Quite comfortable hotel

Good wi-fi connection, hot water, amazing water pressure, new towels most of the time, the fridge and AC worked as intended. The breakfast in the hotel is decent compared to what’s served in the places around.

Very subjective, but mattress was uncomfortable for me. I got only two small bottles of water once at the check-in day and not every day as it usually common everywhere else in hospitality based on my travel experience. The sea-view wasn’t exactly on the sea. However, I could see the sea from the side of my balcony. Overall I think my “sea-view” room was a bit overpriced which was probably due to Bayram days. Nice beautiful beach Cleopatra is 10 min away driving. As far as I understood the cost of sun beds on the beach across the road isn’t fixed. They can announce you any price any day but with the ticket issued by the hotel you can get a discount of 50% for the sun beds and umbrella.

Very careful, attentive staff, amazingly clean rooms, delicious breakfast, actually you can not make your holidays in a better place in the city center. Beautiful beach, breathtaking views from the rooms and from the beach to the wonderful Castle of Alanya, every day amazing: mornings, days, evenings, night views. It’s clearly the best hotel in Alanya, because they care about doing the best of your holidays, no matter what your wishes are, this hotel fulfills them all, since nothing is missing. I had my best holidays in that place these years, and clearly only because of the staff it deserves 5 Stars. Big thanks to Emin, Efe, whole management, kitchen staff, Mustafa bey, Ibrahim, Ali! Your holidays are in good hands 😊 Thank you Cimen Hotel.

Magnificient view to sea and castle. Excellent wifi. I have downloaded about 1Tb of steam games on new notebook in 4-5 nights.

I had a great stay at Cimen! This is the place for you if you are looking for a simple but comfortable stay. I felt completely at home! What is best about the place is it's exceptional hospitality. The staff are all extremely warm, polite and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Special mention has to be made of Muhammed who has been exceptionally nice, warm, kind, helpful and courteous. If I visit Alanya again, would love to stay there again! <3

Nice hotel

Very helpful staff. They let us check in earlier and and also proposed to check out later, if we need. Location is max 10 mins to walk to main square. Also by check in they show us 2 rooms and let us to choose. Very nice view from restaurant.

Internet is quite slow in room. But in lobby it works very good

Superb

The staff was very welcoming and helpful and spoke English pretty well. The room was very clean and nice and I loved the fact that we could enjoy the sunrise and dawn from the balcony. I liked very much the beach because it was sandy and the people who took care of the sun beds and the bar were also very nice. The prices there were very low. Two sunbeds and two umbrellas were 16 TL/day.

I didn't like that the wifi wasn't working very well and also that the street was noisy and that there was a restaurant nearby that had live music and that music was very loud.
