Emplacement central mais juste en dehors de la frénésie du centre-ville. Petit déjeuner simple mais bon choix. Personnels super gentils.

The hotel had a very good location and helpful staff
It would be nice to have an electric kettle in the room.

Location close to centre with an easy tram ride. Breakfast amazing. Room was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. Staff wonderful.
Nothing that wasn't fixable. Staff are happy to provide soft pillows, and a kettle etc for the room when requested.

Friendly staff, very good coffee, nice neighborhood, good shower. Nice room with little space around the good bed and a balcony.
Tiny handwash basin with a board so low above it that you would drip around because you could not stay over the basin while brushing the teeth.
3.5
Very good location, clean room, and nice staff. Definitely value for money for Amsterdam standards.
The room on the street side can be a bit noisy in the evening.

Very friendly and helpful staff -- they upgraded us free of charge from two twins to a double room as there was a last minute cancelation. Location is minutes away from a tram station, making it easy to access. Breakfast was good - nothing fancy, but a good value as it was included. Room was clean, a little on the small size and some noise as it overlooks the main street, but didn't really bother us.

Super close to tram stop on the #13. Daily breakfast was very good. Room was quiet for the most part.

The hotel is very clean, including the room, the reception and common areas. The breakfast is a plus, savoury and sweet fresh products every morning.

Everything. The room was lovely cosy and warm .It was a treat to come in as it was very cold outside.Location was very good once you got your bearings.Breakfast was a very good continental. The bathroom was amazing .after a day walking around museums the jacuzzi Bath was so nice. We had a room at the back .It was so quite not a sound we sleep great. The staff were excellent so friendly and helpful .
Nothing really maybe a second or softer pillow but I still sleep great .

Modern and well maintained hotel with very nice and welcoming staff. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Balcony with seating facilities is a great plus. 2 ways for heating - via AC and radiators (both in room and bath).
Pillows, but it is always of personal choice.

Location was very good and staff was super friendly and helpful.
The heating didn't work very well and also it was a bit noisy due to a construction work in the same floor we were.

The location of the hotel is perfect for me, that very close to the public transport, but no too busy. I could walk to the famous spots within 30 mins, or I could take a 15 mins tram ride. The staffs in the hotel are all very friendly and helpful. Moreover, you could have a cup of tea at the reception. It's very nice for the traveler in the winter.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was large and clean - and warm! Location was perfect for us, outside of the busy areas but with tram links 3 minutes walk in either direction.
Breakfast was the same each morning with limited options.

Front desk is always available 24/7 - I checked in at 4am with no issue! Rooms are clean.
Room and bed is quite small

We had a room at the back of the hotel which meant it was quieter than the ones facing the roads. Not much of a view to speak of, but there was a small balcony to sit on, which was most welcome in the heatwave. The room has aircon, too. The room is not huge but fine for a few nights. The bathroom was clean and we liked the shower. There was a jacuzzi bath, which we thought was a bit redundant.
We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We liked the selection, which, though not very extensive, had all that we wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We liked the location because it wasn't right in the middle of somewhere busy like Leidseplein, but with easy access nevertheless.
The lighting in the bathroom was too dim. I would have like to have a light above the mirror, so that I could see when I shaved. We didn't need the jacuzzi bath. We would rather they had moved the wall and used the space for a sofa.

A very nice hotel in prime location in Amsterdam. Though not smack in the middle of dam square , but 2-3 tram stops away- just what we needed. Also, nice breakfast, very clean rooms and very friendly stuff- all and all- great value!
Street is a bit noisy due to trams passing (we managed to sleep well though). Shower wasn't very comfortable- toilets are very small and you need to watch your step when showering. Last thing- the elevator is small and the steps are very steep- A bit uncomfortable.
