Tout était parfait

Emplacement central, proche de la gare. Chambre au 20ème et dernier étage avec une très belle vue panoramique. Chambre très bien équipée, propre. A recommander à 200%.

S'il fallait dire quelque chose, le lit un peu trop moelleux.

Not worth your money

Location was great. Next to Tivoli Gardens and near shoppingstreet. Breakfast was fine, order from the menu. Always good.

Staff was not nice at all, and that for a 5-star hotel. Service needs to be on top, which wasn’t. Only one lady at breakfast, she was nice and helpful. Cleaning was so poor. The rooms are outdated, just old. In need of a renovation. Not recommend.

Lovely comfortable rooms in a great location.

Very close to train station and a main square with lots of different food options. Right across the road from Tivoli Gardens.

It was lovely, could not fault.

מעולה ממש עם תמורה ראויה לכסף. בהחלט מלון מומלץ.

המיקום הוא מעולה (2 דקות הליכה מתחנת הרכבת המרכזית). השירות היה ממש מעולה והם אפילו עשו מעל ומעבר בעזרה לצ'ק אאוט מאוחר ואפילו כשהיה יום גשום, הם הביאו לנו מטריות של המלון. כולם היו נחמדים ממש ושירותיים. החדר היה מאוד גדול ומרווח וכן כל יום קיבלנו בקבוקי מים, סודה וקפסולות קפה למכונה.

הלחצן בשירותים שלנו עשה קצת בעיות אבל זה היה ממש בקטנה...

Pobyt w Radisson Collection Royal Hotel w Kopenhadze miał swoje plusy i minusy. Świetna lokalizacja i piękny widok z pok

Hotel Radisson Collection Royal w Kopenhadze zrobił na mnie duże wrażenie swoim nowoczesnym designem i wygodną lokalizacją. Położony w sercu miasta, zapewnia łatwy dostęp do najważniejszych atrakcji turystycznych i środków transportu, co jest dużym udogodnieniem. Nasz pokój na 17. piętrze oferował niesamowity widok na miasto, co było naprawdę super. Obsługa była przyjazna i pomocna, a śniadania bardzo smaczne i obfite.

Niestety, jak na 5-gwiazdkowy hotel, cena była zbyt wysoka w stosunku do jakości. Spotkałam się z kilkoma niedociągnięciami – dywan w pokoju był zagięty, co groziło potknięciem. Mimo że wcześniej prosiłam o łóżka pojedyncze, otrzymaliśmy łóżko podwójne. W pokoju było dużo kurzu, co świadczy o niedokładnym sprzątaniu. Odpływy w łazience były zatkane, co powodowało, że woda bardzo wolno schodziła. Na śniadaniu panowały tłumy i trudno było znaleźć wolny stolik.

Tolles, stylisches Hotel an super Lage, leider etwas laut.

Schön eingerichtet, neue Bäder, tolle zentrale Lage, Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Bars/ Shops/ Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Nur 1 Sessel im Zimmer, Fenster ließen sich nicht ganz öffnen, in der Nacht SEHR laut, Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht, Minibar war leer.

Puiki lokacija, nors per langus (pasirikus viršutinius aukštus) vaizdas niūrus, girdisi traukinių stotis. King lova didelė ir minkšta, yra galimybė rinktis pagalvės tipą. Vestibiulis labai stilingas, tačiau tamsus. Puikus restoranas su skaniais pusryčiais ir puikiu aptarnavimu.

Viešbučio personalas arogantiškas. Nesigilina į poreikius ir neįstengia viešnagės padaryti kuo geresnės. Kambaryje ant baldų pilna dulkių, po remonto yra likusių dažų taškelių, kuriuos įprasta nuvalyti. To gali tikėtis 3* viešbutyje, bet ne šiame. Garsas nuo traukinių stoties viršutiniuose aukštuose girdimas ir neleidžia gerai pailsėti. Lubos kambaryje labai žemos.

Fantastisk personal. Tacksamma för uppgradering pga anledningen varför vi var där. Magisk utsikt. Bra frukost. Centralt.

Rören till handfatet var vända. Kallt vatten på det varma å varmt på det kalla. Även riktigt dålig säng. Meddelade detta å man lovade att fixa men hände inget. Dåligt tätat vid dörr mot annan svit så grannarna hördes tydligt.

Close to perfection

Everything about this hotel is perfection. The extra touches make it special. It's a 5 minute walk to the main train & metro station, Tivoli Gardens are just opposite along with many bars and restaurants close by. Breakfast was fantastic although a little expensive and not included in the room rate (£30 pp) The room was spacious with a great view of the city (room 916), the bed was very comfortable, plenty of toiletries and a proper hairdryer (not one of those annoying mini ones). Overall an excellent stay and one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

We were told the bar closed at midnight but when we returned at 11.40pm the bar staff told us they were closing up and would not serve us. A beer in the hotel would have just finished our evening perfectly so it did spoil it a little. Only minor but we asked the closing time so we could get back in time.

A great place with a great location. Definitely would like to stay here again.

Everything was 10/10. Huge room and bathroom. Bathroom was very pretty with very big shower and mirror. Bed was comfortable and huge. Great city view. Staff was kind and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

Room service :( We ordered 2 meals and both of them was not good. Housekeepers didn't take our order until we told them to. Also the check-in was at 15:00 which is pretty late in my opinion.

Angemessene Unterkunft für den besuch einer Hochzeit in Kopenhagen

Beim Zimmer im 13.Stock lag einem Kopenhagen zu Füßen- das war wunderbar. Und ruhig, obwohl zentral. Es gab ein großes, gemütliches Bett. Das Frühstücksbuffet war großartig, das Personal sehr höflich.

Wenn man in einem Designmuseum übernachtet, muss man wohl auch Abstriche in Kauf nehmen. Das Bad war funktional, aber sehr klein.

Uma opção incrível na melhor região de Copenhagem

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado: ao lado do Parque Tivoli e bem acessível para as principais atrações turísticas da cidade. Embora um pouco antigo, o prédio é muito bem conservado e as instalações muito bem cuidadas. Uma opção excelente para explorar Copenhagem.

Nenhum ponto nos desagradou. Apenas para comentar algo, um problema que é quase unanimidade em hotéis europeus das mais diversas categorias: a divisão entre o box (nesse caso com banheira) e o restante do banheiro que não é completa e sempre acaba deixando molhar as demais áreas d banheiro sempre que alguém toma banho.

Nice Iconic place to stay .

The Iconic place when you are a Design fervent. Close to the railway station and a few steps from Tivoli gardens . The rooms are large and the view awesome ! I was on the 18th floor .

There is no Spa ! Just a Sauna in the changing rooms and the men one was out of order for the weekend. The gym is huge because it is an independent one linked to the hotel . It should have been noticed this way on the description.

Wet room

The location is great, the staff is friendly, and the room is quite spacious and comfortable. The possibility of visiting the original room by Arne Jacobsen was amazing.

The hotel façade leaks madly. It dripped onto the windowsill throughout the entire night. Unable to resolve the issue due to conservation restrictions, they even advise guests not to leave anything near the window. I left a T-shirt, and it got soaked.

Lieliska atpūta labā viesnīcā. Numuriņos varētu veikt nelielus kosmētiskos remontus.

Family numuriņā cauri logam tecēja lietus ūdens. Par cik lija visu nakti, vajadzēja izmantot lieli dvieli, lai saslaucītu milzīgo peļķi
