Con ganas de repetir!

La ubicación es ideal, cerca del centro y de la playa. Hay mucha variedad de comida. El personal es súper atento y agradable. Queremos agradecer en especial a Gilberto, personal de comedor muy profesional, que nos trató súper bien.

La limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear. Durante nuestra estancia nos encontramos unos calcetines debajo de la cama y una chancla al lado de la mesita de noche, de los anteriores huéspedes. La limpieza no es el punto fuerte de este hotel. Además el servicio de limpieza pasa súper pronto, lo que no fue un problema para nosotras porque madrugamos, pero nunca antes me habían picado a la puerta para entrar a limpiar tan temprano.

Cómodo, buena ubicación y buen precio

Variedad en el buffet, amplitud de las habitaciones y camas, todo genial.

Solo habían 2 ascensores + el del servicio para 7 plantas y muchísima gente que subía y bajaba a la vez porque íbamos al restaurante. A veces había que esperar más de 15 minutos.

Correcto pero no repito

El hotel está bien pero tenía unas expectativas más altas de la comida. Esta bien que tienen un servicio de ducha cuándo ya has dejado la habitación. Cerca de una playa pequeña pero tienes que subir una buena cuesta.

La calidad de la cena dejaba mucho que desear. El horario de la piscina es hasta las 19.00h .El personal de recepción que había en ese momento no era nada agradable.

wouldn’t come back ,

Dining area , dinner was different everyday , staffs were good

Smokes coming from Balcony from other rooms inside our room ( we don’t smoke so it wasn’t a pleasant experience specifically with young kids ) , the noise entertainment is too long (doesn’t stop ) nearly through the midnight, sun beds all taken in the morning, people left towels all day even they weren’t there physically. We had the same bedsheets for a week never got changed , rooms , wardrobe was dirty . Had to wait for the lift for so long sometimes had to walk 6 stairs up with kids coz of the long wait .

Enjoyed our stay but certain things could definitely be improved

Beds were very comfortable, room and balcony were a decent size. Location good

Pool very dated and needed good clean and maintenance, pool tiles lethal whilst wet, cleaning poor in rooms. Floors never swept or mopped air-con adequate for sleeping but not cold enough when coming in from the pool and getting ready to go out on an evening. Also cleaning poor in reception and pool toilets.

The aircon in the bedrooms is awful did not sleep for a week, the staff at the pool bar are the worst I have ever had to deal with, the two lifts were impossible to get, the breakfast was poor with many people lifting the contents with their hands and leaving them down again if they didn’t want them, and finally the sun bed rush every morning which the hotel said no putting towels on sun beds but did not enforce it. Two euros a day for iron and you carry it to the room yourself, you have to pay extra for a kettle etc… plus the room cleaning was not great, the hotel itself is not very clean, public toilets with no toilet tool plus nowhere to dry your hands, avoid

Best Mediterraneo

Room was small but we didn't need more space. Bed was very comfortable, food selection was amazing. Staff was very helpful. Location excellent, 10 min. to beach and city center.

Really good overall

Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Good air-conditioning. Buffet was nice and they offerered lunch bags if were going out for the day and were going to miss lunch. Good location, bus stop to Port Aventura nearby.

The sliding bathroom door was not ideal if you weren't a couple as you could clearly see in when someone is sat on the toilet!

Entertainment for adults wasnt great.breakfast didnt cater much for irish or english.not enough seats in entertainment terrace had to stay in balcony twice to listen to music

Hotel was clean and our room was nice, it was just like the pictures. Wifi worked well and breakfast had plenty of options. Staff was very helpful. Bed was comfortable and the aircon worked.

We ordered two small pizzas from the poolbar and had to wait for them closer to an hour

Would totally recommend it. Loved the new face of the hotel.

Room was super nice, loved the room service. Food was perfect, big variety of everything. Location is fine, even if it's pretty far from city centre, it's still very close to a lot of nice places and very close to an amazing Capellans beach.

One of the receptionists wasn't very nice and wasn't helpful at all when I asked her where could I find a doctor in Salou.

Good breakfast and pleasantly surprising wide range of dinner dishes. Comfortable mattress.

Unpleasant smell from drain in bathroom. Most annoying aspect of stay was staff's complete lack of control over use of sun loungers as there were never any available even though over half of them were free!! - people put towels on them and then leave them unoccupied for hours. Doesn't help that there are zero signs prohibiting guests from doing so like in other hotels- very unpleasant to witness guests fighting due to this!!!

avarage place no tea making facility in room , first floor rooms balcony is a wall not glass , air con not the best , the hotel is up a good hill and about a mile from the center of Salou , bus route are around but you will have to walk, taxi starts around 5 euros ,

more staff doing the hot plate in the morning and evening
