Great stay and hotel.

Great room and location, in the most touristy area of town. The pool, the best part of the hotel, overlooking a nice bridge.

The price, a little steep. The parking also is super-expensive. Ronda doesn't have an airport, so everyone drives there. It should be built into the price of the hotel.

Excellent hotel but with a poor restaurant.

The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was good with superb views from the balcony.

The restaurant was very disappointing. Dinner was poor - there was little ambience as it was the same room for breakfast with no effort to change. The menu was badly translated from the Spanish to English, and all 4 of our party felt that the food was of poor quality for such a prestigious restaurant , and it was definitely over-priced.

Lovely location, pleasant staff but uncomfortable.

Location, size of room.

We visited during stormy weather, nevertheless we didn't expect water to seep beneath the balcony door creating a large puddle of water which we had to mop up with bath towels; additionally cold draughty gusts blew through the balcony door and windows. The room was very cold, and there were no blankets the first night though they were provided for the second night on request. Having paid for a room with a balcony we expected to be able to use the balcony to view the gorge, however, the door was bolted shut with no means of opening it.

Breakfast not as good as expected- or used to in a parador -at 18€ each-lots of stuff in packets- hot food was an embarrassing request with busy staff Noisy bathrooms from adjoining rooms

Todo en general y la ubicación en particular

No tener parking disponible, tener que planificar el horario del desayuno (hay que avisar el día antes de la hora a la que se quiere desayunar) y la actitud del personal del restaurante (desayuno). Es posible que tengan mucho trabajo y les supere la presión, pero una cara amable y una sonrisa de vez en cuando se agradece. Que te atiendan con cara hosca no es lo deseable. Y que conste que estos comentarios no desmerecen la visión general de la estancia que fue fantástica.

Beautiful Parador stay in a central location

Excellent central location with fantastic views. Very large room and bathroom. Great facilities. Friendly staff. Good breakfast included. Very handy for the centre and lots of restaurants.

The views are just incredible and the hotel itself is so tastefully designed, comfortable and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly too.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful rooms, great views.

The staff in general put a dampener on the whole experience. Everything seemed like a hassle, and not friendly or genuine, like us being there was a massive inconvenience. A big contrast to the friendliness we experienced in town and the rest of Spain.

Stunning location

The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of Ronda with stunning views over the gorge. Perfect! We enjoyed using the lovely pool to as it was very hot during our stay.

when our friends booked in hotel restaurant they found was over booked and staff in charge pretty rude tbh it was not their fault reception had booked them in the day after we left and although they were sat down in corner the food was not at all as described although they did pay in the end it was not a great experience if you have messed up apologise but be honest the restaurant is full with large party of tourists and tell them they need to go elsewhere as being rude and giving below standard food is worse

Great location but too expensive

Superb location - at the top of the gorge and at the centre of Ronda. Spacious bedroom and bathroom with very comfortable bed and nice towels.

Irritating music was playing at the nearby lookout ‘balcony’ along from the terrace outside our room - apparently licensed by the council - that went on for hours, very very irritating. Breakfast service was slow and chaotic, seemingly short of staff. A very expensive night - €230 - plus €20 to park the car in the garage.

Highly recommend this superb parador in the centre of a gorgeous town. Views unmissable.

When we arrived, shown to easy-access garage without stress. Staff immensely helpful. Location in the middle of town superb. Views from room unbeatable.

Service at meals is perhaps a little dismissive.

Staying at the Parador was the icing on the cake for our visit to Ronda.

The location has to be the best in Ronda. Our room overlooked, not the gorge, but the fantastic valley and mountains at the rear of the hotel.
