Overall it was a nice stay.

They had wonderful staff. Every staff we met were smiling and friendly. Special kudos to Wali and Adona who were very helpful and clarified all our queries. Location is great. 10 mins walk to nearest bus station. 20 mins walk to nearest train station. 2mins walk to Netto supermarket.

We felt the air vents weren't clean because of which the room had dust particles. Bedroom wasn't having enough ventilation. Bathtub doesn't have hand shower which was difficult for our little one while showering.

Quite good for the price, some facilities are dated though

More space than hotel since it’s an apartment hotel, all kitchen facilities in place. Nice swimming pool and really friendly staff. The bedroom had blackout curtains which is really great. Also convenient that we had washer and dryer in our apartment.

Bathroom ventilation was really dirty and we also got drain flies. The shower is an American-style fixed into the wall, which is inconvenient. The garbage bin was really small and no waste separation available. The gym equipment is quite dated.

Wir würden wieder kommen

Sehr gute Lage. Grundsätzlich sind die Zimmer und das gesamte Haus modern ausgestattet. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof sind sehr ruhig. Das Parkhaus im Haus ist zwar wie in allen Metropolen teuer, dafür aber sehr großügig.

Leider war der Kühlschrank in der Küchenzeile defekt und der Abfluß des Waschbeckens im Bad verstopft. So etwas müsste dem Personal im Rahmen der Reinigung eigentlich auffallen. Positiv: der Abfluß wurde schnell gereinigt und wegen des Kühlschranks hätten wir auch in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen können +++++

Perfect when you need a modern apartment in a hotel setting

Very nice apartment with full facilities, including washing machine and dryer.

Long walk to public transport. Got a hefty parking ticket whilst sorting out hotel parking permit. The hotel needs to deal in advance with hotel parking.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, für 5 Nächte absolut passend. Optimal gelegen.

Geräumiges Studio, nicht sehr grosses, aber ausreichendes Schlafzimmer mit grossem, pasendem Wandschrank. Selbstversorgung (kein Frühstück): Küche mit zwei Herdplatten, gut ausgerüstet (Pfannen, Kochutensilien, etc.). Sehr ruhig (weil in den Innenhof) gelegen.

Besteck war knapp, dürfte mehr haben.

Good place for a family with kids! Great staff. Clean overall and take my downside comment with a pinch of salt, as that is a personal feeling and it might be that the carpet is actually quite clean.

The feeling was that the carpet is perhaps not as clean as one hoped, considering we had a baby who is at the crawling stage now.

Very clean, great facilities, lovely room with a really good kitchen. The pool was superb and the gym was great too. Staff were excellent and I have no real complaints.

Only very minor things. It's not as close to the centre of town as other hotels, but it's still only a 30 minute walk. The breakfast was quite expensive, although it was delicious.

Perfect hotel for family.

the accommodation is perfect. The room is big for a 3 people family with a good kitchen to cook in case you don't want to eat outside. No noise, very good eating and cooling sistem. Bathroom is good. There are also washing and drying machine. Nice gym. TOP.

Overall a very good hotel with a couple of short-comings

The room was really spacious and comfortable. Having a kitchenette makes such a difference if - like me, you don't enjoy hotel breakfast. The interior of the hotel is lovely, calm and quiet. We enjoyed the bike hire, which made moving around the city nice and easy. The bikes were good quality.

The noise from the trains was extremely loud at night. Last time we stayed we had an apartment on the courtyard and it wasn't so bad, this time in a smaller room, it was pretty unbearable! The room got very hot at night and the fan didn't make any difference, despite having it on the temperature lowest setting. Not being able to open the window due to the trains made this problem difficult to solve. There is only a rain-shower in the bathroom - which is not ideal. Having an additional hand-held shower-head would make washing long hair a lot easier.
