Las fotos no son lo que parece

Está ubicado en una muy buena zona así no tenga playa o vista al mar

La mesa de la habitación estaba coja, el techo del baño estaba feo y goteando agua del aire acondicionado, la puerta de la tina estaba sucia y con óxido pero de mal lavado, el olor del aire acondicionado era feo parecía aire viejo, la alfombra de la habitación estaba vieja gastada, la decoración como las lámparas estaban sucias, el hotel se puede ver organizado a primera vista, pero cuando uno comienza a ver todos esos detalles, desaniman mucho, los ascensores quedan a desnivel en el lobby, el olor a humedad es mucho, yo si me sentí robado en el hotel por qué las fotos de publicidad no muestran realidad y lo peor es que uno vea tantas quejas similares y no tomes acciones.

The hotel offers a breakfast and happy hour package, but the happy hour is only offered in the upper floor, not in the lobby, which is some thing they did not disclose when they sold the package to me. Top bar is lame and nothing is happening up there.

Los pasillos y las habitaciones huelen a moho, humedad con alfombras muy sucias. Cama demasiado dura y vieja, almohadas pequeñas y duras. Frizadas rotas. Baños viejos con pocos productos y mal distribuidos. Por otro lado no especifican a la hora de pagar que el agua de tomar solo está incluida en la reserva la que está fuera de la neverita. El desayuno no es de calidad. Los camareros en el área de piscina no están pendiente a nada. La piscina en algunos extremos olía muy extraño. Y la construcción de la renovación del hotel no dejó que me relajara en el hotel.

Don't have enough staff to provide basic hotel services they were busy attending some people from elections staying at the hotel. Hour and a half to serve food at rooms They keep rejecting calls when calling room service. Reserved one month in advance gave me a disability adapter room.

Agradecimientos y Observaciones para su mejoría.

Gracias en verdad por las atenciones dadas, su personal es muy agradable y busca dar lo mejor de sí a pesar de que no tengan todas las facilidades para lograrlo hace magia. Desde la atención vía telefónica por el muy agradable Sr. Savier muchas gracias es realmente gratificante conversar con personas que te orientan y te hacen sentir bienvenidos y los consejos dados por él muy útiles todos. El señor que nos asistió con las maletas gracias por su gran cordialidad. La comida es sabrosa y los precios son razonables, gracias por no ser un hotel que abuse de los precios brindado a los clientes. Pero no puedo decir lo mismo en el caso del salón de belleza y la tienda. La joven Sonia me atendió muy bien pero la otra joven me dio precios elevados y distintos a los previamente indicados al momento de preguntar. Lamentablemente en varias ocasiones no pude acceder a la tienda pues estaba cerrada la Sra. Sonia procuró siempre tratar de ayudarme y conseguir la llave al igual que el seguridad que estaba en ese momento en la escalera. Muchas gracias a ellos por su servicio. El personal que nos dio información sobre el club excelente al igual que el personal de la piscina. El trato humano es realmente en lo personal muy significativo para mí. Les felicito y al grupo completo les agradezco.

Les recomiendo mejor su sistema de registro para que tanto el ingreso y la salida sea más rápida y eficiente pues se pierde aveces más de una hora y es tiempo que el cliente puede aprovechar. Por otra parte como profesional del área también les recomiendo reparar las filtraciones existente, verificar su origen. La humedad se siente bastante en las habitaciones y los pasillos. El recorrido para llegar a las habitaciones mejoraría mucho si ustedes realizan un rediseño del mismo e iluminación luego de corregir las filtraciones. Favor mejorar el control de plagas pues aunque esté limpio el espacio pudimos constatar varias curianas (cucarachas) dentro del dormitorio, la humedad tampoco ayuda. El dormitorio es amplio lo cual es buenísimo pero el diseño interior pudiera ser renovado en tema de diseño y composición interior. El aire acondicionado no pudimos regularlo sólo se podía encender o apagar... Con esto mi intención es ayudarles a poder dar un mejor servicio.

Nice, family friendly hotel, but a little “tired”

The kids loved the pool and were virtually living in it for the two weeks of our stay. Loved the breakfast and variety, especially with a fussy two-year old. All the staff lit up when they saw our children and were so kind and thoughtful. My son loved the wee turtles outside the front entrance.

A lot of small things seemed to be missing and needed to be requested. Half the time room service took a very long time, but they were very friendly. The carpets in the corridor and in our room were badly worn and stained; need replacing.

All appearance and little substance

Grand Hotel. It was a luxury hotel once, so it has all the great features of the past. Spacious lobby, nice kept grounds, Excellent staff. It has potential to be the best.

The experience for me was a nightmare because it lacks the appropriate handrail at the entrance stairs. They have a small side entrance for people who need it but it is impossible to see when you arrive at night for the first time. They had no porters at the entrance at the time I arrived and there was nobody to help me with suitcases and directions.I lost balance as I climbed the stairs and fell. I broke my nose and had a very serious head injury. The staff was good in helping me, but the administration lacked empathy for my problem. I was not even given the free water they offered me and refused to reimburse me for cutting my trip short. Not an apology, not a call from the administration neither a voucher for a future visit. NOTHING. They just did not care. Even worse, I needed to return to the USA to be treated here and I lost my prepaid stay money. Never, never coming back.

I didn't stay here and I am requesting refund asap worst experience in my life

I didn't stay the night here because they increased the price to $210 per night. The reservation stated 91 dollars and when I got there they were hitting me with all these bs fees.

Smelly snd dirtly rug, not worth the money.

I like that it was close by a supermarket and not too far from the malls so I could take Uber.

The carpets were smelly and visibly dirty, the bathroom had cracks in it, it was also dirty and smelled weird. There were hair on linens. Overal I didn’t like it.
