Um bom hotel para ficar em Salou, perto da praia e perto dos vários restaurantes/bares que há por lá. Se voltar a Sa

Gostei mais da relação preço-qualidade, penso que é justo para o que se paga e surpreendeu-me pela positiva. Um destaque para o pequeno-almoço, que foi o que mais me surpreendeu, muito bom!

Ouve-se muito facilmente o barulho dos outros quartos e das pessoas a passarem e a falarem nos corredores.

Las instalaciones de la habitación, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, abrimos la puerta del balcón pero se llenó de mosquitos la habitación, no pudimos dormir en toda la noche

Very high quality hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, presented very well.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly through checking in/out, serving dinner, entertainment, etc. Amazing view of Salou from the balcony Rooms had good ambience and lighting Cleaners visited regularly and kept cleanliness to a high standard

Half board - lots of options for breakfast/dinner, food was labelled poorly, eg. What looked like Breaded chicken was labelled “chicken”, when cutting into it had cheese in it. Shower - shower drain was blocked, requested for it to be fixed and was told it would, however it was not fixed during my stay leading to 2 minute showers before it would flood the room.

Chambre pour 4 c'est Chambre pour 2. La file pour déjeuner. Pas d'accès vers la piscine après minuit. Enfin c'est sûrement pour une bonne raison.

Потрясающе. Забронировали случайно, но оказалось, что это обалденное место! Нам нужен был закрытый паркинг, тут он есть. Он был платный, но вполне доступная цена в 16 евро сутки. Этот отель курортный, как в Турции на второй линии :) Есть бассейны и питание. Детская площадка на территории. Тут можно оплатить кроме завтрака, как полупансион так и полный пансион. Ужины и завтраки тут идеальны, очень рекомендую! Расположение идеальное: в пешей доступности море и центральная улица с развлечениями, рядом магазин.

Für eine kurze Geschäftsreise ganz okay, wenn man keine großen Ansprüche an ein gutes und gesundes Frühstück hat

Mein Zimmer war klein, aber sehr funktional eingerichtet. Alles war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich.

Das Frühstück war zwar vielfältig, die Lebensmittel aber von sehr minderer Qualität. Billigwurst und Billigkäse, Gurken und Tomaten schmeckten nach Chemie, der Saft war angerührtes Pulver, der Kaffee ungenießbar. Der Pool liegt direkt an einer großen Straße.

Was OK but I don't think I will return here.

They have decent breakfast. Location is also good, not far from beach and also quite close to Port Aventura - both around 10-15 minutes walk. The hotel is also very clean.

Dinner is very poor, not many meals to choose from. Also if you want to pay for dinner (in case you have breakfast only) it costs ridiculous amount. Which would be fine if the quality was there but it is not. The food is mediocore at best and as mentioned very low variety. Also they serve water only, if you want some drink such as Coca-cola etc., you need to pay extra. The worst thing about this hotel are the rooms themselves. Walls are thin or perhaps just bad material but you can hear EVERYTHING outside of your room. People walking outside, talking and all kind of noises. You can only pray you won't be accommodated near the elevator and main hall because I guarantee you won't be able to sleep due to noises.

Buffet petit déjeuner et diner avec beaucoup de choix. Le personnel a le sourire et fait l'effort de comprendre et de parler un peu en français. Propre et bien équipé.

Pas propre, j'ai du demander un drap propre pour le canapé de mon fils. Les équipements sont très sommaire. Douche insalubre chambre vieillotte. Très très bruyant. Ne parlons pas de la partie buffet. Dîner pas de qualité. Accueil expéditif.. Je ne retournerai jamais dans cette hôtel.

Del buffet de la cena nos sorprendió la variedad de platos de verdura y la casi absoluta ausencia de fritos, todo muy bueno . Me pareció un detallazo la isla de comidas que hay para los niños, a su altura y también con algún plato de verduras. El agua en el buffet no se paga, otro detallazo. El personal super amable, muy atentos. Volveremos sin duda.

Que las paredes son muy finas y parecía que tuvieramos a los de la habitación del lado con nosotros.

Perfecto para ir en familia

Super cerca de Port Aventura y la zona de restauración y ocio de Salou. Muy limpio y con animación todos los días.

El buffet de desayuno muy mejorable, bollería industrial y las bebidas (café y zumos) muy malas. Había variedad pero de poca calidad en general.

La ubicación y el personal

El buffet , pco variedad y faltaban algunas cosas que tardaban en reponer o no reponían . Tener un poco más de control en que los niños sobre todo extranjeros no tengan rueda suelta en coger de todo y sin control para luego tirarlo. Por mucho que se pague no se puede tirar la comida . No permitir reservar las sombrillas y tumbonas desde las 9:00 y sin haber nadie en ellas . A Islas más las ventanas , ya que el ruido del tráfico y de la gente tirante el día chillando es insoportable. Sobre todo normas de convivencia y exigir mas educación , sé que esto último no depende de vosotros pero habría que intentar exigirlo , ya que no sé qué tipo de educación tienen en otros países . Muchas gracias

The room was very clean,and comfortable ,a wonderful rooftop pool for adults only. Good selection of food.

On our last night we needed an early night, because we had a long drive. At 10pm water was coming through a light fitting in the bathroom. I rang reception who said they would send maintenance. 11.30pm and another 3 phone calls, no one came. I was not happy at all.

Just like I remember...

Location is perfect for your beach holiday or for touring the region. A straight clear motorway spin to Reus airport, 30mins away. The daytime and nightly entertainment was great fun and offered something for everyone. Families seem well catered for here. The adults aren't forgotten about and there is a fantastic "sun trap" on the roof, with a pool some jacuzzi tubs and plenty of loungers for the adults only to top up the tans! The entire resort is kept Spotlessly clean and exceptionally well serviced by the Army of housekeepers who are always friendly and cheerful. On arrival we were warmly welcomed at reception and throughout our stay they were very helpful and friendly, Marian stood out for us for being knowledgeable and cheerful from checking in to going home.

The WiFi (Apartment 107) was hit n miss and it would be great to have more British TV channels in the room. Unfortunately, these would be a deciding factor for me against returning. The decor, while immaculately kept, is a bit dated and like the WiFi, just needs a bit of modernisation.

auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne. Betten zu hart, Klimaanlage ein Witz, bläst die Toilettenabluft ins Zimmer, Stromausfälle, Parkplatz im Keller wo es übel riecht und auf das Auto von der Abwasserleitung tropft... einfach nur schlecht und absolut nicht zu empfehlen

No es la primera ni la última que iremos. Nos encanta su ubicación ,limpieza, atención y su buffet.

La habitación 562. La Salida aire acondicionado va directo a las cabezas imposible descansar con el puesto. La terraza de la habitación muy pequeña con el tendedero abierto no había hueco para estar dos personas sentadas.

Les employés ne parlaient pas français ou très peu. L’éclairage dans les chambre, trop faible. La décoration des chambres trop vieillotte.

clean hotel, good restauration and different swimming pools.

I had 4 rooms in one of them the freezer was not working and could not get it fixed or replaced despite several tentative with the reception. In the second room we had water leakage out of the air conditioning, they just put a sign in front of the door to warn people in the corridor.

Outdated facilities and reception staff who would not do anything for you once you had paid the stay

The rooms were clean, the selection of fruits in the dining area was good.

The staff in reception were rude and unhelpful, did not provide any kind of service to a non native speaking person, my husband got a little better attitude when he spoke in Spanish. The dining area was chaotic and food was blend.
