast dining room is an experience that no one should miss; the buffet offerings are totally over the top and very impressive. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, I could not say enough wonderful things about them. The cafe serves an excellent selection and the service is top notch. It is centrally located on the Dam. It is definitely worth the splurge.

Отличное расположение. Это самый центр! Хороший, внимательный персонал. Красивый отель. После выписки мы еще оставались в городе. Моей сестре стало плохо. Она вернулась в отель и там о ней позаботились. Это было очень приятно.

При бронировании я писала, что у моего мужа день рождения и просила бутылку шампанского и тортик с поздравлением. Об этом так же напомнила и на стойке регистрации. И сказала что заплачу за это! Но НИКТО НИЧЕГО НЕ СДЕЛАЛ. При заселении была напечатана поздравительная карточка с ОШИБКОЙ в фамилии мужа (хотя на регистрации попросили данные мужа). Очень обидно! Мы регистрировались утром. Нам сказали , что наш номер "не готов, мы пришлем вас смс когда он будет готов". Никто ничего не прислал. Мы ждали смс , но все таки вернулись уже в отель в 15.00 и уж тогда нас заселили. Телевизор в номере не работал, пришлось вызвать мастера. Журнал в номере был залит кофем , но за все 3 дня нашего пребывания его так и не поменяли , хотя я положила его на самое видное место. Спички и почтовые марки в номер не приносят.

Excellent location, friendly staff.

Heating in both rooms was not working - fixed in one room the following day, in the other room they provided a heater - but the heating should have worked in the first place!

Fatalne oświetlenie łazienki. Trudno się ogolić i uczesać. Grube, niewygodne ręczniki, których nie ma gdzie powiesić.

Isolation phonique un peu insuffisante pour ne pas subir le bruit des manifestations sur le Dam. Choix de produits sans gluten très limité au petit déjeuner. Restaurant étoilé The White Room décevant.

Fantastic location, excellent hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam centrum. You can’t ask for a better location. The staff is super helpful and very kind. The room was impeccable.

The only thing i like about this hotel is a breakfast!

there is very great audibility between the hotel rooms, you can hear all the intimate details of another person behind the wall, when asked to turn off the music in the middle of the night, I did not receive a proper response from the hotel.

The staff and location was perfect. Breakfast was very good. The room was clean and nice.

Sunday morning at 0730-0800 in the morning, there were people carrying stuff into hotel and woke us up! I phoned up reception, she said she will check it out and return to me. Then she phoned me back and she said ahead of time was sorry and asked me if she can extend our checkout time instead of stopping the work!

كل شي جميل وممتاز من ناحية النظافة والخدمة والطاقم والموظفين كانو جدا متعاونين وخدومين والشعب لطيفين جدا لقد استمتعنا جدا خلال اقامتنا وحجزت 3 غرف لي ولعائلتي لمدة 3 ليالي الموقع كان فوق الممتاز ويوجد كل شي حول الفندق من مطاعم وكوفي وساحة و متحف صدق او لا تصدق كل شي جميل

المكيف لم يعمل بشكل جيد ولا توجد شطافة في الحمام اعتقد اغلب الفنادق الاوروبية لا توجد ولكننا جلبنا معنا شطافة الحمام المتنقل

Enjoyed a fantastic stay with a incredible location, amazing breakfast, and great view.

Amazing Breakfast Experience. Situated at the same location as their premier dining establishment, "The White Room," the breakfast selection surpassed our expectations. Our room featured a stunning view that truly impressed us. Additionally, the location was outstanding, being in close proximity to numerous significant historical sites, all of which were within walking distance.

The property is close to a restaurant or bar that stays open until late. Although all the windows have been upgraded, some noise may still penetrate. This could pose a problem for those who are light sleepers. However, this might primarily be a concern if your room faces the Dam which overlooks the plaza where the bars are situated.

All the staff was really outstanding, but I want to highlight the service and helpful attitude of Santiago the porter, who was so warm and friendly with us since we arrived to the property. He was kind and professional and gave us so many advices about the area and suggest us 2 restaurants that where amazing.
