Never stay here again

Food was ok

The two rooms I paid in advance for was taken we was moved about and then put in the smallest room I have ever seen with a single bed

Nothing - the pictures is lying!

All the soft drink was warm, it was not in the freezer, just on the bench - the floor in the eating hall was full of ants, and then crawling on tables to. - they wash some glasses where you wash you’re feet - the door to toilet in one of the room cold not be closed. It took 3!! Days before they fixed it. - they did not give you new towel when they took the dirty one. Some days they hang up the dirty towels instead. - the sink in the room was not cleaned one in two weeks. And the floor was not cleaned - give dirty glass to guest - The tv almost fell off the wall. - not enough knife and fork, you sometimes had to wait until they had cleaned it. Then the food on your plate was cold. - when we leave they says we have steel bad sheet and pillow! All was on the room, they woldent even check or listening to us. - the balcony door could not be closed.

Close to amenities

Wrong room. Changed twice. No view apart from building site. No variety to meals. Salads for breakfast. Did not do cocktails as advertised. Did not do snacks at night.

Our friends were very helpful when we arrived at the hotel. The beds were set as we wanted. Breakfast was prepared with local products and varied. I would say excellent for the price. We will come again on our next trip, see you :)) Lovelly

The staff was friendly and hospitable, they answered all our questions and helped. The rooms were clean and spacious, most importantly the location is great; walking and cycling path, direct access to the beach, great view in the evening. Breakfast was varied and good

Location

Just avoid this place from checkin there was an issue of communication . I travel to Turkey in many areas and never experience the horrendous treatment as recieved with smiling faces here at this establishment. 2 days Before checking in I had requested date change and was told to speak to day management . This issue was never resolved after daily questioning and several attempts made to refund just 2 days . And although they claimed length of stay restrictions to my reservation they have no such restrictions listed with booking.com No such policy in advertising. They have no issue with making up policies on the spot that are simply ludicrous. Lack of housekeeping I had to ask 4 times over 2 days to have room tidied up. No cleaning of the following days in either room. Upon arrival found the toiletries shampoo and hair conditioner were already used half full .(disgusting) Lack of proper bed linens was given threadbare thin blankets two to cover bed not proper covers at all no warmth at all Hotel was under renovation not advertised of course. I was given less then 1 hour to move room to a even colder room which did not have any form of heat in main sitting area. TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT Told no visitors Harrased by staff when having a visitor NOT A GUEST just visitor This lack of respect to my honour caused me to leave this pitiful place. After they harrased me I n my own room , causing my own blast of anger. I didn't know I had such anger in me. Lack of proper customer service from hotel . A lot of shaking head yes I understand you which turned out to be sort of standard reply every when they had no clue . Just poor communication with English speaking . Total disregard for guest an overall attitude of pompous behaviour exhibited. Be aware that booking.com can and or does little if anything at all in regards to assistance in the country of Turkey due to political issues. You will be unable to use the internet to access booking.

Little Hawaii in Turkey

Exceptional manager named Junus, sadly I don't know his last name. He was very kind, professional and accomodating. Food was excellent, one of the best I have tasted in Turkey, especially for an apl inclusive hotel. Thank you.

quite basic all inclusive but good value for money though

- great location, right across the road from the beach - possibility to arrange excursions and transfers via reception for favorable price - friendly staff - possibility to upgrade room upon arrival for favorable price - good value for money - alcohol included in the all inclusive

- wifi available only in a small reception area, otherwise paid - not up to standards of nowadays - small variety of buffet food and sometimes not that tasty (sometimes it was ok) - short timeframe for lunch & dinner, if you miss it (due to trips) there’s no snack possibility (unlike other all inclusive places I have tried before) - bar closing quite early, at 22.00 - in the suite type of room, there’s air conditioning only in the bedroom so the air in the living room is very bad and warm, except the evenings when it gets fresher in general

Exceptional

The service and staff did everything possible to enjoy my stay at the hotel. The room was excellent and loved the view. The receptionists and especially Yunus were amazing. We had a great time, loved everything and we will be back in the summer of 2022.

Awful. It’s better to book elsewhere.

Bad breakfast, no variety and the same everyday. Food was from the day before. Extremely rude staff! Turkish people are always nice but I’ve never met such rude staff in my life and I come to Turkey every year. DO NOT COME HERE. Small swimming pool that’s always full of the owners family... no shampoo.. the list goes on.

the view and location are fabulous

bed was not comfortable, Air conditioning is really loud and noisy the you can feel the whole room vibrating from the outside unit (room #407) don’t expect high quality food or variety of dishes. i would definitely go back there but in a different room and only with a breakfast

Pool is OK. And cleening ladies is very nice.

Nobody in hotel staff dont know any laguage accept turkish (only one guy on receptions speaks english. ). It is very strange and not proffesional especially staff is young guys and girls. Food is the same every day. Every morning is boilled eggs. For lunch mostly rice. Desert was puding and fruits (only watermelon and orange). No sunbeds and umbrella was included in all inclusive (but on booking is wrote is yes). Dont buy on receptions sunbeds and umbrella because is 22 tl (3.5eur). If you buy on beach you pay 3eur and only in the morning, in afternoon is free. Beds is very uncomfotable. Towels will change if you put on floor. Very dissapointed with this hotel and my recomendation for Turkey only hotels with 5*.
