Foi uma experiência muito bacana. Adorei

Do quarto amplo e arejado. A vista para uma praça também era ótima.

Havia uma varanda bem pequena, sem lugar pra sentar e vi que tinha quartos com uma varanda maior com lugar para sentar.

Duas noites sem dormir. Absolutamente arrependido!

Localização e atenção dos funcionários.

Cama simplesmente horrível, travesseiros péssimos. O pouco que consegui dormir teve que ser no sofá. Absurdo passar por isso, pagando esse preço de diária. Não volto e nem recomendo. Depois da péssima experiência na primeira noite, tentei cancelar a segunda diária, mas já tinha pago antecipadamente e disseram que não tinha como cancelar / Reembolsar. Mais de 20 anos viajando a trabalho e nunca tinha tido uma experiência tão ruim, em nenhum lugar do mundo.

HOSPEDAGEM BOA MAS TEM PONTOS "FACEIS" PRA MELHORAR BEM MAIS...

Já nos hospedamos várias vezes no hotel, pra mim os principais pontos positivos são: Quarto espaçoso, cama e travesseiro confortavel e uma academia, são os pricipais fatores por nos faz voltar a hospedar. Ah e tem também a comodidade de ter varios restaurantes.

O que eu acho que o Hotel deve-se pensar pra fazer o quanto antes é reformar os banheiros. Os quartos são mto bons, mas o banheiro deixa mto a desejar. São muito antigos, penso que nem precisava de banheira, uma boa reforma nos banheiros melhoraria demais!! As torneiras sao antigas, todas com vazamento, os rejuntes do blindez, banheira estão pretos de tão antigos.. não tem exaustor ( ou nao funciona) no banheiro, ja que nao tem nehuma janela. Outro ponto que acho que pode melhorar pelo padrao do Hotel é o café da manhã. O ovo mexido sempre é muito seco, parece até um cuzcuz, poderia ter bacon, talvez serviço de cozinha como tapioca, omelete. Os doces não estavam bons (sonho e canole), o bolo de chocolate dava pra morder no açucar..

Bom custo benefício e confortável.

Localização e cordialidade dos funcionários.

Sentimos falta de um espelho no quarto, só tinha no closet e era um local com pouca iluminação. Também não gostamos do chuveiro na banheira. Mas o que mais incomodou foi o barulho tipo zunido vindo do painel de energia.

Location

They charged my credit card twice, I asked for help immediately but nothing has been done until now. The manager was never there and every single person told me that ONLY the manager can solve this kind of problem. The bedrooms don’t have a USB entrance to charge your electronics, for people who are traveling from another country this is very disappointing.

Staff is vey helpful and welcoming. Location is perfect and very quiet and clean spacious rooms. Wifi works perfectly. The Indian restaurant is a plus.

Very comfortable stay! Big and amazing suite!

For the quality and comfort of the rooms, the breakfast was not what I expected! Lack of fresh bread and fruit options, and no toaster to warm the bread. The place, in a restaurant, was a little bit confusing. Could be better displayed.

Having worked in an equestrian Club nearby, I asked for some tissues to clean my boots. They didn't have any kind of paper or tissue to provide, not even face tissues! That was awkward.

Practical hotel in Brooklin.

Everything in the hotel works perfectly well. Wifi is good, breakfast is very good, its clean and the bed is fine. The staff is friendly and helpful. You have a taxi stop in front of the hotel.

Although everything works in the bathrooms, a renewal is a must. I am always thankful for a magnification mirror, which is missing in this case.

nice staff, English speaking as well

we booked a family suite with three beds and had only one double bed, after requesting another one, they put one into our living room. the hotel itself definitely had better years, but pretty average for Sao Paolo. Price was a special deal, otherwise it would have been to expensive. Location is good for reaching a lot of destinations in down town

there was an event going on with really loud music, so we had to change rooms so we could sleep. This type of issue could have been thought and solved by hotel staff in advance.
