If your after a relaxing holiday don’t book this hotel.

Very clean. The staff were very friendly

Very very over crowded. Could move around the pool not to mention trying to get a sun bed. people reserve beds and then not arrive to them until late afternoon. This problem needs sorting out. The restaurants were like budget canteens. The lifts were always out of order. The rooms need updating. This is not a 4* Hotel.

Disappointing

Location is great. Entertainment for kids during the day and evening is really excellent. .

Food at the buffet is cold. Drinks machines at buffet didn't work. Elevators don't work so had to take stairs to 8th floor. Asked for adjoining rooms two months in advance and ended up 7 floors apart. Pool area is too small for number of people in hotel and sun loungers are reserved with towels at the crack of dawn.

the location was great and the rooms were nice and modern

how many children there was, not much adult entertainment and also the food was very basic and repetitive. there was too many guests and not enough sunbeds or seats

relaxing, calming, refreshing

Everything was perfect, cleanliness was exceptional. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The only negative was that the quality of the rooms could be improved slightly. The flooring was coming apart in our room, the finish in the bathroom was poor in areas and the beds weren’t that comfortable and were on wheels without brakes so wouldn’t stay in position.

Decent.

The location was fantastic and so close to the beach! We walked to magaluf but had so many lovely places to eat and drink around the hotel. The hotel was clean and the the deal we got was real value for money.

The reception staff weren't very approachable and not helpful but thankfully the guest experience lady was great and happy to help in our issue. Don't expect any air conditioning- our room was warm, unpleasant and in some ways unbearable to stay in but thankfully this lady listened after reception staff pretty much lied to us on 3 separate occasions as to why our air conditioning wasn't working. So we moved rooms and we were given a fan- i hasten to add it wasn't even peak season! I wouldn't go back purely due to the warm and sticky rooms which does sound trivial but we purposely look for air conditioning. The only other comment I'd make is the buffet is decent enough but we still ate out at night- always our choice. However there's no real replenishing when food runs out for example brown bread one morning and milk x2 mornings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at Sol Palma Nova. we went as a family with 3 Boys ages 9, 11 & 13 . there was

Perfect location, near beach, restaurants and shops. Well equipped.

Difficult to get loungers around the pool due to all being covered in towels by other residents, could be controlled better.

Was clean

I had a sen child with me and their response and discrimination behaviour towards us was unmatched. We had no access to an accessible room and I had to purchase to rooms to facilitate. They wouldn’t allow us a room to check out later unless we paid €60 and unfortunately we had to do this so my son could have down time before our flight. Staff were rude. Lifts barely worked.

Excellent hotel facilities for holiday with children , near the beach . Good value.

Plenty of food choices at meal times , lots of activities throughout the day , good evening entertainment ,excellent for a family holiday with children. Location perfect , near the beach .

A good value family break in a fab location

The hotel was in a perfect location. close to bars, restaurants and a few minutes from a lovely golden sandy beach.

It felt extremely overcrowded and it took a very long time to get served at the bar. The restaurant was also very busy.

The breakfast was very good, snacks available all day outwith meal times. A very varied choice of food so suits all requirements. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Great location

Amazing ! Right next to the beach!

I loved the all inclusive there is no limit to the drink ! Only have to pay for the top stuff like the well known brands like Smirnoff or Bombay but the free Spanish stuff was just as nice ! And they free pour so it was amazing !
