Buena ubicación y la piscina/spa muy bien

El resort en general esta muy bien.Bien ubicado y nos toca un apartamento con unas vistas preciosas.

great place for a family vacation

Resort consisting of few standalone buildings. Nice view and quiet area. Spacious and clean rooms. Good and powerful heating and hot water. Spa, wellness and breakfast is located in the central building which can take some walk from more remote buildings of the resort. Off season breakfast option was okayish, limited in selection, but chef was able to prepare some hot meals per individual order. Parking is available for 18euro per night

Spa and wellness facility was open only till 22:00 which was not mentioned during the room booking. Our check-in was after 21:00 so we had no time to use pre-paid wellness centrum. Extra room fee what we paid for wellness is not refundable. So we have paid for nothing. During the off-season only the main reception at the top of the hill is open and guidance from garages to the reception is non existing. We found just on closed door of the secondary reception and later translated thanks to google translator a note that only main reception is open with not so clear instructions how to get there. The resort looks amazing from outside, rooms are okay, but little bit older inside. Good rooms but not exactly luxurious. I would say good accommodation for families with kids not for honeymoon couples.

spa if not crowded at all and easy to book in spring time (but hot tub / sauna/ hammam ONLY FROM 16+) location (close to hiking departures - spring time) not many people, not crowded (spring time) beds are made, towels changed, cleaning done confortable beds

5 plates, 5 glasses, 5 forks, 5 spoons....for 5 people...not a single extra!!!!! bath tub does not work (the rubber lid is missing.....cannot fill the tub) bath is dirty (because of the iron contained in water?) outdated furniture; needs refreshing hotel reception far and not easy to access for immediate need (at first....our room cards did not work, the WIFI passwords either and really it is not close to fix small problems)

Not wanting to be negative but all facilities were very poor & the staff was unfriendly almost rude

Arriving at 8pm after a 12 hour trip and could'n even buy a water at the bar to take to the apartment as it wasn't allowed????!!! Don't understand!🤔 The buffet at the hotel was very poor quality and no diversity for 26€ ( no drinks included) was far too expensive. As we were travelling with the dogs ( which paid an extra of 15€/ per dog per day ) they allocated us to a tired apartment at Reception level area near the storage room & public wc The complex location is not good at all far from everything you must use the car as the transfers offered by the hotel complex need to be scheduled and normally not available. The spa is a massive pool for children The " Michelin star " is located on a corner of the Spa Club house had average food with poor service wasn't worth the value

Great views, amazing value for money, lovely and helpful staff! 😊 Went with my partner and a couple of friends and we had an incredible time. Would definitely book again.

To pricy for what ii really is. The Hotel needs a decent renovation

Clean, great location and the Spa is certainly a great place.

The kitchen is tiny and poorly equipped, the heating in the Roma is out of this world. As a sky Hotel doesn’t really work, no pockets for boards, no heated closets for sky clothes. Parking has to be paid outside of the hotel cost so the discount in booking isn’t real as the real cost at the hotel website includes parking. Staff is decent and respectful but not always helpful.

We were very disappointed with swimming pool club close for maintenance at the time we arrived . We got the hotel email after we did the booking Booking. Com they're not updated you about any changes in the hotel booking confirmation like the opening or close the car parking or parking is extra charge and close the family swimming pool.

it was clean. but it wasn’t Customer oriented.

the room is far away from the parking we had stairs to the elevator it wasn’t convenient with suitcases the Wi-Fi was for 4 mobiles and not even 6 although we paid for 6 people. the pool was for an hour we had to buy swimming hut to enter it for 4.5€

Beautiful and (just about!) convenient

Big rooms with excellent facilities. Well-stocked kitchen (just missing lids for the pots) with comfortable space and beautiful terrace view. English-speaking staff who were willing to help and explain. The included access to jacuzzi, sauna, and pools was very welcome too!

The business of the parking is very confusing, no matter what language the staff explained. I am 1.83 meters and the facilities and structure proved sometimes inconvenient and fashioned for shorter persons. I imagine people who are 1.88 and over will find it bothersome. A bit pricy.

Good stay

the sports and spa facilities were great also the location of the hotel

The food in the restaurant was very bad.. maybe we were just unlucky with the choice but neither of 3 of us after 1st bite couldn’t eat it. Also the room on the picture looks really good but in reality it was maybe taken few years back. The room was very very old, the bathtub was yellow instead of white and you could hear absolutely everything from outside or next room.

Great place to stay for skiing holidays in Andorra.

Wonderful location, spacious and clean hotel room, exceptionally tasty 3 course dinner as well as great breakfast and excellent service provided by hotel staff. I will definitely come back to Aparthotel AnyosPark when I’ll be visiting Andorra next time.
