Ruime kamer. Raam kon open. Hor aanwezig. Personeel is erg vriendelijk.
De kamer rook naar een roker. In het hotel rook het niet fris op de 2e verdieping. Bed is eeg zacht. Internet is matig. Ze kunnen wat beter schoonmaken. Plinten nogal stoffig.

Noi
abbiamo alloggiato in Mhotel una settimana.Abbiamo richiesto la pulizia una sola volta.Svuotati i bidoni del pattume, tirato su il sacco del letto,in terra nemmeno con la scopa..Me ne accorgo perché giro sempre scalza.

Het onthaal aan de receptie! Super super vriendelijk dame!

Location is good - easy access to bus.
Good breakfast
Expresso machine
The hotel is in need of maintenance.
We booked 2 rooms between 3 people. The double room's fridge and aircon didn't work, We were given 2 very uncomfortable pillows - we asked for 2 more, but never received it. When we got back from the Andre Rieu concert at midnight, the elevator didn't work. The single room had no water or coffee pods.

Location, size of the room and bed
Elevator was broken, and air conditioning did not work. As it was really humid and hot day, I could not sleep well on the day I stayed.

location.
four star hotel without airconditioning which is a requirement for a four star hotel. room was stiflingly hot despite a very noisy fan. It was located at the south side of the hotel and the daytime temperature had been 29C. only one little window could be opened.

Nice and modern hotel in a good location for Sentower Park but amenities were a bit basic.
Our room wasn’t cleaned on the first day, no water left in room any day (when we were told it would be) the “wet room” bathroom was a nightmare as didn’t drain, mini fridge didn’t work and there were no coffee pods left to use the coffee machine that was supplied.

shower tap was little broken and the water was too hot that I could not take the shower appropriately…

The staff was outstanding, very helpful and friendly!
Location was practical with Shopping 1-3 right across the street etc
Nice view of the « Molenvijver » pond at breakfast
Room on the street-side yet very quiet at night even as we slept with the window open!
The hotel wasn’t fully booked so we were a bit disappointed they put us in a room facing the street and not the beautiful pond (perhaps the only one available at that price, we’re not sure) The wallpaper in the WC was coming off the wall, by quite a bit, a shame they didn’t think to tend to it with a bit of glue(spray), an easy fix to avoid devaluing the room’s impression..
The breakfast: very abundant choice which was nice - but a bit bland in flavour..
Regarding cleanliness of the room, that was very good except for an ammonia smell that seemed to come from the rainfall showerhead - which was quite unpleasant as we had an infant with us in the shower at the time of use :-/

Unfortunately we were not satisfied at all from our night at M Hotel. The structure is basically quite old with some new items introduction (modern lamp, wallpaper), that completely don’t match with the previous existing finishing. One of our window was broken and we couldn’t close it. Internet was super slow, so if you have to work forget about fast query’s. But the most annoying things were: the bed, in particular the pillow and the sheet; the service at the desk and the fact that they let us pay the full breakfast even if one of us took only an espresso (charged us 22 euro!).
Quality of the sheet of the bed and the pillow. People at the desk.

Er was geen bediening in de bar.

The location is excellent with the lake to the rear and the shopping centre and the town to the front, didnt need my car during the stay. Breakfast is good exactly what you would expect from a continental breakfast. Room is clean and comfortable.
There s no USB charging point in the room, there is no kettle in the room, but there is a coffee machine that makes a very small cup of coffee, but no good if you like a cup of tea. You can wait a very long time at the bar for a drink, we waited 45 minutes despite customers asking at reception for a bar service, i think the bar lady had gone home as it was slow, then lots of people turned up but no one to serve them. Be ware you will have to pay for the car park as the hotel dont own it, but it is reasonably priced.

The lady at the reception in the morning.
I had to wait more than 15min before someone showed up !!!

my favourite hotel in the area, unique room decorations, a good location on the edge of the shopping district and backing onto a nice park, and good, efficient, helpful staff, especially the young man on late reception (ense?), who went above and beyond when we had a problem
closing the bar at 10pm on a Saturday night, breakfast a little expensive

Clean and comfortable rooms an exquisite breakfast and well located in the city centre
5.0
Cleanliness and management
kitchen with very limited variety of foods

the view and content of breakfast (not service)
arriving at 11:30 pm and couldn’t get sparkling water or cola as a bar was closed even if 4 people from service were there but chatting .
requested 1 double bed got 2 single beds so they added a mastress on top but then you get a hole in between the 2 beds asap you move
room was quite cold no chance to put warmer temperature
no free parking
service was poor at breakfast arriving at 9 am already full tables of waste difficult to find a table for 2 clean , no immediate cleaning of table that s disgusting
3.5
OK hotel for a short stay.
In order to sleep well and without major noise, I had booked a room towards the park. I was given a room facing the front instead, which is pretty noisy. As I had paid the higher price for the rear room already, I proposed to pay a front/street-facing room next time but get a rear room. The hotel never replied to my proposal, even after my reminder!
