Insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht sonderlich groß, wie dies bei Stadthotels wohl die Regel ist. Das Badezimmer hatte leider nur eine Badewanne mit einer Duschmöglichkeit, was nicht sonderlich komfortabel ist. Das Frühstückbuffet bietet eine ausreichende und angemesse Vielfalt. Sonderbar war aber, dass man den genauen Frühstückstermin schon am Vorabend angeben musste, weil der Frühstückraum in Spitzenzeiten zu klein ist. Tatsächlich waren aber morgens genüngend freie Plätze.

Var í fermingarferð með barnabarni mínu. Ég blandaði saman flölskylduminningum,fróðleik og skemmtun.

Fínn morgunmatur,ekki innifalinn í verði þó, stutt í góða veingastaði og aðra afþreyingu eins og Tivoli, bíó, planetaríun og yndislega göngutúra ved Søerne. Svo eru samgöngur alveg frábærlega vel staðsettar, strætó 31 fer beint niður í bæ að Fiskekonerne og svo áfram yfir til Christianshavn. Varðandi lestar þá er Vesterport S tog station hinum megin við götina,skipt yfir í metro á Nørreport og beint út á flugvöll. Gæti ekki verið betra.

Eiginlega ekkert. Aðeins umferðagnýr seint á kvöldin,truflaði okkur ekki.

Café da manhã maravilhoso, múltiplas opções e veganas inclusive. Banheiro muito limpo e funcional, bastante espaçoso.

Cama mole, cama de casal montada com a união de duas camas de solteiro e um espaço entre elas - elevadores lentos e em pequena quantidade em relação aos hóspedes.

Zimmer nicht so sauber Zb Staubschicht auf Wasserkocher und Teebeutel Zimmer sehr laut ( Straßenlärm ) Badezimmer Ausstattung sehr alt Teppichboden hat löcher Klospülung hat sehr schlecht funktioniert ( sehr unangenehm ) Es gibt 3 Lifte und trotzdem kommt immer nur 1 Lift Rezeptionistin beim einchecken nicht sehr freundlich

Bra läge men slitens rum.

Känns lite slitet och städningen var inte bra. Kallt i rummet och det saknades tvål. Fick sen en plastförpackning med tvål när vi sa till. Trist utsikt mot innergård. De gemensamma ytorna var uppfräschade men inte rummen. Saknar kylskåp i rummet

Great gym, spacious rooms and bathrooms, also close to many parts of town.

The water dispensers ran out but they were refilled promptly.

Our stay was OK but nothing special unfortunately - except for lovely service during check in & out.

We were happily surprised by receiving a room with 2 small bathrooms, this was very convenient as I was travelling with my mother. The location was right next to a train station, so very central but also a little noisy at times. The breakfast buffet was lovely but staff a little hard to communicate with - only on one occasion.

The lifts were soo small and 1 was out of order the entire stay - 15 nights - so there was a constant cue and you had to allow an extra 10-15min to be able to leave the hotel every time. We chose not to have our room serviced every day but only every 4 nights to save the environment, however only towels were provided and not fresh sheets, extra tea, coffee and vacuuming, we should not have to request these things as an extra when staying for 2 weeks in an upmarket 4 star hotel.

Not cleaned under the sofa bed. Lifts are slow and tight. We often chose the stairs as we didn’t feel comfortable using the lifts.

The hotel compensated us fairly for our troubles.

Location. Very close to city center. Very accessible to all attractions.

The WiFi was horrible. The normal maintenance could be better. The sink drain was slow to drain. The shower head needed a good cleaning or replacement. We paid for an upgrade to a balcony and the view was of a parking lot and should have be spectacular for the amount we paid. We did not have a table on the balcony.

Great time with an insane wheather. Copenhagen is particularly enlightened in such occasion.

not a fancy street but 5-7mn walking to Tivoli & Radhuspladsen for touristic stuff; 3mn from metro Vesterport where you can go anywhere in 10-15mn for central CPH, 50mn door-to-door to Lousiana Art Foundation (even if you don’t like art, go there). Great Breakfast, clean hotel, not the romantic place but a very functional reasonably priced alternative.

The skilled staff is good, though some people don’t care or aren’t well trained. Only one guy from the 4 members of staff I interacted with knew the restaurants like conciergerie people (go to the Krog’s if you like fish gastronomy - not cheap though)… don’t miss him! Not a drama but think about booking everything (cleaning, time of breakfast, restaurant booking…).

Friendly staff, lovely breakfast, all you need!

Very friendly and clean. staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Plenty of choice for breakfast, hot and cold. Great location.

The street was quite noisy at night but nothing the hotel can do about that!

The elevator did not function, we had to use the stauts. I booked one lagre room, but we got 2 small room.

It was a good central location

There was a lot of noise, our upstairs neighbours would let their child run and scream until 10-11 o’clock at night. there was mould under the sink work top and the bath was stained

Excellent experience

Excellent location, very kind staff and super clean

Breakfast was EXACTLY the same everyday, when you are for almost a week in the place you get very tiring in the end. They could vary some of the offers, like fried eggs, other fruits apart from melon and grape fruit, etc.
