Very pleasant hotel stay

Located 1 minute walk to bus stop. Room spacious and clean, bed large and comfortable. Room looking out on street but very quiet. Breakfast buffet fresh and varied, with something for every taste from fruit, fresh cheese, cold meats, eggs, mini Dutch pancakes to assorted bread and pastries.

Toliet sensor light stopped working after second night in hotel. All other lights functional in room both with and without hotel card in slot. Reported three times and not fixed.. In fairness was offered to change rooms , but was late in evening and too much hassle to pack up and move. This was only a little issue and I would stay in hotel again and recommend staying there to others.

Fantastic stay, very comfortable

Very clean, a relaxing feel and quirky decor! Our junior suite was spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast and all staff very professional & friendly.

Nice Clean Hotel - Great Breakfast

We stayed in the new side 4 star. Aircon was not working the first night thus we were moved for the second night to a Junior Suite - Manager was super helpful and apologetic which was appreciated.

A bit out of the way and the parking is expensive but you don’t have a option.

We all had a lovely stay, great location for everything!

Rooms were spacious & comfortable, loved the art around the hotel. Swimming pool looked great but didn’t use it as weather not very warm.

I love to stay here again!

The hotel is located close to the offices I am visiting during my business trips. I love that I can hire bicycles directly at the hotel; it is very convenient.

I stayed a couple of times in the same room, 234 (WestCord 4), which is nice; however, the mattress is worn out, and the carpet has stains.

We got a room on the first floor on the garbage and the parking lot which was really unpleasant and noisy. The dirty laundry cart stood at the entrance to our room all day.

Whole hotel is perfectly clean, comfortable and nice to spend time in.

Hotel is located quite far from city center where you can find most of the dining places but getting there by bus is not a problem at all. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel although ordered food to the room once. I recommend eating French onion soup there ;) Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable, bathrooms well equipped.

Excellent stay, we will be back!

The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was lovely and clean and the beds were nice and comfy!

There was a lack of plug sockets and the TV wasn’t great. This isn’t a massive issue as we spent a lot of time exploring and very little time in the hotel but if you wanted a chilled night in the room this could be an issue.

Staff were under pressure but despite this they were most helpful and friendly. I requested our 2 rooms to be beside each other and the manager changed things around to accommodate this request when we were checking in.

Hotel was situated in a very quiet residential area so you couldn't just walk out of hotel and visit shops or pubs. The atmosphere was really dull around the hotel. You always had to get the bus into the city centre.
