Conforto e praticidade

Apartamento com toda infraestrutura, cozinha, área de serviço separada, sala e 2 suítes. Garagem no próprio prédio, ótimo café da manhã, restaurante com boas opções de refeição no térreo ou para entrega no apartamento. Boa localização, com mercadinho a poucos passos.

O sofá da sala poderia ser maior para assistirmos TV todos juntos, já que só tem TV na sala.

Pensei que por ser Mercure teria uma melhor experiência. Me enganei.

Reservei acomodação com duas camas de casal e recebi apenas uma de casal e uma outra de solteiro, o que não satisfazia o número de hóspedes. A solução proposta pelo hotel foi um sofá-cama desconfortável na sala de TV. Ambiente de café da manhã pequeno, com poucos funcionários que não conseguem dar conta da limpeza entre entradas e saídas dos hóspedes. Eu mesmo limpei minha mesa com papel e álcool antes de sentar.

the apart hotel is operated by Accor and everything worked as it should from smooth check in, clean and well maintained accommodation more than adequate breakfast nice pool area with a well equipped Gym if that’s your thing. our apartment on the 9th floor looked recently refurbished and was very comfortable with two bedrooms bathroom and kitchen good shower plenty of hot water and good pressure garage parking available on site and pets welcomed.

during the weekend the restaurant while open for breakfast is closed other times.

Good stay for a larger group

The location is very good! Quite and relaxing. The staf is very friendly and the breakfast was very good! The gym is good!

The room wasn't ready at check-in time. I also thought is a little old fashion and not well mantained.

This is our 5th stay at Adagio! Am sure there will be a 6th

Location is excellent, close to everything (shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, banks, parks and transit). Apartment has a very usable full kitchen with all of the utensils in order to cook and dine in a home atmosphere. The restaurant has very very Tastey, good food and reasonably priced! The Daily breakfast buffet is especially very good with a large variety of freshly made foods, hot eggs, omelets & meats, breads and fruits. Staff is extremely friendly & helpful to include the front desk, restaurant staff and housekeeping Are All Quite Kind. They were Helpful and took very good care of my family, I Am grateful especially to front desk for their kindness & help towards myself and my family, they did everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment is a nice size, good wifi, clean and comfortable, has Two Very Clean bathrooms. We come to Sao Paulo often for medical reasons and the Adagio is Always our 1st choice for accommodations, would recommend to anyone who needs to stay for any length of time to stay here...
