Spazi comuni ampi, spiaggia sotto la struttura, colazione abbondante

Camera datata con moquette fatiscente ( la prenotazione era per camera con parquet), water semiintasato), personale mediamente scostante, scalinata per accedere all'hotel scomodissima per portare i bagagli ( manca una pedana liscia di lato), self servire per la cena di scarsa qualità

Friendly helpful staff, on the water

No elevators and too many steps to everything - the room, restaurant, to the water, from street level to reception down. Property also needs a makeover. Elevators are critical to this facility.

Hotellet ligger fint på stranden! Lite gammalt i stilen, men helt och rent. Billigare än de flesta andra strandhotellen så det är prisvärt! Buss till gamla staden precis utanför hotellet

Bara vitt rostbröd i frukosten, i övrigt fanns ett hyffsat utbud!

Great location away from bustle of old city but close enough to jump on a bus and explore.

Very nice hotel which had a beach just down from the hotel. Ideal spot away from the old city bustle. Walking distance to local cafes/restaurants. Bus stop just across the road that went into the old city every 20mins.

Perfect!

The location is awesome, just by the beach. It is worderful to have meals in the restaurant terrasse or a drink in the bar ehike enjoying the view. The stuff is very friendly, excellent service provided at all time. The buffet is wonderful, both for breakfast and dinner. Clean place. Bus stop located just in front of the hotel, 10 minutes ride to Dubrovnik old city. All in all, we strongly recommend it!

Viesnīca, kas atbilst trim zvaigznēm - nekas vairāk un nekas mazāk

Izcila atrašanās vieta - gan atrašanās pie jūras, gan netālu no centra. Ļoti atsaucīgs personāls. Un viss bija ļoti tīrs.

Interjers un dušas iekārtas ir mazliet novecojušas un būtu jāatjauno, bet, ņemot vērā, ka viss bija tīrs, tas satrauca mazāk. Brokastis! Izvēle it kā bija - no visa piedāvātā sagrabināt kaut ko, lai būtu paēdis, izdevās. Bet lielākoties ēdiens bija neēdams :( un kafija… tas bija ūdens ar dīvainu kafijas garšu.. Apelsīnu dzēriens gan bija ļoti labs :)

Reception and cleaning staff were excellent, beach was lovely but pebbles, good location and easy bus to town and back, recommend getting Dubrovnik pass.

Hot breakfast not great particularly bacon not to our taste, but plenty of pastries which we opted for instead.

Volvería a hospedarme en este lugar

La visita maravillosa, la playa muy limpia, tranquila para nadar. Es una playa de muchas piedras, pero se soluciona usando zapatillas para el mar. El desayuno muy completo.

-Que no hay ascensores, por lo tanto debes subir y bajar maletas por las escaleras. -Mejoraría las opciones del pan que se ofrece en el desayuno

Helt ok hotell med en kjempeflott beliggenhet ved en liten strand.

Det vi likte best med hotellet var den fantastiske utsikten fra rommet og beliggenheten rett ved en liten strand. Personalet var veldig hyggelige ov behjelpelige!

Litt gammelt og ikke kjempegodt vedlikeholdt. Men helt ok til den prisen! Kun et strykejern på deling med hele hotellet, og fikk ikke strykebrettet med en gang. Ganske lytt mellom rom og gang.

Hotel je bez výtahu a všude schody, ale personal automaticky a velmi ochotně vynese zavazadla až do pokoje. Pobyt byl ru

Hotel na pláži za přijatelnou cenu. Světlé a prostorné pokoje. Příjemný personál.

Apartmány s výhledem na moře (superior) jsou přímo na jídelnou, takže je pobyt je rušen neustálým hlukem. Doručuji brát výší než 2.patro kvůli hluku. Bez výtahu a všude schody, nedoporučuji pro starší.

Barato por el sitio y buena habitación doble con vistas al mar. Buena conexión al centro con la línea 4 de bus que queda justo enfrente del hotel cada 15 min

Ducha pequeña y la comida del hotel es cara, como todo en Dubrovnik.

Goed verblijf inclusief ontbijt voor een redelijke prijs

Laat ontvangst was prima en de service was goed. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie locatie aan het water. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Goed en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Bushalte tegenover hotel om de oude stad te bezoeken.

Kwam te veel ligt door de gordijnen en een zoemend geluid buiten. Het is wat gedateerd allemaal, hierdoor maakte de wastafelkraan veel herrie, wat de buren vast konden horen aangezien het ook redelijk gehorig is.

C'était pas mal, bon rapport qualité prix

La propreté et l'accueil. nous avons également apprécié la taille la chambre avec balcon. bon petit déjeuner sauf le café.

Nous trouvons que l'insonorisation n'est pas géniale . Nous entendions les voisins. Mettre une carafe d'eau à table pendant que on mange serait un plus. la qualité de certains produits du restaurant ( café notamment)

Manager of the hotel, very bad and unprofessional

The manager of the hotel very bad he stole my money. They are very unprofessional. If you want to book something with them they don’t give you any receipt. They don’t give you the rule and if you cancel it, they still wanna charge full money. They don’t have any rules they only take money from you, they charge me £320 extra with no proof and they have contact with the police as well to go there anyone

Het is een standaard hotel! We hadden in het begin een kamer op een lager verdieping. Gelukkig mochten we na 1 dag naar een ander kamer.

Bij de eerste kamer hadden we problemen met het douche. Dit was verholpen toen we naar de andere kamer verhuisden. Jammer dat er geen waterkoude en koelkast is. Verder is het een gewone hotel om te verblijven. Het is geen luxe hotel..

Super miejsce na krótki pobyt by zwiedzać Dubrownik

Lokalizacja piękna. Widok z balkonu na morze bezcenny. Hotel może nie nowoczesny ale czysty i miła obsługa. Przystanek autobusowy zaraz pod hotelem więc na stare miasto dobre połączenie co 30 min. Hotelowa plaża bardzo wygodna. Niedaleko deptak z restauracjami i lodziarniami oraz niedrogi sklep z wszystkim co potrzebne.

Jedzenie to typowe minimum śniadaniowe, możemy coś naleźć ale kolacji nie polecam. Szczególnie dla dzieci ciężko coś znaleźć. Za tę cenę można znaleźć super kolację w pobliskiej włoskiej restauracji.

Old hotel

The location of the hotel was great and the beach too; there's a parking .

The hotel was old, they don't have elevators and have to carry the luggage up the stairs, in our case 4th floor. The breakfast is not good. The furniture of the room was very old and the bed was unconfortable. At the beach you have to pay for the lounge chair and the beach umbrella.

Enjoyable, spoilt only by there being no drinking water available in the room.

The hotel was clean and presentable. The staff were always polite and helpfull. The breakfast was more than adequate and plentiful.

There was no water left in the room for guests. If you needed a drink in the night you had to pay a high price at reception. That to me isnt good service to guests and does not represent good value.

Disappointing

For a hotel that is always fully booked you would think they would make an effort to update, toilet absolutely stank of urine, very grotty, we booked double bed and got single, staff were rude when we asked if we could get a room with a double bed, but i will say Fantastic location and with a good renovation this could be a little patch of heaven!

Toilet and bathroom was very smelly.

sea view, good beach, comfortable stress free location

Very clean and beautiful facility, the stay is well appreciated. Panaroma in sea view room is amazing, the beach is a few steps down. The beach is amazing too. Staff is helpful. The breakfast is generous. There is a bus in front of the hotel every 15-20 min., it lasts 15 min to old city.

The breakfast time is short, between 7-10 o’clock. It should be until 11:00 by thinking families with kids. Car parking is 12 eur/day Dinner is standard but we preferred other restaurants

It was very clean and the location was great, the bus stop outside was very handy

The staff at reception were very unhelpful and rude when we needed help with a plug as our plug from Ireland wouldn’t fit in the socket. The breakfast wasn’t great, the juice was very watery and grainy. The breakfast choice was very basic

Pleasant

The location is great. Within walking distance to restaurants and bars.

The rooms have very thin walls and could hear a mobile phone vibrating from the next room. Beds are not comfortable.
