Does not live up to the 5 star rating, expected much more

The location was great, not far from the airport and a short walk into the centre. The staff were very friendly and we got an upgrade to a room with a river view which was amazing!

Our toilet stopped working overnight and my wife had to use the toilet in the public area. The light was constantly flickering in the bathroom also. There were scratches and worn furniture throughout the room and bathroom and wardrobe doors not fitted properly. Nothing at all in the fridge, would have expected some water in the room as this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. The room itself was pretty dated and was in need of a revamp. As we were travelling with our daughter who is just under 2 years old, this meant we were in our room early in the evening, we would have liked some better channels on the tv and maybe even the option of Netflix.

Did not expect this from Marriott. The property needs an upgrade and the cleaning staff needs to be pulled up.

The property is close to the main attractions and is a waterfront property.

Cleanliness is poor. Bathrooms had mold. The housekeeping was sub par.

ไม่มีน้ำดื่มฟรี ให้ในห้องพัก แต่มีตู้ขายที่ชั้นล่าง ชุดแปรงสีฟันต้องขอเอง มีเก็บ security deposit 500 DKK ต่อคืน โดย hold วงเงินบัตรเครดิต *ทางเราจอง 4 คืน check out ตั้งแต่ 12th April *จนบัดนี้ 13 April ก็ยังไม่ปลดวงเงิน ที่ hold ไว้ 2,000 DKK( ประมาณ 20,000บาท)*

Breakfast was brilliant

Very Comfortable and lovely location.

Location- Close to almost everything. Just 8-10 walk from the main railway station and Infront of riverbank which I feel lovely. There are lots of nice caffes and restaurants nearby. Nice sauna and steam rooms. Fully equip gum.

There is no coffee machine or a kettle for tea and coffee.

Great stay

Large room with excellent amenities. Very nice view too. Breakfast buffet was very good with wide varieties they have gluten free corner. Location is good, little out of the center but walkable distance to all attractions.

Excellent location being close enough from train station and a perfect water view! We ordered 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids. 1 room at 8F and another room being upgraded to 11F the executive floor. Will book the same hotel again if we will visit Copenhagen another time!

I booked 2 rooms, however only one was booked under my name, so there was a bit of confusion before we were able to locate the other booking. I would expect that one booking here would result at one booking with the hotel.

Only the price match the 5 starts... REALLY DISAPPOINTING

Location and overall hotel is fine

5 star hotel, and there was not even a bottle of welcome water in the bedroom. Furniture are outdated, old tub with a curtain in a 5 star hotel which is embarrassing and not even the toilet brush. Probably if you ask they have, but in the room there was no dental kit nor hair kit. Breakfast they don't prepare benedict eggs (a 5 star should be able to prepare whatever I want) and it's quite confusing drinks are spread in different locations. Windows were dirty. I've been in better 2 stars or airbnb.

Noisy… Could not sleep due to the noise outside. Club music from somewhere until late evening and worse than that, people probably came back from party very late (4AM) and spoke very loudly in hallway..
