Noite de sono confortável

Era bem localizado, silencioso, quarto bem confortável, mesmo sendo duas camas unidas tive uma ótima noite de sono. O banheiro era muito bom, excelente ducha.

Não havia frigobar, o que teria facilitado a estada..

No era lo que esperaba

La ubicación es céntrica y te permite ir andando a los principales sitios.

Indican que tienen aparcamiento exterior si lo solicitas con antelación pero aún solicitándolo resulta que cuando lleguas te indican que no tienen y que te busques la vida. Solicité una habitación cuádruple porque llevaba dos niños y lo que hicieron fue quitar todo el mobiliario de la habitación y poner dos camas supletorias atravesadas. Esto no es lo que yo solicité, en ningún momento me informaron de ello.

La ubicación es genial.

La iluminación en la habitación interior es insuficiente. Además, pedimos una cama de matrimonio y nos pusieron dos individuales que se separaban en todo momento. Había un grupo de niños que hacían mucho ruido (nadie les dijo nada). Había partes en la habitación que no estaban limpios.

Hotel bien ubicado en la calle principal, la cafetería está bien de precio y bien de comida. Atención al cliente correcta.

No me gusto que no tuviera minibar, que las cortinas estuvieran sucias y paredes algunas partes manchadas... Y en la habitación se quedaba la humedad del baño... Le faltaba potencia al extractor...

Muy correcta en general.

Sevicio de personal, limpieza y estado de la habitación

No hy aire acondicionado. Aun siendo Andorra, con 32 grados durante el dia, es dificil dormir. Te ves obligado a dormir con la ventana abierta y eso implica visivilidad al exterior, frio a media noche y calor en las primeras horas de dormir. Muy incomodo. Conchon incomodo. El resto todo muy bien.

Hotel con buena ubicación

Buena ubicación, puedes conocer los lugares más turisticos caminando. Esta cerca de todo, no necesitas auto.

Solo que la habitacion no tenía aire acondicionado y no había disponibilidad de parking.

La ubicación 📍 El desayuno 🍳 El precio 💶 Las vistas de la habitación hacia la plaza ❤️

EL PERSONAL poco amable, y nada empaticos bastante fríos y distantes, incluso para preguntarles una dirección o alguna actividad que ver en la ciudad, desconocen TODO .. como si en chino les estuviésemos hablando No sabian darnos una dirección, y te trataban como si no les pagasen y estuviesen haciéndote un favor ! Realmente decepcionante en ese punto! Solemos ir a este hotel de años y como que esta vez fue muy diferente y a peor 🤨 LAS ALMOHADAS 🛏️ eran muy blandas y el canapé hacía una curvatura inclinada haciendo que la cabeza cayese hacia atrás … realmente una posición súper incómoda tanto para mi como para mi pareja La SILLA 🪑 de la habitación estaba rota (zona del asiento rajada) También habría que tener en cuenta que solo hay un ESPEJO🪞 ( el del baño) se debería tener en cuenta poner alguno en la zona de la habitación para uno poder mirarse sino andas a tientas … LA LUZ 💡 DEL BAÑO 🛀 NO ALUMBRABA NADA, poca luz para un baño y para colocar los jabones 🧼 y temas de aseo no había ni una estantería tenías que ponerlo en el suelo ALGO ANTIHIGIÉNICO

Great location but the room was very hot

The hotel was really well situated for my needs. The staff were friendly and it was a cheap room.

I had another night in a hotel in Andorra la Vella on the same trip and only paid a little bit more and got air con, a swimming pool and breakfast included.

great location, huge and modern bathroom

Super noisy. My room was on the 1st floor and I could hear every noise from the corridor / from the kitchen. Till 11PM and from 7AM. Also "interior patio" meant a dark, closed chimney something, so I was unable to let fresh air in.

I don’t recommend the accommodation at all

the location

at 7:00 am a lot of voices and the coffee shop was just under our room and we can hear EVERYTHING. We can’t rest.

Superb

I like the separate heater in the main room and the bathroom. It was also quiet on the entire floor where I stayed.

I was just a little surprised regarding the city tax I needed to pay upon check-out, the receptionist didn't ask for it during the check-in. But no big deal though.

right in the best region for shopping and dining

very careful staff I had a medical situation while staying there and the front desk helped me with local hospital contacts

the bed cushion was too soft I had a back condition and was difficult to sleep because of the softness

Perfect location with excellent service and facilities

Excellent location right onto a lovely square with everything close to hand. Clean rooms with a generous sized en suite. Gluten free Pastries for breakfast and gluten free beers and ciders available too.

One of our party was given a single room this was very small had no external window and was very warm and noisy - he thought it must have been above the kitchen.

Really satisfied with the stay, great location - right on the shopping mile, cafes nearby.

Enjoyed the large bath area, the room was clean and had almost everything we needed! Beds were comfortable too! The air-conditioning was just nice as we went there in the summer. If we needed it to be cooler, we'd open the windows.

The receptionist pointed us to a different hiking route than what we asked for, but it turned out to be a beautiful hike. Wished the receptionist could be at the desk more/ more available. We also had to push our luggages uphill, thru the entire shopping mile to get to the hotel, that was a work out.
