Overall it was ok

I liked the location, very close to the beach and lots of restaurants

It looks a little bit old, the price- a little bit too expensive for what they offered. They don’t have an iron, you need to book it separately and pay 10€ extra. Also you can hear all your neighbours, feels like they are in the same room with you.

Had a lovely time and can’t wait to go back. The staff are a credit to the hotel!

Great location with amazing staff. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and dinner was good although very repetitive. Pool area is very big and safe for kids. The kids entertainer, Elva, was AMAZING!!! My 2 boys absolutely loved her and can’t wait to go back and see her again. We’ll definitely be returning!

A VERY noisy road ran behind our room and woke us up at least 5 times every night. You could always hear motorcycles passing and sirens through the night. There was a severe lack of parasols to the number of beds around the pool so you had to get up very early to get one with beds. I asked if we could change rooms and was told we would have to pay a cleaning fee of €30 which I didn’t think we should have to. Obviously we didn’t know we’d have the problem with the road when we first checked in and unpacked. We’d definitely return but make sure we ask for rooms away from the road next time.

These apartments are ideal for families. The location is superb, walk across the road and down the steps and you are out onto the main promenade along by the beach. We were self catering so I can't comment on the food but the apartments are extremely well equipped for cooking for yourself and it is ideally positioned 5 to 10 minutes walk from Aldi and lots of other shops. They are spotless clean throughout and every single member of staff is friendly, professional and efficient at what they do - the staff really make the place special. The whole complex and particularly the pool area is so safe for kids; there is a lifeguard on duty and in the evening they put up a safety fence around it. There is nightly entertainment of a really decent standard in the bar. It can be quite loud but we liked that because we could listen from our own terrace and once it's finished at a reasonable hour there is little to no noise until the morning when people start moving around. This place just has a lovely relaxing atmosphere for a family holiday, can't recommend it enough.

Nice clean family friendly apartments would recommend.

Loved the sofa bed which was perfect for kids ( that was 2 single beds rather than a double) the little green area outside our ground floor apartments, pool was lovely and outside bar/seating was nice. Would stay again perfect family friendly hotel.

Pillows, road noise was really loud and you could hear upstairs toilet flushing and shower which was really loud.

Comfortable beds, clean. The apartement was spacious. Every problem we had, the staff were able to fix. The ac and wifi worked really well.

The cleaning service worked few times a week - wish someone from the staff would had informed us of the days. Apartement was really heard through (pool side the music shows and from the hallway every door and steps was heard) .

Pleasent Hotel, great location

Hotel was clean and tidy. Room was well presented with everything required. Beach just a 2 minute walk away. Shops and restaurants varied and within walking distance

Decent stay but wouldnt return

Great location close to beach but still quiet. Spacious rooms and good restaurant. Kitchen was well equipped.

Wifi was terrible, couldnt browse anything most of the time connection was poor. The water in the pools was freezing cold so our toddler couldnt play in it. The elevator broke during our stay. We were on 2nd floor so it was very challenging to go up and down stairs with a stroller! The beds and bedding were not very comfortable. The shower kept leaking water into floor all the time. Entertainment keeps going on until almost 11PM.

Comfortable Room, clean, spacious. Pool view, sunny side. Above bar, not too noisy, entertainment quiet after 10.30pm. Plenty of loungers, pleasant pool area Happy hour 4-6 Very short walk to choice of beaches and resturants.

Pool area good closed with fencing after 6pm, fencing put up from 5.30, much too early. Play pool not suitable for swimming more than 10 strokes Surprised at amount of children in school time Small choice of cooked vegetarian option, good omelette

Great Family stay

Rooms were a great size, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, very easy to get the bus or taxi to Palma or wherever else, super easy and a five minute walk straight into Palma nova. The pool area was quiet as it is October, kept very clean and many sunbeds. The overall hotel has a safe feeling and much nicer than these much bigger hotels.
