Muy bonito pero el personal muy regular

El apartamento es muy moderno y estaba muy bien ubicado. A pesar de ser pequeño tiene de todo.

Unpleasant!

Clean and comfortable.

I felt very uncomfortable. They asked 100 dollars for guaranteed deposit. While I was checking out, they asked to be responsible for a stain on the bathroom towel that I used. It was the only thing that I used for nothing but taking shower. There was no way the towel got stained and even if if so, they couldn’t charge for the stain on the towel saying that it can’t be eased. When I offered to wash it myself going back to room. They asked me to leave my bags to them. When I refused they got upset. I don’t know why yet. But it is very suspicious for me. It was very unusual and uncomfortable experience and long term booking.com customer.

Everything was perfect, good facilities, great location, close to shops and amenities it felt like a home away from home, staff are nice we had such a good stay here! Would definitely recommend

Misleading listing, terrible staff. Stay away.

The listing is very misleading. The pictures all have the curtains closed. When you open the curtains, you're staring at a disgusting wall. The neighboring building is gross, and every window has an air conditioner that's dripping hot water onto you. The air conditioning unit is located on the balcony and blows extremely hot air at you. My guests and I checked out 2 minutes after arriving. The manager said they would give us a refund in full. We've contacted them numerous times, and they're doing everything not to issue the refund. They need approvals from countless people and are trying to push me to take credit for staying there, which I would never do. One manager tried to tell me that we stayed the entire time and weren't eligible for a refund. We have a checkout confirmation from the hotel and booking.com. They'll try anything to avoid giving a refund. I had to contact my bank to reverse the transaction.

Moderno, buena ubicación, supermercado cerca, cocina de gas, refrigerador, lavadora-secadora, utensilios de cocina bastante completos

Dificultades con el aire acondicionado, poca luz en la cocina y poca utilidad del balcón (casi siempre sombreado por cercanía con edificio contiguo). Mejor, aprovechar ese espacio de otra forma.

The stunning lobby and elegant decor immediately set the tone for a truly memorable stay. Upon entering my apartment, I was delighted to find a spacious and immaculately clean accommodation, complete with modern amenities. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, as every aspect of the apt was meticulously arranged to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. The apt facilities were equally impressive, a beautiful rooftop pool and a restaurant offered a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The culinary experience at the restaurant was nothing short of exceptional, featuring a diverse menu of delectable dishes prepared with the finest ingredients. What truly set the Brickell apart, however, was the exemplary service provided by the staff. Every interaction was characterized by genuine warmth and a commitment to meeting my every need. The staff consistently demonstrated a level of professionalism and attentiveness that made me feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel's prime location also made it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding area, with many popular attractions and dining options just a short distance away. Mal servicio. Nos pusieron a lavar las Toallas porqué estaban un poco sucia de base de maquillaje.

El Lugar y las vistas en la Terrasa

Muy mal servicio. Largas esperas, no te ofrecen toallas limpias ni Agua. Los apartamentos huelen muy fuerte a humedad. El dia del check out nos llevaron las Toallas al Lobby porque tenia un poco de sucio de maquillaje y nos pusieron a lavarlas a mano de lo contrario tendríamos que pagar las Toallas a un alto precio.Le expliqué a las chica que ese maquillaje se va con agua, ya que se supone que lavan las toallas a altos grados,pero ella insistió y nunca nos dio la cara, solo nos mandaba a decir con otra chica. Al final las tuve que lavar yo misma a mano en el baño del Lobby y se quito el sucio de una vez. Eso es una vergüenza.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien decorado. Era bonito. El área de la piscina estaba bien cuidada también

Una de las toallas se manchó (mancha minima que se podía quitar lavando con lejía/cloro) y me han cobrado 35€!!! No sé de qué material tan especial o exclusivo son esas toallas para tener ese precio. Tengo mis dudas de que la foto que me han enviado sea de después de intentar lavar la toalla y que no haya salido la mancha. Además en las condiciones del alojamiento de Booking no pone que te vayan a cobrar un depósito aunque ellos dicen que si. Estos detalles de aprovecharse del cliente extranjero no me gustan y de ahí mi mala puntuación

La habitación es excelente. Tiene muy buena decoración y todos el mobiliario se encuentra impecable.

No habia jabon de baño en la bañera. No me dieron un control remoto para el portón del estacionamiento.

El apartamento es muy bello y tiene todas las comodidades.

Es muy incómodo tener que pasar por recepción cada vez que iba a subir, yo entraba por el sótano con el carro y no podía subir directo al apartamento, siempre debía pasar por recepción para que me marcaran mi piso.
