Food excellent, staff really good location great with shops and bars near very clean.
Air conditioning set too low in bedrooms so uncomfortable, not enough chairs or tables to sit in evening hunting for chairs was an evening choir.

Everything well overall as we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort which is front beach 1 minute walking!
Great views and facilities with two nice pools as one it's 1.5 meters and the second it's 2 meter depth plus a middle one for kids.
Great activities and shows every evening and plenty of delicious food every day!
If you are travelling as family with kids, I would highly recommend!
Or even as a couple it's nice and relaxing for anyone looking to enjoy and get into the Beautiful Lanzarote ambient!
The gym could get more maintenance as some machines requires cable and checking all adjustments....
The pool could be a little more warm.
People leaving towels early in the morning on the Charis and it's quiet hard to find a nice place to enjoy the pool most of the times....

The location is really lovely, quiet and direct access to the beach with bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. The rooms are a good size and the pool area lovely.
My third stay here and was disappointed with the overall package this time, food definitely poor quality and choice to previous times, the high price didn’t reflect in the quality. The cleaning of the room adhoc. The entertainment disappointing (if that’s your thing, I’m not overly interested but for some it makes the holiday). I won’t be returning again.

Good location for the beach and walks.. Some food was good..
Not clean for sure.. Had to make several trips to reception to ask for the toilets to be cleaned.. Sunbeds are a total joke unless you are prepared to get up at 7.30 on your holiday to put a towel on your bed.. Beds with towels on them all day and nobody on them.. We had to pay for the safety deposit box . No water in your room.. Dining room a cattle mart crazy trying to get seated.. Not enough umbrellas and the mobile ones were all broken.. Curtesy shower in the gym a joke no privacy.. Late check out despite the cost was also a joke as you had to wait until the morning of your departure to find out if you got lucky.. Some very rude staff and some very helpful staff.. I am guessing they are all overworked and underpaid.. Quality of food was basic but not 4 star quality.. The owners need to take heed and sort this hotel out.. The amount of people we spoke to who were dining out every second night says alot for all inclusive.. The bedrooms and the dining room were of high enough standard of cleanliness but all other areas were only 2 out of 10.

Nice hotel and spacious rooms

location is great right on the beach
Two big for the facilities, especially the entertainment area so many people crammed into a small very noisy area,
Unless you are up at 7 you will never get a sun-bed,
You will be fighting over food and then not Find a table to eat it.
They charge for everything! Locker, beach towels, most decent spirits and even the weighing scales for your luggage!

the welcome I got was outstanding, the lady who welcomed me at arrival just couldn’t have done enough, my room was big, clean and a nice view

Excellent location right on the beach with amazing cycling facilities and shops and bars nearby. I liked having a room we could access directly from outside from the veranda and with easy reach from the pools.
There were very few vegetarian main meal options so most of our meals were the same things and salad and bread based. Overall the food was fine but definitely could be better, and with not too much effort or cost to the hotel.

The hotel is lovely, next to an amazing beach. The animation team are excellent and really energetic with the children.
The room cleaning let's the hotel down. They come late in the day if at all and just make the bed.

children's entertainment and staff where superb
rooms and hotel very tired, beds uncomfortable, kids sofa bed was like sleeping on concrete, fungus in the pipes for the drinks machines, Plastic tables and chairs in the dining room and not enough of them at busy periods, VERY BUTLINS, most mornings only 1 of 3 coffee machines working, food isn't great, pools freezing, idiots reserving sun loungers with towels and then not actually spending anytime pool side, booked a garden view room and had a view of the carpark, along with the delivery lorries coming at 7.30am every morning. NOT a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination

The buffet was good.
The facilities were in poor shape, cold pools, the room was not clean enough and noisy entertainment every night (which could be heard all over the hotel).

Size of resort - it's not very big which was great or us. The area was not rowdy at all which we appreciated. It's a short bus or taxi ride to the local town. We appreciated the mixture of age groups at the resort, from families with young kids to pensioners. There were lots of fun activities for kids. The resort was kept immaculately clean. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. 4 out of 5 in our family are coeliac. The restaurant manager really worked to help me with pre ordering food but there was only so much she could do when there was no menu to order from. Food was very good with lots of variety. Great room sizes with beautiful sea views. The close proximity to beach was fantastic for hotter days. Unlimited slushies and soft drinks was very appreciated by the kids
Coeliacs were not well catered for. 4 out of 5 in my family are coeliac. I had to pre order our food. This was made very difficult by not having a menu of the food available for the day to order from. I found ordering very stressful and my kids didn't necessarily want to eat it when the time came. I ordered burgers one day and they didn't like them so we had to take from the buffet then in order to have them eat something. I gave up with pre ordering then, and selected food from the buffet that had just come out of the kitchen, taking the risk of cross contamination. My son did feel mild effects of this decision but I didn't feel I had a choice. The quality of food over all was very food but it should be possible to order food during the actual meal based on what is being prepared as there is so much fresh food being prepared throughout the meal period.
Alcohol wasn't great. The beer was watery and the wine was not great quality. There were no options to buy better quality wine. Sangria was lovely though. Coffee is only available from machines. The black coffee was nice but the cappucino option wasn't good at all. It would be nice to have been able to buy a nice cappucino.

It was more like a factory and very bare.

Price and quiet. Reception wasn't welcoming at all. Wouldn't return

I liked the staff in the dining rooms and the cleaning staff. Very helpful. I enjoyed the midmorning snack. Food there was hot. Plenty of minerals and water at all times. I have to say for me the porridge, fresh fruit and pizza were the highlight.
Reception desk not very friendly. The minimum of information when I checked in. The food for breakfast and main meals tasteless. Plenty of variety but never hot only warm. One microwave serving the full hotel. At meal time it was very tight between tables. It was an in and out job. Great for young families. No area to sit and have a nice quiet meal. All inclusive must mean cheap alcohol. The alcoholic drinks in my opinion were very cheap brands or water down. The cocktails were glorified slush puppies. Not a hotel for older couples. Not much to do in it. Left my bag behind at the bar area, it was handed in to reception, my passports were still there but my money all gone. Staff not too helpful. One passing it on to the next. They did not seem to find it disturbing, I felt I was being a nuisance and they did not want to deal with it. Would never go back there again..

Very relaxing and nice atmosphere. Plenty of food and drink available at all times of the day.
Terrace is great for lounging and people watching. One step out to the beachfront. Bicycle hire on site.

Nothing really.

There were lots of food options and good cocktails. The hotel is very close to the beach but also has nice big pools and a children's playground. The staff was very friendly. We could order a taxi and a car rental at the hotel reception. We had a photo session with a very friendly photographer. We had great massages at the massage center in the hotel complex. The hotel is close to the Zoo (Texas Ranch), only a few minutes with a taxi.
The restaurant was quite loud and because its so close to the airport you could hear and see airplanes landing very often.
